Description of Work: The full bath was totally gutted and replaced. We had a representative visit our home then we also visited the showroom to pick everything out. The process went smoothly. All work was completed on time, with one issue that was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: I cannot state enough how pleased I am with the quality workmanship, care, and level of service I received from Ohio Simple Bath before,during and after the remodel of my (2) bathrooms. From the initial consultation with Mr. Cooper, to the measurement appointment with Tony, and finally to the actual installation/remodel performed by Bill and Jim, I was engaged at each step of the project. My bathrooms were functional but outdated; I had considered many contractors before deciding to go with Simple Bath know that I made the right decision.I now have completely new, and modern bathrooms that are easy to clean and beautiful.The project started when scheduled and finished on time. Jim and Bill were exceptional and great to work with; I appreciated the care they took to make sure there was the least amount of disruption and especially that there was no clean up for me to do at the end of each day. Dear [member name removed], When we completed your bathroom remodeling project, we got the nicest handwritten review from you here in our office. I'm so grateful when people take the time to do that! So, imagine my surprise when I read this review! I have tried to reach you by phone ever since the confusion arose over your final invoice. I cannot tell you how sorry I am that there was ANY confusion whatsoever that was caused by our 3-stage invoicing process as is outlined on our contract. We instituted this about 4 years ago for the benefit of our clients. Whenever there are custom shower doors involved in any project, we divide the balance into three payments: deposit, partial final payment, and remainder of balance AFTER installation of custom shower doors. When your wife received our final invoice, she called the office here with some confusion. My office manager tried to explain, including dates and amounts of credit card deposit and check received. I then tried to phone you back, not to collect the balance….but only to be sure there was no misunderstanding or feeling of mistrust or confusion. That's just not our way of doing business, and it's so unsettling to me to know that you feel so. I will continue to try to reach you by phone. But perhaps if you see this message, you will know that your are absolutely welcome to give me a call personally and discuss the issue that is causing some bad feelings. Whether we speak or not, please know that I hope you continue to be very pleased with the work we did and that I am sorry for the misunderstanding about our invoicing. Description of Work: I would consider using in my secondary bathroom. Didn't use in master bath because they didn't provide the style/materials I was looking for. However Mary's presentation was very impressive, very professional, and she answered all of my questions. I ended up going with Dream Bath.

Description of Work: We had two bathrooms completely remodeled -new shower in one, tub in other; new vanities, toilets; wall coverings; medicine cabinets, etc. The company rep, Dick, is extremely personable as well as professional. The only problem we had was with the refinishing of a door. The employee did a less than satisfactory job. Dick took care of the situation. We are pleased and would recommend Simple Bath to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Description of Work: About six months prior to the work, we visited their showroom and discussed our bathroom renovation ideas; shortly thereafter the owner, Mary Rubin, made an on-site visit during which she listened, after which we agreed on a max. cost for the renovations of two full baths. The operations guru, Tony, was with us often, ensuring that, as the work progressed, our counsel was actively sought. The subcontractor's e.g. Wes Tebbets, Jimmy Dragich,Zack and Andrew, were delightful to work with, as were SimpleBathOhio employees e.g. Dick, Tony, Rex, Joe. The workmanship performed by all was superior, using superior materials. The ideas first proposed by Mary Rubin, after carefully seeking our thoughts, have all proven to be well worth the reasonable cost. |

Description of Work: Our master bathroom was original to our home from 1962. Mary, the owner of Simple Bath, came to our home, looked at our shining bathroom, and spoke with my husband and myself about our thoughts/needs for our remodel. She also looked around our home to become familiar with our tastes, and colors throughout our home. She provided a detailed quote within a couple of days. We chose to use her company for our remodel and our date was set. The installers were courteous, and efficient. Cleaned the area daily at the end of the day. Our remodel was completed on the date promised. We absolutely LOVE our new bathroom!!! Mary came back after the remodel to see our new bathroom. I loved working with her! She was very informative and accommodating. Very willing to answer questions, and took time with us! Would definitely recommend them in the future to anyone!
