I was very satisfied. They were great. I spent about $125 for 30 windows approximately. I got it on a coupon project, but they did a good job inside and out. They were efficient and very positive. They were just right on the job. I have a larger house and lots of windows. I was surprised to see how quickly they got that many windows done. I recommend them. I was set up for one day, but it was snowing and they cancelled. I don't know in window world if that's typical so they just rescheduled me a few days later. I was surprised my husband scheduled it in this cold weather. He was the one who scheduled it, not me. When it was snowing the morning they were supposed to come, I asked him if they do windows on a snowy day. My husband was like yes and sure enough he got a phone call, but they rescheduled me very quickly. They came out a couple of days later when the weather was better and they were fine. That could be something that's really typical of window companies and not a big deal at all. The price was good with the coupon. The coupon is like 50% or something. $300 for that many windows, all that labor doesn't sound outrageous to me. The quality was good. They did the screens as well. There was an extra cost for that. They were responsive. They were on time. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

Mike came and gave me an estimate. I purchased two of the angies list coupons on line. our house is 1922 with paned windows...He was comming out on one day, but had to reschedule due to the snow. He rescheduled and the result is FABULOUS. He and his crew did a great job and I would recommend them to all!

I found KBrite on AngiesList as well as had them referred by another professional. I called the number listed on Angies List early this week. The man who answered simply said something like "Sean" and then waited for me to speak. I told him I was trying to reach KBrite, that I had found him on AngiesList and what I needed done. He was sort of gruff and I didn't even feel like I had called a company. He just said "Here's what's going to happen - a guy named Mike is going to call you to set this up." We hung up and it is five days later I have still never heard from anyone. I have caller ID so I know that they didn't even try to call without leaving a message. It was very bizarre and I was disappointed.

I thought they were really thorough, they worked hard, they did a nice job, and we were pleased with them. We were satisfied so we’d have them back again.

It went extremely well. The work was completed in a timely manner, with all debris removed. Gutters were cleaned and all downspouts flushed with water and patency assured. He reported findings to me and they were done in less than a couple of hours.

KBrite was always very professional in their dealings with us. They came when they said they would for the estimate and arrived on time for the actual cleaning. They were incredibly efficient, completing the entire house in about two hours. We had undergone significant renovations (with the accompanying dust) and they were very thorough in cleaning the glass. There are no streak marks or squeegee marks at all! They started inside and removed all of the screens. Cleaning the screens consisted of a quick wipedown with a cloth, so if your screens are very dirty I would recommend talking to them about additional cleaning options. Luckily, our screens had been removed for our renovation so didn't have much dust on them. The only reason I gave them a "B" on responsiveness is that it took about a week for them to return my calls, both for the estimate and to schedule the appointment for the cleaning. In all fairness, they seem to schedule the appointments in addition to doing the cleanings themselves so they aren't as responsive as companies that have administrative personnel, but I would guess that is also what helps to keep their prices down. We had an immediate response from another company but their price was over $600 for the same work.

K-Brite left me a written estimate, scheduled the window cleaning quickly, arrived on time, did a fantastic job cleaning all of my windows (at least 20) and skylights for the agreed upon estimate. I will definitely use them again.

They have cleaned my gutters several times. They come within a week of me calling - not necessarily a set time, which is fine with me. They clean them, I pay. Good price for a 2 story home - no mess left over and gutters work great.

I did not dislike anything. They were very professional and very good. They were very careful and I have actually given their name out twice.

My husband attempted to clean our gutters and decided that this was just too big a job for us. So I looked up K-Brite on Angies List and gave them a call on Monday. They told me that they would be out in the next week. They arrived on Wednesday spent about an hour cleaning the gutters and told me where the problem areas were. They were very polite and timely. I also asked him to not make a lot of noise since my children were both napping and we didn't even hear him work! It cost exactly what was quoted.

They were a day late with estimate. Previous job ran longer than estimated and they were a day late on our service but we were happy with results.

Awesome! They came out when they said they would and I was charged what they quoted. The gentleman who did the work (Brad?) went above and beyond the call of duty. I even tried to pay him more and he still stuck to his quote.

did a good job- they cleaned the gutters out and they were fairly full -and the leaves / tree seeds were fairly packed in with a year's worth of debris, and they cleaned up the " stuff" off the decks and sidewalk afterwards
