Description of Work: I purchased an above ground pool and they walked me through the process, have 'Open your pool school' as well as 'Close your pool school'. They have everything you need for your pool and if there is something you don't understand you can call and the service dept is very helpful and has answered every question!

Description of Work: I purchased a ventless fireplace and a floor model hot tub the same day. After the purchase, I asked how expensive it would be to have them deliver the hot tub to my home and set on deck. Electric already ran to location. The hot tub was small (a two person tub) and only held 135 gallons of water. If I remember correctly, their delivery charge was over $350.00. This did not include the fireplace! Thought that price was a little high for just a delivery! I ended up picking up the tub and stove and transported them myself. When I started to fill the tub, the drain plug was missing. I called them and was promised a new plug would be sent. Never arrived. I called again and was promised that someone would look into this problem and the plug would again be sent. I never received a plug not a call back from the company. Had to go to another hot tub dealer and was sold a plug "that should work". The plug screws into the drain hold and does keep the water in the tub but when the time came to change the water, removing the plug, and at the same time, trying to force a hose onto the now open drain with water flying everywhere proved to be a little more difficult! The hot tub sits on my deck within 3 feet of my home's foundation. I didn't want 135 gallon of water running down the foundation and getting into the crawl space under the house! I bought a large hot tub (400 gallon) from this company many years ago. At that time, they delivered my tub, set it and were really helpful. If I had questions after the sale they were more that willing to provide the information. This past experience was the reason that I returned for my second hot tub. There are several hot tub dealers in my area that I could have purchased my new tub from but based on past experience, I went back. After my second tub purchase, I found their customer service very disappointing. They are more than willing to help you--UNTIL the sale is made. I made a trip to the store inquiring about a fan motor for the fireplace that I had previously purchased. I was also looking for an additional ventless fireplace for my family room.I found a lot of well dressed sales people standing around at a desk and talking among themselves. It's been awhile but I believe there was a ball game (Ohio State) playing. They saw me standing there but made no offer to help. I finally went to the office for help and one of the ladies called someone to assist me. I asked the salesperson about the fan motor and then expressed my interest in an additional fireplace. We started looking at the fireplaces and when I looked back with a question, the salesperson was gone! I will not use their services again.
