K-BRITE Premium Window Cleaning

I live in a Victorian era home with the original glass and with storm windows. Today, for the first time since the windows were cleaned, the sun is shining and I am very happy at the difference clean windows make to the whole house! Mike and his helper came over last Monday after unexpectedly having to cancel the day after Thanksgiving (understandable and they called). They have been in the business long enough to really get everything right and proceeded along with no chatting to me as I went about my own work, went out to do errands and so forth. The day was very cold and I didn't envy them, but they took it in stride and didn't skimp. They also carefully moved all the book cases, sofas, chairs, plants, and related junk that I had in front of the windows, although I had offered to do it. Yah! It is great to have work done better than I could have done it by far and I didn't have to lift a finger except to write the check--no pain there--they were extremely reasonable. I believe I may have gotten some consideration on price as a returning customer. The job took about five hours plus a lunch break.

Things went very well. Our windows are not easy to clean, tall and big, and Mike and his helper did a great job. They were easy to work with and very professional. Mike (the owner) went out of his way to be sure that they did everything that I wanted. I called just a week before Thanksgiving and they were able to do the job before the holiday.

It went well. There were four guys that came, they were polite, considerate because they removed their shoes when entering my home, they were systematic in getting the jobs done and paid attention to detail. My windows, screens, sills look good, and the driveway looks a lot better after they power washed it. It took several hours to complete the job. Also Mike was easy to work with in getting an estimate in a timely manner.

The owner came out quickly to give me an estimate. I also really appreciate the fact he was able to work us in on such short notice for the actual cleaning. Derrick and Tyler were considerate, friendly, and respectful. They went above and beyond in their cleaning and were very careful to not make a mess, even when my windows were filthy. I will never wash windows again! I will hire this company in the future!

The 3 young men who came looked happy to be there, completed all the work in about 1 hour, helped remove any outside screens that were in the way and reinstalled them. Most of all - My windows are now clean. I am very happy with their work. Margaret Sproul

We used this contractor in our previous home -- and called them again after moving into our condo because we liked their work. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. A team of four arrived with numerous ladders, etc., and washed 28 windows in about an hour and a half. Will continue to recommend them!

I was getting a bit worried when nobody showed up on my scheduled day. It turns out that the appointment hadn't been recorded. However, Mr. Shivers scrambled to get a crew to my house in good time and scored points for handling the problem politely and efficiently. I was pleased with how my windows looked afterwards--and it had probably been quite a while since the outsides had been cleaned. The crew was pleasant. One comment I would have---after the crew left, I noticed one of the upstairs windows was not cleaned. I assume this was because a nearby tree blocked ladder access, but I would have expected someone at least to mention that fact before leaving. Other than that, I was happy with the job and the process.

Purchased this as a and quot;big dealand quot; for window cleaning and added the power washing and gutter cleaning. I was very impressed with the company and their professionalism. They were very efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

They were lousy. They did not do a very good job. They missed certain windows. They were only out to make money.

I have used K-Brite twice. They are very reliable and quick. On their last visit, they forgot to clean a certain area. I called them and they were happy to come back later that day to make sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.
