I was satisfied with their service. They showed up on time and did a great job.

Blind arrived with incorrect mounting bracket. Installer said correct bracket would be ordered and I would be contacted (neither happened). One week later I learned that bracket has not yet been ordered. Impossible to reach Lowe's blinds department by phone, so I went to the store today. Manager on duty could care less about my problem or their lack of communication. Lowe's corporate "customer service" has an estimated 45 minute hold time. This is totally frustrating!!

We received great service from Lowe's sales and installation team for our new counter tops for our kitchen. Installation was quick (under an hour) and we received excellent instruction on the care and maintenance of our new solid surface counter top.

We are very pleased Lowe's sales and and installation of our ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen. Ryan, the installer was very professional throughout the week it took to install the tile. He laid out the tile appropriately without any "skinny" pieces along the walls or cabinets. Floor looks absolutely great. We even hired him separately a couple weeks later to install tile flooring in the foyer.

The cost was very, very good. It was a scratch model that had been on the floor and it was such a deal. I couldn't find a scratch on it, and it's a Maytag. It was a steal. I love Lowe's. Just go in and look. You hit it right sometimes, sometimes you don't, but it's perfect. The workers are fine; some are more knowledgeable than others. They're professional, they're nice, and they're fine. I think all my appliances came from Lowe's; refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove.

I had to wait for a while to get the service.

We recently bought a new back door and we went through Lowe's, the hardware store. They just charged us for the actual door because my husband installed it. It was a door that has the new built-in blinds within the door. We actually were pretty happy with their service. We would honestly probably recommend them again and that is where we get all of our home stuff anyways. For the most part they have pretty good quality stuff. They are pretty professional.

They did an excellent job. They are very courteous and prompt.

Delivery/Installation team was first rate! Installation rendered very challenging because of narrow doorways in our house and a very narrow clearance between a countertop and refrigerator to get into kitchen area. Installation team of Wayne and John (from the "West Columbus" store, Mill Run, Hilliard) did the seemingly impossible (after carefully measuring) somehow getting the range through a doorway that measured the same as the depth of the range. They then skillfully maneuvered the range between refrigerator and countertop and completed the install. Not a scratch on any appliance or doorway or countertop. I believe a less experienced or less determined team might have called in to the store and declared the install impossible. Not these guys! Give them an A+.

We purchased GE washer and dryer from Lowes. They were delivered within couple of days as promised and installed. Later we found out that price had decreased by $100 for the pair. Lowes refunded $100 without any issues. We are satisfied with the service provided by Lowes.

They put in tile flooring and also laminate flooring probably a couple of years ago. The experience went well. I had done pretty much research beforehand, so I knew what I wanted when I went in. They quickly scheduled a time for the doors to be installed. The guy came out on time and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was a friendly guy. It certainly appeared that he did everything that he was supposed to do to make the doors look good and operate the way their supposed to.

Lowe's sent out Ultimate Home Services, one of their contractors. They were on time and the installer was very polite and professional. He finished the job (small bedroom) in about a half a day. The floor and molding look beautiful.

I spent $2,200 on the job. The whole process worked seamlessly. I was very happy with the purchase of the carpets. The carpets were specially ordered. So, it took a while for them to come in. The contractors that they used for installation did an awesome job. They did my family room and my living room in about five hours. They were really quick. They had given me an appointment beforehand and I had moved everything around in both the rooms. I had ripped off the old carpets and the old padding. I had also cleaned it up. Basically, all they had to do was install the carpets. The two guys that came out were really nice. They were really pleasant and professional. The carpets look beautiful now.

The sales staff was great. I had to purchase a new washer and drier and I had two different units that I was looking at. The gentleman helped me out in making a decision. He pointed out to some of the finer points of each one of the units because there were two different manufacturers. The unit that we finally decided upon was a commercial grade unit. The reason why I chose this one was because it was one of the only washer drier units that's actually manufactured in the United States. Everything else comes from over seas now. The brand that I chose has a pretty substantial product line and good warranty service. It's kind of an easy sale after that. The sales person that I dealt with was very courteous and he answered all my questions. He even managed to get a rushed delivery for me because my washer had been out of commission for almost a week and it's a household of kids. So it's kind of hard to do without a washer. They were a bit pricey but they've got to have their mark up. We would absolutely use their services again in the future.

I recently made a purchase on my Lowe's card at the Hilliard Lowe's. I noticed the following day that the transaction had been processed incorrectly. I contacted GE Money Bank who referred me back to the store where I made my purchase. I contacted the store and spoke with the store manager Joanna Reed. She was attentive to my concern and assured me she would make it right and send me a copy of my updated receipt. After experiencing her superb customer service with genuine concern I will always remember that and will go out of my way to shop at the Hilliard Lowe's for future purchases. Please pass on to her and her company that I truly appreciated her service. Thanks again.

They were easy to work with and they helped us design the whole layout. They did a great job with the installation.

We had a little trouble with the initial job quote regarding labor. Our floor was not level in one area and we tried several times to get an accurate labor quote. Every time we went into the store to speak to someone about it, there was a different person in the carpet department and we had to explain our situation over again. Once we got that cleared up we ordered the carpet. It turned out that they had the carpet in stock and we had it installed a couple of days later. The installation took about 2 hours. The installers were great, very good at their job, very professional, and when the installation was complete, they vacuumed the carpet. We are very pleased with the carpet, and would go to Lowe's for future carpet installations.

One of the individual's from Lowe's came over to help fix the water heater after the temperature had been set incorrectly by the installing company; it was too hot. I wanted it down to about 120. It was awfully nice of them to do. I will be using them again in the future for kitchen remodeling. I got my floor tiling from them, granite countertops, and new dishwasher.

It went really well. Sometimes the process of picking out the doors in the store and ordering them went slowly and we had to double check things. The installer they had was nice. We had an outside door installed and then we had inside doors installed and we requested for the same person because he was so good. It didn't matter which location we picked up the doors from. All we had to do was tell them which installer we wanted and we could get him. The store did have great prices on the doors and that's why we went to them.

My experience with them has been fine. I don’t have my carpets yet. They have returned my phone calls. They have been there when I set up leadings with the carpet guy. They have a sale going on there. They haven’t done the work yet. I have dealt with a young man there who worked with me for ordering. I used a decorator and once I knew what I wanted I worked with him for ordering and things like that. I have had many meetings with him.

I purchased a special ordered storm door and it took about 2 weeks to get the door. Then it took about two weeks for them to install it. So from the time of purchase till the time of installation it was about a month and I thought it was too long. The other thing was it took 2 weeks to get the date and they fixed the time. I didn’t have a lot of flexibility and they didn’t come on the day they were supposed to be here. They were too busy. They did a good job installing it, but the whole thing about scheduling was an issue. I would not use them in future.

I ordered carpet and installation for a 14x 16 foot bedroom. I selected carpet which came in 15 foot widths. As I had anticipated replacing carpet in this bedroom, I had Lowes’ selected installation company measure the bedroom during another carpet installation 2 years prior. The ordering problem began immediately, as the Lowe’s sales rep insisted on obtaining the room dimensions from the installer. The sales rep appeared to not process my statements that I had, in my files, the room measurements (and diagram) completed by the installer 2 years earlier. She insisted on obtaining the information from the installer. After ‘forgetting’ about my order (and my making 4 phone calls to the store), I contact the store manager who assures me that my information (complete with diagram) is sufficient to order the carpet. I return to the store to sign the contract for order/installation. My hope, in attempting to place the order in early December, was to have the carpet installed prior to Christmas. The delays caused by Lowes in obtaining the room dimensions guaranteed that the carpet would, at the earliest, be installed between Christmas and New Year’s. I was told that the installation would most likely occur on December 29th. That date came/went and I did not receive any explanation. Eleven business days lapse, and only upon my call to the store, am I told that the installation would occur on Jan.7th. While discussing the installation process, I learn that the order processed by Lowes was for 12 foot carpet width. I refuse to accept the carpet and the installer assures me that a store rep will get back with me. No one from Lowes calls me. Again, I initiate the call to the store. The bumbling sales rep admits that a 12 foot width carpet was mistakenly ordered from the manufacturer, contrary to the specifications in my contract. She assures me that the correct width will be ordered. Two days of silence lapse, and I (again) contact the store to find out when my carpet will be installed. The store manager and sales manager seemed surprised to know of the error in ordering, and I had the impression that the re-order of the 15 foot width had not occurred. Ten days after I spoke with the sales manager, the carpet is installed in the bedroom. I was satisfied with the installation process itself. However, I will never again contract for installation services from Lowes.

The skillfulness of the installer was very good. He did the highest quality work I've ever seen. He does trim work wonderfully. I would highly recommend them. He is very likable, skillful, and professional.
