The sales portion of the process was first rate. Our consultant knew his stuff, helped with design and color selection and was in general very personable and helpful. As they were busy, we did have to wait for some time before installation started. Tear-out and installation went fairly well, though it took 5 days. Had their team worked more than 4 hours a day, it might have gone faster, but as I don't know what they needed to do at the beginning and end of each day, I probably shouldn't judge them on that. I will also give their install team high marks on being friendly and helpful. We still don't know why someone just arbitrarily removed one of our cabinets from the order. We didn't catch this until the work was almost done, and it took several days for them to confirm that there was indeed a cabinet missing a few more days to get it ordered and a couple of weeks for it to come in. Unfortunately, the devil is in the details, and this is where this company fell down. Our house has pocket doors, and they screwed into one when hanging a towel bar. Consequently the door now has a hole and very large scratch. The company offered several options for resolution, so that mistake was taken care of to my satisfaction but should not have happened in the first place. However, their lack of attention to detail really showed in the wall patching and baseboard installation. Surfaces are not smooth, the hole for a new electrical outlet is bigger than the plate over the outlet. Virtually every corner of the molding has a gap, and where the baseboard meets the shower the ends were very visible. These last two items were corrected somewhat, but the baseboards still look very amateurish. Communication skills are also somewhat lacking. Early on they needed to talk to us, and said they tried "all day." We had two missed calls and no voicemails on that day, so they obviously weren't trying very hard. As I said above, it took them a day or two to even acknowledge that a cabinet had been erroneously removed from the order. When trying to resolve these remaining issues, we know they called twice, but neither time could we take the call and again, no message was left. In fact, the only two employees that really seemed to care about these issues were the sales rep and the gentleman who came to do the fixes. We have marked them as we will not hire them again. That rating is directly related to the lack of attention to detail and the communication issues. --- Update: Since my review Simple Bath has come and corrected the quality issues.

On the quality of work, it was good.On their responsiveness and punctuality, they were good. They were very professional. There were two to three guys. They did it all in two or three days.

Simple bath did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Jeff's estimate was detailed and prompt. He helped us with our choices in the Simple bath showroom and then met us at the granite store to help us make our pick. Work started and ended exactly on schedule. The workmen were meticulous about protecting our walls and carpeting and vacuumed every single day before they left. Mistakes were promptly fixed with a call to Jeff. We discovered a mistake after the work was completed and called Jeff. However, the workmen could not get to it for the next few days as they were tightly scheduled. We got our handyman to fix the problem and Jeff covered the bill for it. Remodeling can be stressful but Jeff and the Simple Bath team made it as smooth and painless as possible. They were courteous, prompt and professional. The finished work was excellent.

New tub and shower walls look great. Tub spout has 1/4 inch gap between it and the wall. Was steered away by Simple Bath from having a towel bar installed with shower walls toward a store bought, suction cup style of towel bar. A day after the install I tried the store bought suction cups and they will not adhere to the acrylic shower walls. There is some form of sealant, of glue, or combination of debris and glue that is stuck to the bathroom floor and on the side of the toilet that will not scrub off.

Great! Very punctual, finished on time. We had one little thing we called them about afterwards, and they came out the next and addressed it.

Want know durability of shower for years to come, but sale and installation went smoothly.

Overall went very well. There was a slight hiccup with the vanity (a 2-drawer model arrived to be installed. We were pretty sure we ordered the 3-drawer, but it was not overly clear on the work order which they should probably work on). At any rate, the materials were of very good quality and the installers were prompt and professional and everything was done on time and to specifications.

The process went very smoothly. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and patient. I had a budget in mind for the project and blew past that in a hurry but I'm glad we paid a little more for the quality of work that was completed. The installers couldn't have been nicer and when they found odd electrical patching in the wall adjoining the kitchen, made sure the electrician addressed it when he came on site. My only advice is that if you want to book the company, get yourself on the schedule as soon as possible. We saw them right after a Home Show downtown and were delayed a few weeks because of the timing. They are very in demand and with good reason.

We were very pleased with our entire experience. From the initial estimate through the installation, they were courteous, professional & punctual. We will recommend Simple Bath to others looking to update their bathroom. The installers did a great job and were very good about cleaning each day before leaving.

It service turned out great. It took them two days. They left the area clean when done.

Execellent work all around this is the second bathroom they have remodeled for me.

Very responsive, set up free in home consultation, had great ideas, showed options that can be done, very professional Received estimate a week later. I felt $20,000 was very expensive considering size of bathroom, I was keeping cabinets and toilet and light fixture - so that was just for small single shower stall, tub, flooring and countertop using standard materials ( not granite or marble) plus they were scheduling 8 weeks out.

Excellent. They were very conscientious of my home, carpet / furniture with the removal of replaced items. They also completed the job in less time than expected. Very nice people to deal with!

Anthony, Paul and Logan did a great job. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up when they left the first day and when the job was finished. They repaired drywall where it was damaged by the removal of the towel bar, which was glued on and removal of the old sink and vanity, They asked for approval of the placement of accessories before installing them to make sure I was happy with the placement. They we very efficient and worked well together in a small space.

So far I have met with Dave Johnson twice. Once for an estimate and then to select bath surround, flooring, vanity and sinktop. He have been very helpful in suggesting options for the vanity and sink and helped in coordinating colors for the floor, bath surround and walls. Installation will be later this summer.

I thought they were way too high and I went with someone else. When they were here they were very professional. The problem was that they kept rescheduling appointments. Some of it made sense but by the time I was rescheduling something for the third time the whole process didn't make any sense anymore. I think they are too pricey.

Simple Bath is well organized and great at guiding you through the process. Each phase of the project (estimate, product selection, measure and installation) was lead by knowledgeable professionals. The installers were very respectful of my home and were patient with my questions.
