We had to go with our second choice as the manufacturer of the flooring discontinued the one we originally chose. Dan at Lowe's even called to see if they had unallocated inventory to fill our order but wasn't able to find it. We then ordered our "Plan B" floor, had it delivered and then scheduled the installation for 4/29 between 9 and 10 a.m. The guys showed up early (about 5 minutes to nine), were courteous and professional. The work was done quickly and looks great. They even helped me fix a couple of things from a previously installed floor downstairs which was improperly installed. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Amber, the sales representative at Lowe's, was great in guiding us through the process. We worked primarily through the sub-contractor (Marble and Graniteworks out of Plain City), but Lowe's did a nice job helping us getting everything set up in a timely manner.

We went with the doors from Lowe's because the prices were better than could be found at other contractors. Everything with the storm door went very well. With the entry door, the installation was, as expected, excellent (we were familiar with the installer, Mark Adair, from a previous job), but the door itself had problems and required months to correct: the supplier for fiberglass doors failed to follow directions meticulously described by the Lowe's clerk and stained the door incorrectly; the supplier also sent a representative out to check the door, and that person claimed the stain was correct and simply differed a bit from the store sample. When we could get no help from the supplier, we contacted a Lowe's manager, and he ensured that they do the job over and install the new door free of charge. It now looks exactly as we specified. The ratings we would give for this job are reduced only because of the supplier's slow and unhelpful response.

We purchased our granite at Lowe's in Hilliard after checking with several of their competitors. We had always been pleased with Lowe's service and they agreed to match a sale price from another store. From working with the Lowe's representative in the store, to the person who came to our house to do the final measuring, to the final installation, it was a much better than expected experience. The folks at Columbus Marble and Granite were extremely professional. They went out of their way to assure we were pleased with the installation. It looks great!

The water heater they installed ended up being several years old. The tech who was hired out by Lowe's informed us of the age of the water heater. I would've preferred to have had an up to date model.

They delivered the shed on time and put it in the proper place which made the process a lot easier.

The work was very satisfactory and they were prompt. They sent the bill to the wrong address and then they were going to charge us late fee. We finally gotten things straightened out and it has been over two months.

Ordered 10/06, Installer brought a damaged door and damaged sidelights Dec. 27th; came back to replace Feb. 24th with a door that had been ordered wrong. On March 23rd, someone is coming to install another door. This has all taken way too long. It's embarrassing for people to see. I am sure Lowe's will never do anything to make up for my trouble. They don't care about their customers. I will be glad to use another company for my future home needs. I have given lots of other services good reports. This is the first bad one I have ever had to give. But, it might help someone else from getting the run around.

Brian was a great designer to work with. He came to my home and took measurements, then helped me plan out my kitchen with the cabinets that I chose. I then went into the store and looked at his design while he helped me make a few changes. I ordered the cabinets and granite counters from Lowe's. Both were delivered to my home (straight from the manufacturers) and were a great price compared to other companies that I looked at. Everyone I worked with at Lowe's was friendly and professional. They made the monumental task of remodeling my kitchen much easier.

Lowe's subs out to the Lawson Group. They were fast, relatively on time, and good. Philip was very courteous. Great job. Install price was high, but we were in a hurry.

It was a very good experience. They blinds were delivered in the time line described by the store in good condition. They did not install the blinds.

We went into Lowe's to get a price on new kitchen cabinets. The women sat down with us and we taked about what are needs are and the look we were going for. We then looked around at different products. After deciding on what we liked, we maped it out and she gave us a quote. She spent over an hour with us. We decided to wait on the kitchen for now, but appreciate that she took the time to work with us.

MY HUSBAND IS ON OXYGEN SO WHEN THEY PULLED THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING UP THEY WERE REALLY GOOD ABOUT SWEEPING UP ALL OF THE DUST FOR HIS SAKE. THE CARPET FEELS WONDERFUL AND I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

LOWE'S HAS DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO DO DIFFERENT THINGS FOR THEM, BUT WE MADE SURE WE HAD THE SAME GUY. THEY TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOORS, AND THEY CLEANED UP. MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAPPED, AND THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE REALLY NICE TO HIM.

WE PURCHASED PERGO FLOORING TO INSTALL OVER A FORMER VINYL FLOOR. WE SELECTED LOWE'S BECAUSE THEY HAD THE PATTERNS WE WANTED, AND OUR JOB REQUIRED SUBCONTRACTORS FOR MULTIPLE PROJECTS. WE HAD COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEMS, PARTIALLY DUE TO INEXPERIENCE OF A NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and PARTIALLY DUE TO ERRORS MADE BY THE SUBCONTRACTOR. NOT ENOUGH TRIM PIECES WERE ORDERED, BUT BEFORE LOWE'S WOULD ORDER THEM, THEY REQUIRED US TO SIGN A DOCUMENT THAT WORK HAD ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION. I REFUSED, SINCE THE WORK WASN'T DONE YET, and THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULDN'T ORDER THE ADDITIONAL PIECES UNTIL I SIGNED. MEANWHILE, LOWE'S DISCONTINUED OUR PATTERN, MAKING PIECES HARDER TO ORDER. ON THE SECOND ROUND, THE TRIM PIECES WERE THE WRONG COLOR. LOWE'S, and THE SUBCONTRACTOR ARE POINTING FINGERS AT EACH OTHER, SO I DON'T KNOW WHO MADE THE ERROR, BUT THE REORDER IS TAKING FOREVER, SO OUR JOB STILL ISN'T DONE. THE FINISHED WORK IS GOOD, BUT THE ERRORS, and TIME IT'S TAKING ARE UNACCEPTABLE.

OUR SALES REP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. WHEN A FEW CUSTOMERS ARRIVED, HE IMMEDIATELY CALLED FOR HELP WHICH ARRIVED QUICKLY.

ARRIVED ON TIME, WORKED NEATLY. INITIAL CONTRACTOR DID NOT EXTEND ANTENNA SO I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY USING THE REMOTES. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME DIFFERENT REMOTES (THAT WERE DIRTY/USED) BUT FAILED TO SEE THE ANTENNA ISSUE. SO THE REMOTES STILL DIDN'T WORK. WHEN I CALLED THE CONTRACTOR AGAIN, THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REFUSED TO COME BACK. I CALLED LOWE'S. LOWES IMMEDIATELY SENT AN EMPLOYEE OVER TO LOOK AT IT. HE WAS HERE WITHIN 5 MINUTES. HE QUICKLY DETERMINED THE PROBLEM. WHAT INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD DISCONTINUE USING THAT CONTRACTOR BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

PURCHASED CARPET AND INSTALLATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER HARD FLOORING INSTALLATION. OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS NEW, SO THERE WERE SOME INEFFICIENCIES DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN SELECTION, SCHEDULING, ETC., BUT THE SERVICE EFFORT WAS GOOD AND THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY PLEASANT. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS GOOD AT MAKING THE NECESSARY FOLLOW-UP CALLS. THE LOWE'S SUBCONTRACTOR COMPLETED THE JOB WELL AND ON A TIMELY BASIS.
