Description of Work: Excellent. Took 6 days to do a complete bath. The old one was gutted.They really cleaned up behind themselves. My team was headed up by Rex, who put 110% into the job. The Master bathroom is beautiful, and a delight to use. Onyx is a very pretty material. The shower is much larger, and more comfortable . I would highly recommend Ohio Simple bath.

Description of Work: Simple Bath did a tear out of the master bath shower, vanity, and cabinets and replaced them with their Onyx line of materials. The crew was great to work with and did more than expected to get the job done right. They finished on time (3 days) and did pretty good on clean up (as good as expected). After 6 months we are still very happy with the work done and the materials used.

Description of Work: We hired them to re-do our grandma's bathroom which needed to have a shower instead of a tub so she could easily get in and out. She was happy with the quote walk through which was done with the owner. | |They told her the crew would be there at 9am on Saturday to work that whole day to re-do the bathroom, but they were there at 8am and the guy told her they must have forgotten that on Saturdays' they start working at 8am not 9am. They were also supposed to install a support bar on the wall, but it wasn't on the invoice the installers had so my grandma had to pull her original invoice to show it was on there. They didn't have one with them so they have to come back to install that. Those were the only things that didn't go smoothly with this process, and those aren't really major.

Description of Work: Simple Bath completely gutted our bathroom and replaced the tub with a new shower only installation, new commode and sink with vanity. They also installed new flooring. The work was scheduled to be done over a 2-day period, but the installers finished everything in one day. The work they did is phenomenal. We couldn't believe a bathroom could be transformed into a room that is actually beautiful! The quality and design of the materials used to transform our 43+ years-old bathroom into a relaxing, comfortable room was perfect for us. It now looks like a room that belongs in a new house. We absolutely love everything about it and we were very satisfied with the cost of service. I want to add that the staff of Simple Bath, from the initial sales person to the people in the office and the installers, are all first-rate!

Description of Work: Estimated cost of replacing a 32"x42" shower in our master bathroom. Very nice product, but way too expensive for what we were looking for. Would have expected this price point for a whole new bathroom, not just the shower.

Description of Work: We have not had any work done as yet. After meeting with the owner of the company, though, my husband and myself were both impressed with the total professionalism and the friendly, courtious welcome. We liked the bathroom designs we saw in the showroom, too! We plan on having our bathrooms remodeled early next year and will definitely go back to Simple Bath Ohio to contract for the work to be done:)
