Very easy! No mess, no fuss!

I met with Mary at the showroom and we talked about the business and what I wanted to accomplish. She was very friendly and informative about the products. I scheduled an appointment and Dick came to look at my bathroom and discuss the work I wanted done. Tony came out, took measurements and the job was scheduled to begin in 8 weeks. Rex and Bryan were punctual and polite. They did an excellent job and my once old dull bathroom was awakened, with bright white walls that make you feel you are in a resort. I had an issue connecting the plumbing to the bead board wall and contacted the office. Rex came over and resolved the issue. We really love our bathroom!

They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. It was quality work. There was one small snafu and they corrected it quickly.

They are very professional, and always get back to you. They are there when they say the will be, and also it was a good price.

We visited the showroom to discuss our project and our budget. We were able to select the type of shower, the style of materials, plumbing fixtures and were given an estimate that was within our budget. A few days later the co-owner of simple bath came to our home with material samples and catalogs. He was very helpful as we selected our colors, materials and vanity cabinet. Everything we wanted was within our budget, there was only a few dollars difference from the original estimate Simple Bath provided. When the installers arrived they were very careful not to cause any damage during the demolition, construction and cleanup. They were a pleasure to watch. The entire project was completed in a day and a half - just as promised. We are very happy with the way the bathroom turned out. It's just beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Simple Bath. Simple Baths is a very good company. They were responsive to our calls. They understood what we wanted and made suggestions. They provided quality materials. We had one bath totally redone (Shower, Vanity, Toilet, Flooring, Lighting, Accessories). In another bathroom we replaced the lighting and bathtub/shower. They said they would have both done in 3 days and they did! The workers were very professional and came when they said they would be here. They cleaned up very well every day prior to leaving. We would definitely hired Simple Baths again and recommend them to our best friends.

They were great! The contractors he used are part of his company, and are equally important to the group (they all have equal roles). They are all really vested, and valued. The way they take care of your home to the way they work diligently is what makes them unique and that is their strength. They would deserve all A+?s! They were also the company that came at the lowest bid, and we were pleased with the outcome of the high quality of their work, and it was finished all within in one week. They are a husband and wife team; Mary is a professional designer and I was able to use her insight and he also gave good guidance, had awesome products and they do the work as they would want it done in their home.

We met Mary at the Home and Garden Show in the fall, 2012. She gave an impressive talk and told us then,and reiterated it later, that all her crew is on the co. payroll. She does not use subs. We found out later that she has owned Simple Bath for only a year. I met with her a few times to tell her what we were wanting, and I selected the color and type of cabinets, countertop and shower surround and flooring. She picked out all samples she thought would go well and I changed all of them (wood color, tub surround and countertop and linoleum). The really important things we wanted, and that we discussed with her, were not done. We never received any design. We finally saw one in the bathroom after all the mistakes. I wanted a clothes hamper in a cabinet under the counter. She gave us a cabinet with two pull-out drawers. (She gave different excuses to me and my husband.) We wanted the shower head low (not where the old one was) as we are not tall. We got the 8' high one. We wanted a bench seat in the shower. We got a corner seat. These last two were never fixed. We wanted brushed nickle fixtures and got chrome. We wanted wood framed mirrors and got cheap, unframed ones. These two things were fixed. The tub surround, 1/4 " glass is too flimsy. We also wanted the shower door on the side. It got placed in the middle so one cannot turn on the shower without getting wet. These were not fixed. One major error was in the measuring of the countertop. The sink hole was off so much that another countertop had to be cut and that delayed completion. We did change one cabinet that Mary thought should go in the middle of the counter (by her third suggestion I gave in), nearly to the ceiling and just under one light. She did exchange it for a cheaper one we preferred. Her employees were not tidy and we had dust throughout the house. Some trim issues were never fixed. The painter left plaster and paint on drop clothes of mine; he had none. The final indignity was done by the painter, who turned out to be a SUB-CONTRACTOR!! Instead of dealing with Mary, he called me about coming on the weekends to work. Even after I complained to Mary, he still continued to call me. Then, after the final painting, the brushes were cleaned in, and the extra paint dumped in our stream!! By evening the EPA was pounding on our door. This serious issue has not been resolved and we have withheld our final payment until its resolution. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

From the first meeting to the final clean up, our experience with Simple Bath, Ohio was excellent. We discussed our goals in remodeling the space at our first meeting and Mary and Dick came back with several suggestions on how we could accomplish those goals. They listened to our ideas and improved on them. The timing was exactly as they said it would be. Rex and his crew were professional, friendly, and skilled in their demolition and installation. They treated my family and my property with respect and care, being careful to protect those areas they were working on as well as those they were traveling through. They cleaned up after themselves each day. We would definitely suggest using them. There were no unpleasant surprises. The quote, the product, and the install are all of good quality.

We saw Simple Bath at the Home and Garden show and Dick answered many of our questions right there. A few weeks later we had him out for a quote. He took some measurements, we picked out the styles we wanted and he provided a quote right then. We had two other contractors in to give us estimates, and one was very close but did not offer the selection that Simple Bath did. The second contractor was about 1 1/2 times the cost of Simple Bath. Once we contracted Simple Bath, Dick gave us an install date and we were able to order the new flooring for both bathrooms - which was scheduled for the day after completion by Simple Bath. Dick never pressured us into buying more or adding anything we didn't want. Rex and Brian arrived on Day 1 and set right to work. The master bath was completed on Monday with the repairs made to the floor and sheet rock. They did bring my husband up a couple of times to show him something, or explain what they were doing. Day 2 they returned right on time and completed the second bathroom. What a difference these new bathrooms have made in an 18 year old house that had 3 kids grow up in them. I would highly recommend Simple Bath for the customer service, quality of product and wor,k and professionalism.

Came out to house on time to give estimate. Gave helpful suggestions on style. We wanted something basic and they didn't try to talk me into anything we didn't want. Came out another day to measure tub area. Asked us then if we wanted surround up to the ceiling. Wasn't sure how that would look, but decided to go with it as it would protect the walls there. Didn't cost extra to do that. Glad we did as it looks nice. Installers came out on time the day the work was scheduled. I left for work and when I came back everything was cleaned up and beautifully done. They even gave us a expandable shower curtain rod so we wouldn't have to drill holes in the surround. Very happy with their work and with everyone I dealt with in their company.

Overall performance was great.

The first crew arrived about an hour later than scheduled on Sept. 4 but went right to work tearing out everything. I wished they would have put up a piece of plastic on the opening to the bedroom since the drywall dust went everywhere. However, they did clean up at the end of the day. They came back the next day and installed everything except the doors and drop down seat. The seat was installed on Sept 14. When I sat on it that night (Friday) it started to pull away from the wall. Tony called on Monday to say someone would be out to put in the adjustable shower head bar and I told him about the seat. He then came out personally to work with the person already here to fix it. They had to pull back the vinyl wall covering to see where the reinforced wood was located and fixed the seat. You can't tell that the wall covering was ever disturbed. The special ordered, extra wide, doors were installed on Sept. 20. I now have wheelchair access if needed for my husband in the future. Both my husband and I absolutely LOVE this new showerII He can now sit down to shower and I can put the seat up when I'm in there unless I need it. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed and can't believe that the walls are vinyl since they look just like the tile around the tub!! Even though the price was a little higher than I thought it would be, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Simple Bath to anyone needing this type of service.

The workers were very polite and efficient, and the final product is excellent. I would recommend.

We were looking to have someone replace our master bath shower stall and surround. Simple Bath came out and prepared an estimate. I did my due diligence and followed up by getting estimates from 2 other private contractors. Simple Bath made me the most comfortable when it came to overall costs and exactly what the service would include. They did a wonderful job installing our shower. The Onyx was installed within a day including tearing out the old shower, replacing the green board behind the old walls and clean up. There was a misunderstanding with our shower doors but they were very quick to resolve the issue and make us happy. Everyone we worked with from sales/management to contractors were professional and a joy to work with. I am thankful that we got what we were looking for. I would recommend Simple Bath to a friend.

We had seen the company originally at the Home and Garden Show. Their representatives were knowledgable and easy to work with. We received estimates from two traditional builders and from Simple Bath Ohio. Their estimate was significantly below the others, and the time frame for the actual work and for the time to complete the project was also less than the six-week estimates from the other companies. Mary was very open to our input on the features we wanted. There were two issues caused by the suppliers, but they were resolved and the work was finished in a a little over one day (because of the additional work in two other bathrooms). The installers were professional, on time, and cleaned up the work area. There were two very minor spots that needed some repair work, but the matter was addressed immediately and has been totally resolved. We are very pleased with our beautiful new bathroom and with Simple Bath Ohio as well. I definitely recommend them.

The initial sales contact was with Mary, Simple Bath President, who listened very carefully to our thoughts on what we needed before discussing design and materials options. She was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable with valuable ideas (with interior design experience) and prepared a proposal on the spot. The very clear proposal contained a definite start date and was accepted by us within several days. The engineering review followed punctually in a few days and provided further opportunity to get questions answered. On the start date, the construction team sowed up on time and gave us a quick overview of the work plan. The team worked very efficiently and their high level of skill was readily evident. The level of workmanship exceeded our expectations (precision of fitment etc.) as did their ability to communicate and handle the few minor alterations/additions we requested. All debris was removed from our site and clean up was superb. It was obvious that management and craftsmen were on the same page--driven by desire for customer satisfaction. We believe we received good value and will recommend Simple Bath to anyone.

They were efficient, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did what they said they were going to do. The quality of the work was very good.

Two men came around 9:00 and started tearing out the old bathtub etc... They worked hard all day and had it all in place by around 4:00pm that day. They advised us on how to keep it clean and recommended waiting till morning so the caulk would be completely dry.

Salesman was very smart. But after shopping around, I way overspent. Try to cancel order but it was past 5 days. The installers did a good job; were friendly and helpful w/cleaning tips.

They arrive on time - worked steadily - did an excellent job - no complaints at all.
