Description of Work: I had Lowes come out to my house to measure the entire house for new carpeting. I decided to go in and order carpet for one bedroom today--I thought I'd try them in one room and then decide if we needed to do another room. The bedroom I was looking at carpeting was a 14 x 12 bedroom. I was looking at a good carpet--Stainmaster. Their bid ended up being approximately $50.00 per yard--unbelieveable.Also, the sales person was rude and unprofessional. While I was looking at two carpets and comparing them ( a Mohawk and a Stainmaster) he walked away and started talking to another salesperson and then took his cell phone out to check his mail. At that point, I decided not to do business with the store. I ended up going to another store and got an even better Stainmaster carpet and paid less than half of the Lowes bid. Needless to say, I will not be buying carpeting from Lowe's.I did call the store and left a compaint with the operator who answered the phone.
