They were prompt and thorough. They had good subcontractors. They did a good job and it all turned out really well.

They were approved by the insurance company and they did a good job. The job was done in Columbus and I am in Florida so, everything was done by phone and the customer service was good. I would use them again in the future.

We interviewed several companies and choose Roth Construction. They did a great job and cleaned up after the job with care. They followed all the insurance companies paperwork requirements with care.

We had roof water damage and our insurance company contacted Roth for the repair. Everything started out fine; dry wall repair was done well, but when it came to the painting, not enough paint was applied and there were dry, uneven spots everywhere. Ryan, the Supervisor/Manager was not responsive and handled our complaint unprofessionally in our opinion. He blamed us for using the wrong paint and not what he recommended. We contacted the owner who was responsive and had things escalated and a troubleshooter, Marcus, was sent out who inspected and re-did the work himself -excellently. Unfortunately, he's no longer with the company because we think he was very professional and saved the day. This company has an A+ rating with the BBB, so it could be just a matter of an employee who didn't have the sufficient painting skills who was left on his own to do the job/or bad supervision. We don't think it was a good move on the part of the manager in blaming us for supposedly using the "wrong" paint and not the one he recommended. We wanted a low voc paint and it was of good quality which was proven by the troubleshooter, Marcus who did an impeccable job fixing the problem. He told us that the roller wasn't loaded up sufficiently the forst time causing the roller to pull paint off the surface resulting in the dry, uneven areas. The paint the manager wanted us to use was what most contractors use and according to Sherwin Williams whom I called at the time, this was not a low voc paint.

After another high wind storm passed through, I once again called my "go to" storm repair company, Roth Construction. They made roof and gutter repairs and had the additional challenge of matching and repairing portions of a Trex deck damaged by falling tree limbs. Good communication, great work completed when they say it will be and to my satisfaction, I will use this company again and recommend them to others.

I like the price. I like that they work with me and explain things to me. They are doing an excellent job.

Estimator came out the day after we called. Very professional estimator with competitive quote. Call and accepted quote and they were out the next week to replace shingles lost in a wind storm. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again.

Roth was professional, fairly punctual and engaged throughout the whole process of dealing with insurance company and sub contractors.

The job went outstanding. I've been extremely satisfied.They even took metal detectors scan for fallen nails. The supervisor was on site over seeing everything.

They cleaned up and were very helpful. They did a great job and we were pleased with the results.

The job went well except it took quite a bit longer than they estimated. That was partly due to the weather. The workers were polite and accomadating to our needs. We were pleased with the final results.

They did a good job of protecting existing plants around the house during the tear-off process. Project was an insurance claim. They worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Documentation for project and payments went without a hitch. After completion, there were a couple of things that needed attention. They came back and took care of them without argument.

this is 2rd job for this company. again roth did a very good job. the cedar panels looks great.

We suffered wind damage in March, 2011, including a tree branch that punctured a hole in the roof of the house. Roth was one of the companies recommended by our insurance company. They came out to tarp the roof the morning after the damage occurred and they perfomed the repairs to the roof, shingles and gutter quickly after that. I was very pleased with how reponsive they were and with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

I contacted Roth for a quote for ceiling water damage and a leaky roof, as they were a preferred contractor of my insurance company. I called after-hours and fully expected to have to leave a voice mail for them to contact me the next business day. Contrary to my normal 'less-than-good luck', the phone was answered by the owner himself. The conversation that ensued was probably one of the better ones I've had with a contractor. Jack ? (forgive me if my memory is acting up. again.) was extremely friendly and patient. I swear we must have talked for a good 45 minutes or so. The end result was setting an appointment for one of his estimators a couple days later. The day and time of the appointment arrived. Nobody. I waited about 30 minutes for the estimator to show before I called Roth to see if they had forgotten about me. A very nice lady answered and as soon as I told her my name, she immediately let out a bit of a squeal and explained that the folks in the office had been trying to figure out my address for hours that morning and that she was '...so glad I (you) called!' You see.. even though I had spoken with Jack (?) for all that time... neither one of us had thought to give/write down my address or phone number. She immediately transferred me to Jack and as soon as he answered he began to apologize. I was laughing too hard by that point and had to cut him off half way through to explain I was far from upset, and if anything, I felt a bit embarrassed for not even realizing I hadn't provided him any contact information. Here is the best part, though... Jack had the estimator driving around my neighborhood for quite a while while they tried to find my address and was actually only about 5-10 minutes away at that very moment. He was at my door in like 6 minutes. When he arrived, and after the obligatory apologies from both parties, he got right to work. I showed him where the water had leaked in literally every room upstairs, including the hallway. I also took him up to the attic so he could get a better look at the leaky roof from the 'underbelly'. He diligently measured everything, explained that he'd be emailing me a full estimate in a couple days, and gave me his card and explained that I could call him anytime if I had questions after he left. I feel bad that I don't have their info handy to give the estimators name because he, like Jack, was very personable. I had never felt so comfortable with a contracting company so quickly in my life (and I'm kind of old now and have dealt with more than my fair share by now). Roth provided one of the best/most complete quotes of the 4 other contractors I had contacted. I also found their pricing was fair given the degree of work. While I ended up using another company to perform the work, Roth will be the first company I contact for another quote for any future needs.

They kept us informed, were very professional, and were timely.

They seem like a good company. I thought they were very courteous and professional. I did not go with them because of price. I found someone else that came in at a lower price. I would recommend this company.

Roth's staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional & friendly. They completed the work in a timely manner & under budget. We would recommend them to anyone who needs work completed on their home & we would definitely use them again.

They did "A" work. They gave me an estimate before they started the job, and they stayed within the estimate. It was done through an insurance claim. They did a good job cleaning up.

They were very prompt and courteous, they involved me of my problems which prompted me to get a new roof. I did ask for their price, but they seemed to be quite a bit higher than some of my competition. The price for what I had done was excellent.
