Simple Bath & Simple Kitchen

Cabinets were high quality, workers were friendly but under stress due to what they called a work model. They ran into a couple of things that slowed down the work and took unnecessary short cuts. Dry wall was not all replaced where needed, dry wall mudding was a little sloppy and sanding was sloppy due to pressures of time. For the price that was paid the over all product was less the desired. A leak in a plumbing connection caused water damage to a downstairs bathroom ceiling and the repair was sloppy and the ceiling was left unpainted and spotted. The staff was under undue pressure to finish on Friday as the end of the week came so a new job could be started elsewhere the following Monday. While the workers were friendly and attentive the completed job has numerous flaws that are visible. The electrical work was excellent as was the installation of cabinets and counter tops. Until this company upgrades the over quality of work and allows extra time to properly complete a quality job when unforseen issues arise I would not recommend and felt we were overpriced due to the overall quality of work performed.

Perfectly!! We couldn't ask for a better product.. The crew they sent was very professional and the results exceeded our expectations!! In 1 1/2 working days the crew demolished the old completely and then replumbed it and repaneled it and put in all new fixtures and added a seat an grab bars perfectly measured for my height. The was no mess, no dust, no problems. I recommend them very highly.

Five years after moving into our house we were finally ready to update our house's full bathroom. The bathroom design and fixtures were (from what we believe to be) last updated from the early 90s. A pedestal sink and clawfoot tub (converted to a shower) were a couple of the features that just did not fit our needs. The bathroom's footprint is quite small (just 6ft x 7.75ft) and afforded no built-in storage. So for a remodel we knew what was on our need-to-have list. Our goal was to convert the tub to a real shower and replace the pedestal sink with a cabinet that would give us more storage and maximize the available space. We had received quotes from remodelers that led us to believe that we would have to go down the route of having to do a custom build/remodel. The fixtures and custom finishes of these proposals were very nice but the price (in our mind) for such a small space were out of our budget. We were also told a remodel could take a month to complete. Being without our only full bathroom for that long just didn't seem realistic. So after searching online for other options we came across Simple Bath. Shawn Barral, our design consultant, showed that we could achieve our goal without going down the expensive & lengthy custom build/remodel route. The design, fixtures, & components they proposed allowed for cost and installation-time savings. These advantages ultimately fit our goal. Going through the process from preliminary design, fixture & finish selection, measurement, demolition, and installation all went very smooth. Our installers, Justin & Hunter, were tasked with (in my opinion) unenviable job of demolition which included removal of a very heavy cast-iron tub and very dusty & dirty work associated with plaster & lathe walls. They also persevered through the challenges of working with an old home which included unleveled floors and out of plumb walls in addition to a very tight workspace. At the end of each work day the worksite was clean and tidy, which was something that is often overlooked during a remodel. By the end of the work week, the installation finished right on time with incredible results. It was an incredible transformation that happened so quickly and so smoothly. Our new bathroom is so much more presentable and vastly more usable.

So far so good! I am astounded at how seamless and expeditious the whole process has been. Alyssa Hahn, my designer, is professional. Responsive, provides expert and honest help, is respectful of my budget and does not try to up sell me! Anthony, the gentleman who does the official measure, adds another layer of expertise and advice. From the initial appointment in my home through the choosing of the products, they have made the entire experience delightfully simple and smooth. And they will send a crew to come in and do EVERYTHING in a week! I cannot say enough good things about Simple Kitchen!

Alyssa came out to give our estimate. She was pleasant and efficient but she never got our estimate back to me. I waited about 10 days and then called. I was told that she would call me back and send me an email. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back. With such bad customer I wouldn't hire them now even if the bid was great.

I had tried to get ready for extensive bathroom renovations by looking for specifics, but was feeling overwhelmed by choices and lack of knowledge about what was best to use. I decided to contact Simple Bath and Elizabeth, the saleswoman, made the whole process so easy. After talking to her the first time I knew I would go with her company. She was very knowledgable and gave me good advice about everything, and was very patient, encouraging me to take all the time I needed. I took note of the product lines that the company uses (the only downside if you are set on using a certain company's products) and went home to look everything up on the internet. They use quality brands like American Standard, Moen, Onyx and Burtch, so I easily found items I loved. After talking to Elizabeth a second time to finish making choices (they have all the Burtch and Onyx choices to look at in their showroom), we arranged a time for Elizabeth and Tony, the man who takes the measurements, to come to my house. Tony gave me excellent advice and was willing to talk and work with me to obtain the results I wanted. With all the decisions to make before I went to Simple Bath, i just hadn't had enough time to schedule the wok before going back to school. Simple Bath was wonderful and allowed me to schedule the work during my winter break. I really appreciated their flexibility. With every member of the team, I got good advice and new ideas, felt respected and listened to, and got expert work. Two teams arrived at 8:45 the first day and the half bath was done by 12:50! One team worked on the half bath and main bath and the other team worked on the master. Jeremy and Justin were the lead workers for two baths, and Anthony and Ben were the lead workers on the master. They all asked a lot of questions and got my input. I've had workers on previous projects make the wrong decisions because the communication between the salesperson and workers was poor, and because once on the job they didn't ask to make sure about things, so I sure appreciated Simple Bath's dedication to detail and excellent communication. The second day the teams arrived at 8:50 and finished at 3. There was minimal disruption in our lives considering that we were having 3 bathrooms worked on at once. Every detail was taken care of, even things I hadn't thought about but would have noticed later! They added wood to support the pedestal sink in the main bath, and spent hours fixing and smoothing the dywall so I could paint it later. They spackled nail holes and dents that they hadn't even made! They fixed the squeaky floors before they put in the new floor, and put green board backing behind the shower--where there had been nothing originally, not even drywall! They consistently gave good advice and communicated very well. They were respectful, friendly, concerned for our comfort and positive. They had creative solutions to problems, like the gap between the existing wallpaper and the sides of the new medicine cabinet. The solution is seamless and looks like it was original. It was that kind of attention to detail, creative thinking and expert craftsmanship that made the whole experience exceptional. Elizabeth came by twice to see how things were going. I really liked the salesperson being so involved and coming by to check on things. Ben and Anthony returned on Monday morning and were completely done with everything except for a piece of Onyx that needed to be ordered. I've heard of customers having their bathrooms in process for a month! I had all three bathrooms renovated in 3 days! AND the teams were willing to come just after Christmas. I love our new sinks, toilets, wall and medicine cabinets, lighting, Onyx shower and wainscoting, flooring, fixtures and grab bars. I highly recommend Simple Bath!

We couldn't have hoped for a better experience with our recent bathroom & kitchen remodeling. Everyone involved from the start to the finish were amazing to collaborate with. Elizabeth & Alyssa walked us through every aspect; from ideas to consider to the final selection & scheduling. They both actually visited during the installation process to make sure we were pleased. The installers, Jeremy & Justin, did a phenomenal job - it was if this was the most important job that they have ever had. We will be recommending them to family and friends. GREAT JOB!

I would enthusiastically recommend Simple Bath as I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience. From our first meeting, project planning, product selections, budgeting, scheduling, meticulous on site work and final checklist, Simple Bath exceeded our expectations. Amazingly, all work was completed on time and in only 12 days. In my 46 days of home ownership and even more years in corporate management, I have never contracted with a finer group of professionals at every level. This company has it so fine tuned. They did a complete total bathroom makeover of our guest bathroom and replaced toilet and flooring in our master bathroom. All completed in 4 1/2 days! They are punctual, clean workers and all craftsmen on the job are extremely respectful of your home. The finished product is fabulous and so beautiful. Too pretty to use LOL..... Everytime I turn the light on to go in, I'm taken aback by the shower's magestic statement. It turns a small bathroom into an oasis spa. This was done 6 months ago right before the Christmas holiday. No problems at all have arisen.

The service was wonderful. They did it in two and a half days. The price did seem pretty high for a small bathroom, it almost $10,000.

The work completed by the installers, Rex and Kenny, was simply fantastic. Their attention to detail helped us to know we were in good hands. Likewise, the designer, Randy, was equally fantastic. He helped us in understanding placement of cabinets and in giving us several options in the space available. The only issue we experienced was with a sub that has, as of yet, returned to address a ceiling spot that was missed. I suspect Rex and Kenny could handle it if assigned. The other sub (electrical) was, in a word, outstanding!

On budget and On time. A very efficient and easy remodeling process from design (Dave) thru installation (Tony and the guys) from a consumer friendly company that lives up to their brochure 'a bathroom you'll love, people you trust'. Completed job in one day. Installers were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the finished product. Left the bathroom clean and without any debris.

They did a fantastic job! They were on time and had the whole job done in just under 8 hours. They were very respectful of our hardwood floors, ensuring that they covered them up. Since it was wet outside, they took off there shoes when coming into the house. i can't say enough. We will defiantly be using them for our other bathroom when we are ready for that one.

Installers were fast, professional, did a great job. Very satisfied.

From the removal of the old shower to the installation of the new shower everything was smooth. There was no problem and it looks wonderful. Jeremy and Justin were very skilled at the job and very pleasant and friendly. My only concern is the unpleasant odor of the glue used. It seems that the odor hangs around for a long time. It is too cold to open a window and clear out the odor. I wish I could refresh the air in the house.

It was horrendous. I had contracted them through a decorator that worked for them and was told that she would oversee all the installation of the back splash tile and would make sure that it was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. That decorator was fired about a week after I had signed the contract. Because I had already given them a down payment and signed a contract, I decided to go on with the project, thinking that they would assign someone else to oversee the work. The President of the company himself, came out and assured me that everything would go through just fine. I went into the Simple Kitchen's showroom and ended up selecting my counter top based on the recommendation of an employee there. The counter top turned out to be white, and I'm not sure that would've been the choice I went for with the decorator who had actually seen my kitchen. Regardless, they had a nice set up and I had signed the contract and felt very confident that it was going to come out well. Throughout the project, the President didn't really oversee the work, he only came out the check afterwards one time and it was very brief. The installer did his best, but the tile installer was very ill during the installation process and the installation seemed to be very hurried. The marble tile he had put in was very irregular and didn't look even. Several of the tile were not left to our complete satisfaction. Also, the electrical outlets were not aligned because he had to leave before those were satisfactorily done. I think by the time that we would've had him replaced them it would've been a mess. They shouldn't have been installed in the first place. Because the tile installer was hospitalized, he asked for the complete payment, which I gave him, but I was expecting to receive copies of the signed contact and warranties, and I never received any warranties on the sink, faucet, or garbage disposal. I would not recommend them unless they make some changes and have people overseeing the projects.

I was very pleased with Simple Bath from beginning to end. Everyone was kind and patient and answered my many questions. When it came time for the installation, the guys they sent (Rex and Nick) couldn't have been better guys to do the job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They encountered a few problems due to the age of my home, but were able to quickly find solutions and complete the installation in one day. Rex took time to explain everything he was doing to me and gave me several of pointers on maintenance and upkeep. I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to have them do additional work in my home.

Choosing Simple Bath to remodel our bathroom was a great decision! Everyone was so helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom. They made it easy for us each step of the way--from selections to scheduling and everything in between. When the Simple Bath crew came to our house they were kind and courteous as well as CLEAN! My husband came home from work and noted how he couldn't even tell we were remodeling our bathroom because it was so clean. All of our work was performed on time and on budget. We are so pleased with the quality of work and materials that Simple Bath provided and we will use them again on our next project...maybe even a Simple Kitchen!

I am extremely pleased with my new shower. From the very first contact to the last Simple Bath’s team was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I was so impressed by everyone. Rachel guided me on design choices. The installers handled problems without complaints and even fixed a problem with my dryer vent that I didn’t know I had. I will recommend this company with no reservations.

We had a complete bathroom remodel. Brian and Sean came in on Wednesday, gutted the bathroom. Came back on Thursday and Friday to complete the job. Very professional job done. Highly recommended.

I contracted Simple Bath for my master bathroom remodel. They did such an outstanding job and the quality of the products and their craftsmanship was terrific. I was so pleased with them I hired them again to do the kids bathroom and my powder room a short time later. I received the same high quality products and excellent service. The crew started on time and worked a full day each day. They are so organized, there were no delays or any problems. They even finished earlier than promised in the project plan. I had told the folks at Simple Bath that I loved their work so much I wished they did kitchens! Six months later they started a kitchen division. I contacted them and we planned my new beautiful kitchen! The best part of doing business with Simple Bath and Simple Kitchen is they have a great team of employees that really want you to LOVE your newly created space and go the extra mile. We LOVE our home again!

From start to finish the entire process was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable with the folks from Simple Bath and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done and the quality of the products that are now in our home. Everything was done as promised and beautifully. They even cleaned up daily so that we could still be comfortable in our house. I would highly recommend Simple Bath!
