Simple Bath did a great job at a great price. The sales person was not pushy and listened to my concerns. I was very happy with their workers. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up the area after the work was done. They answered any questions that I had. I would hire them again and I recommend to everyone that asks me about my bathroom remodel. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I chose not to use them. They seemed to be very professional and had I liked the product I would have used them but I did not like the product. They gave a quote for a bathroom remodel, the shower and door. The gentlemen came when it was convenient for us, he knew his product and had everything ready. He definitely knew what he was talking about.

Sometimes cost is not the only consideration, although the price was comparable to the 1 other estimate we got. After the initial visit/estimate we felt we found our contractor. Firm estimate of cost, help figuring out what we wanted, honest and accurate description of how it would go. Missy came to the house and gave us a range of options. Not a pressure sale. We later went to the show room and she helped us decide what would be good choices. We already knew we would sign, made our down payment and then a second person came by to verify measurements. He also and suggestions of what would work best. Then a scheduled time. We were told how it would go, dates times, how many workmen and that is EXACTLY how it went. Nothing like starting work, promising to come back and us waiting. They were there EVERY day, as scheduled, until it was done. Wish I had the workmen's name at my fingertips. VERY friendly and professional. Respectful of our home and schedules. Like having someone you know doing the work. And of course, the proof is in the results. We love it all. Perfect workmanship. Absolutely happy with the products that were recommended and installed. Definitely would recommend Simple Bath and would use them again!

Everything was great. The showroom is well set up with lots of options to help make decisions and the service there was great. Tony came out to measure and let me know the original pattern I had picked could look too busy in my bath due to lots of weird corners, I always appreciate the insight of someone who's seen a lot of these jobs. Brian and Mike were the installers and did a great job, especially given the odd shape of my walls and the fact that my home is over 100 years old so of course nothing is square. They took off the old vinyl surround, replaced all the plumbing fixtures, installed the onyx surround and a corner caddy and put picture frame trim around the window in the shower. It all looks great and the customer service was impeccable.

I would highly recommend Simple Bath. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everyone I met was very helpful and friendly. The project was done early which I was surprised by with a wall being knocked out. I am thrilled with the results. Thank you Simple Bath!

We were thrilled with all aspects of Simple Bath: their products, quality, installation and sales process. Everyone we dealt with (Gary, Tony, Jim and Bill) were courteous, pleasant and extremely professional. They explained everything they were going to accomplish the day of demolition and the remodeling process. The clean up was incredible! They even swept out the garage (where they had cut the materials)! We have already recommended Simple Bath to friends!

We wanted to replace our tile shower walls with acrylic walls, having had trouble with improperly installed tile walls leaking in our other bathroom. The bathtub itself was in good condition except for a few scratches, so we intended to keep that and refinish it at a later time. We met with Jeff in our home for an estimate. He agreed that the bathtub could be kept, and gave us an estimate for only the acrylic walls. Given our concern about the existing tile walls, we confirmed multiple times that the tile would be removed completely. Jeff agreed that it would be. The Simple Bath materials even state that the acrylic is "always installed the right way with a complete down-to-the-studs demolition and new green board." We initially proceeded only with the acrylic walls. The installers came out as scheduled and were very professional and personable. They were careful to get our instruction on preferred height of the corner caddies and shower rod. To our surprise, they did not remove the tile and drywall from behind the back wall of the shower before installing the acrylic. Although the new walls were beautiful, it bothered us that the installation wasn't done as we expected. We truly wanted to go down to the studs. We mulled the situation over for a few days, and then called Jeff. Jeff talked to the installers and called us back. He explained that our existing tub was not level, and the installers were concerned that the subway pattern of the walls we chose would not line up properly if they removed the existing tile. We found this explanation frustrating, as we definitely wanted all of the old tile removed before installation. We also wish that issue had been addressed before installation day, if choosing a subway pattern and keeping an existing tub could present this problem. Simple Bath was wonderful about the situation, offering to reinstall the walls after removing the current tile. They did point out that the pattern may not work well if we kept the same tub, so we opted to install a new tub. Although we didn't enjoy the additional expense, the new bathtub is very nice and we are glad that nothing was covered up. It was nice to have the peace of mind that no mold was hidden behind our new shower. When Simple Bath came out to install the new tub and shower walls, I overheard the installers complaining that removing the back wall of the shower was unnecessary. Perhaps that is structurally true. But when "to the studs" remodeling is what you advertise and tell a customer that you will do, it is necessary. We ran into a similar issue when it came time to install the new flooring. We verified with Jeff several times that the existing floor would be removed and the underlayment replaced. The installers weren't aware of this agreement. They said that by code they could lay the flooring directly over the existing flooring. They did acquiesce and removed all of the old flooring. We were glad they did so, as they uncovered some mold and treated it accordingly. Although there were some hiccups along the way, the installers did a fantastic job. The bathroom looks and functions beautifully. We are thrilled with the tub and acrylic walls, Bertch vanity with Onyx top, and Armstrong Alterna floors. PROS: accurate estimate; patient and helpful assistance in deciding on vanity/top/flooring; beautiful results; great customer service CON: needing to monitor installation to be sure that work was done as expected

This company is awesome from start to finish. From our initial call until the job was complete everything went smooth no problems Everyone was professional and very personable from the estimator Gary to Celie and Ken the installers . They showed up when promised and they finished the when promised .We would recommend this company to anyone wanting their bath remodeled.

From beginning to end, the process was simple and stress free. I've never had a remodel project be stress free, and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. At the beginning of the project, I had a lot of questions/concerns and Randy patiently answered all of my questions and addressed every concern. I visited the showroom and he helped me select complimentary materials/colors for my bathroom. The whole team helped me become comfortable as my initial plan to simply repair a shower staff became a bigger project (entirely MY decision). The team is NO PRESSURE - and will work at your own pace. I'm very happy I chose the path I did because this bathroom, though quite small compared to most homes' master baths, is a room I use every single day - often twice a day. It had become run down, dangerously loaded with mold, and would certainly lead to a bigger issue with water damage. The new materials - from the Onyx shower stall and surround and counter tops, to the Armstrong flooring and the wood vanity with matching dual mirrors, are beautiful, roomy and easy to clean. I highly recommend Simple Bath - they care deeply about their work and it shows. I look forward to having them back to update my kids' bathroom when the time comes.

Very pleased with my experience! The design process was great. Randy talked me through all of the options and showed me the different features in their showroom. Thank goodness they have a showroom - its hard to appreciate what something truly looks like in a catalog or a picture. The installation went well. They finished within one day and were very professional. And the price was significantly less when compared to a quote I had from a different company. I look forward to working with them in the future when I finish the remodel of my bathroom!

What a great experience , the entire crew from Randy in sales to Tony on planning and Rex and his crew on installation . These guys know what they are doing and do it well. We had some issues along the way , but all of them were handled and promptly and professionally. I would refer them to anyone who was thinking of any bathroom work. And I already have .

They removed the old master shower down to the studs. They installed new surround and fixtures in only about 5 hours. Then they took exact measurements and had the door manufactured. It took about 2 weeks to get the new door manufactured and installed. They were great to work with. I would highly recommend Simple Bath and I would use them again. The new shower looks great!

They were very professional from estimate to showing up on time. Did a very nice job very efficient. I appreciated him very nice man.

The service was amazing. A sales representative came out in the fall and went over a variety of choices with us. They left us with the information and didn't pressure for an answer. A few weeks later we called and set up an appointment to come in and finalize the order. They then scheduled to come out January 14th for the installation. Everything went smoothly. Everything was done the same day. This is a huge factor for us since it is our only bath tub in the house.

Jeff was a delight to work with. No pressure or fast talk. He was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The showroom was well stocked to provide design ideas and show the kinds of materials they could offer, in addition to ordering from other sources. Although I did not use Simple Bath, I would seriously consider using them for future projects that didn't involve moving walls. The reason is because Jeff was prompt in providing the estimate and returning phone calls, was both professional and pleasant, and really listened to what I wanted done. Even after I told him I was going with another company for this job and explaining why, he was friendly and open about being available for future projects. This quality of sales personnel is what every homeowner wants!

From the beginning this was a great experience. I found Simple Bath on Angie's list, they had good reviews so I called them to set up an appointment. Jeff Treneff from Simple bath showed up on time and listened to our asks and the problems we were trying resolve with this remodel. He suggested a few options and we had some ideas of our own - we landed on one. There was no pressure what so ever, he in fact strongly recommended that we invite other contractors and hear their pitch too. He provided us a quote there and then and recommended that we visit his showroom to select the materials, which we did the same day. We did not get any quote from any other contractor as we felt VERY comfortable with Jeff. We made our selections and signed the contract that day itself and Jeff walked us through a process which was followed to the T. Tony came out a few days later and took all the measurements. We were informed about 3 months in advance of our install dates so that we could plan appropriately. Those were the dates when installation happened. Day of install - the installers showed up on time and the team of Jim, Bill, Bryan and Cealy was terrific. There was some misunderstanding about the contract and the work to be performed, both Jeff and Tony personally visited to resolve the misunderstanding and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. Jeff also stopped by next day to make sure that the work being performed was of high quality. The installation team was courteous, respectful and thorough. They made sure to cover everything and kept the dust to a minimum. They completed their work on time, cleaned up the work area (garage & bathroom), explained thoroughly about do's and don'ts before they left, leaving us with a great looking bathroom and not even an iota of dust. The kids jaws dropped and had a sigh of appreciation when they saw their new bathroom. The entire team of Simple bath, back office to the folks on the ground were a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to our next project with Simple Bath.

We had to wait about 8 weeks after the deposit for the actual install but the installers were very nice and neat and clean. That being said, there are some very slight adjustments that would help my Mother as she is dealing with arthritis and other medical concerns which were discussed at the time of the sale. There is nothing wrong with the actual shower. It is very nice but I am disappointed that the height of the shower head was not detailed at the time of install. The placement of the grab bars was thankfully a focus, but my mother can not reach the shower head itself for personal use or adjustment. There are fixes for this and my Father has called the company for this situation. The problem I am having with this is that they will not go out to their home for them and provide these fixes. They instead chose to send them some pictures of ways to make the corrections by my parents going out and purchasing something at a box store. My parents are 88 years old and I don't think they should have to go out on their own and struggle with fixing this, when the installers had my Mom in the shower discussing the grab bars and could have and should have asked her where she needed the shower head etc. Since I feel it was a step that Simple Bath missed, then Simple Bath should bring the fix to them. After $7,500, the salesman could surely manage to swing by. How have we gotten so far off the tracks where customer service is concerned? UPDATE: I would like to thank Mary Rubin and Gary Cooper for their care in making the shower head accessible for my mother. Gary came back and reviewed situation and consulted with the owner, Mary, who then authorized a brand new bar type shower head fixture that allows the shower head to be adjusted easily by my mother who is on the short side. Anyway I feel we were hasty in our original review. I feel that Gary and Mary went above and beyond in their services as they did not charge additional money for something they could have. It is a very beautiful shower and I would not hesitate to call them for other projects. Thanks from the Martina family.

It was good. they cleaned up everyday. they kept me informed as to the progress. They were prompt and the workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done as scheduled. The design that Mary came up with was great.
