I called about the newer light weight collars for my Senior dogs. Emily gave me the costs with absolutely no pressure. She told me the pros and cons and left the decision totally up to me. I decided to upgrade. Patrick replaced the equipment, answered all my questions and adjusted the fence to my specifications. High quality company. I am not surprised that the got the top Dogwatch dealer of the world!

The owner came out to give an estimate of what he thought the property would be worth to put in invisible fencing. A gentlemen from another company was just leaving as he arrived. The owner of Dogwatch said a lot of bad things about the other business owner and even called him names. I felt this was not only unethical but extremely off-putting. I did not get the vibe that this business was mature enough to obtain and handle my money. Therefore, I gave it to the other company.

We have known Pat for years. Even with this we installed a fence for our 2 Irish Terriers with Invisible Fence when we moved to this house 9 years ago. Lots of trouble with fence (had to replace it) and the people who worked for Tim. He told some major untruths about the product....as a matter of fact, Tim, you CAN buy all of your stuff online!! This particular job was in two parts: Pat installed a new fencing system (the THIRD one) and we continued to use the old transmitter and collars. Then - we got Emmett. Irish Wolfhounds are sight hounds and Emmett found that a quick little shock wasn't enough to keep his attention. It was enough to NOT come BACK to the yard, but I digress. A call to Emily and Pat was at our house a day later. He installed the new transmitter, did some training with the new collar, and Emmett hasn't left our yard since! I was even considering finding other arrangements for him......he's way too cool for me not to have him!

It was a positive experience. They did good work and the price was very reasonable. When they came for the installation they were actually early and put everything in very quickly.

Perfect installation, and in very short order! Pat arrived on-time, an promptly installed the system. This took less than a quarter hour!

They did a great job. They were very professional. They walked us through how to use it. We were impressed that the owner came out and did a demo for us and follow through with training and answering our questions after the fence was installed.

They did a really nice job. We ended up having a problem with our dog jumping the fence and called them back. They offered some suggestions so this will not happen again. They came back out and tested a few things around the yard to solve it. Everything ended up good. He took the time to come out and everything turned out ok. He and his wife are very helpful people!

I found the company on Angies list so I sent an email. I had a dog that was getting out of the yard and I was looking for a company that would do an estimate and install very quickly. Emily called me within about 15 minutes after sending the email and set up a time for an estimate. Pat was here on time and he worked out his schedule to install the system the following week. The install crew was running ahead of schedule so they called to see if they could come early. The service they provided during the install was excellent and took about 90 minutes. They did a great job of cleaning up and if it had not been for the flags marking the fence line you would have known they were here. Pat came later and showed me how to train the dogs. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for this type of product. great experience. This was first experience I had hiring a contractor . Pat was prompt and fence was installed in about two hours. I have three dogs and peace of mind this has given me has been great! I liked the fact that this is a family owned company that has been in business for many years.

Pat installed my underground dog fence today and I can't tell you the peace of mind it has given me. If you are a dog lover, I am sure you understand the worries of losing your pet and best friend. I asked Pat to come to my home in July and educate me on his product. I felt very comfortable with Pat in my home and he was great about teaching me about in ground fencing and very patient with all my questions. I had no doubt from that day on that I would use Dog Watch to install my fence. Pat explained all the details of the system to me again today and left me with a wonderful detailed instruction sheet on how to train my dog to understand the fencing. "Hidden fence training for Dummies". The dummy being me, not my dog. Pat was so great with my dog! Very patient and caring. Our experience with Pat and Emily has been excellent. Their customer service is exemplary. He was punctual with the appointment, provided an accurate and thorough estimate, installed the product as agreed upon, and worked with our dog to learn the new boundaries. He then trained us in how to continue to manage the process with the dog. It has worked marvelously well in keeping our pup in the confines of the yard without harming our pup.Every time we have had a question the Wests are available to address it. It is a great product and support staff. Our 80 pound pup is unusually determined in his desires to dig up shrubs and flowers so during the next week we will be fencing our flower garden./tree/shrub area to better extend their longevity. We have no doubts that the Dogwatch product and owners will be able to control this behavior.

From the beginning, they were very prompt, professional and thorough. We had them out for an estimate and were able to get the work scheduled and completed within a week, even given the everlasting rain. We are very pleased with the final result and look forward to continuing our business relationship with them going forward.

They were great. We interacted with them through mail and over the phone for the replacement collars. The installation of the fence was fantastic. The owner came out and we had a different set of dogs at that point and passed away since. He worked with the dogs and actually trained them on the use of the fence and I did not expect that. He buried the line and everything has worked perfectly. He also stays in touch with us, every once in a while. They have a website now, so we get emails every once in a while about their capabilities and new features that they are having come out. They also do a lot with the pet awareness and adoption of animals in the Columbus area, so they really reached out to this community and the people that buy from them. They are wonderful. We got 2 collars and spent $15 or $20 on each of them. The installation of the fence was $200 or $300, but was done several years back.

At first we were concerned we might have made a mistake getting the fence because the dogs were hesitant to even go into the yard. But after a short adjustment period they now LOVE going out again! We got the hidden fence because one of the dogs kept digging out of our existing fence. We haven't had a problem with that since getting the hidden fence. The added bonus is that the hidden fence is around the entire property line so they are able to go out in the front yard now off their leashes and we don't have to worry about them running off - which is especially impressive considering they are both beagles (who catches a scent and goes without thinking). Dogwatch of Columbus was very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and took care of everything I needed all without any high pressure sales tactics. I found that working with my dogs just a few minutes a day for about two weeks had them trained completely. But was reassured by the fact that if I couldn't get them trained Pat would come back out and do another training for me. Overall it was well worth the money spent. I no longer have to track the dogs all over the neighbourhood after they get out because they don't get out anymore! The indoor containment system keeps them away from the kitty litter box so no more yelling at them for getting into that! The dogs are happier because they are being corrected less and I'm happier because I'm having to correct them less. It's a win win for both of us.

They came out and walked the property both the front and back yards just like they did when they did the estimate. They put the underground fence in and also the control box. Trained us on how to train the dog. Walked around with the dog and trained her. All info was also handy on paper and also stored conveniently at the control unit. All good.

The folks of Dogwatch are absolutely fabulous to work with. They came out within a couple of days of my phone call to give me an estimate. Pat explained their product in great detail and he was wonderfuly with my dogs even when just here for the estimate. He even came to do the install in the pouring down rain! We love our fence and the security that it provides our dogs.

The process went very well. They came out twice to go over product features with me, provided a neighbor as a reference and did not try to "hard sell" me. The fence was installed in my very large yard and training was completed in about 3 hours. I am very happy with the quality and the features of the product so far.

I purchased a cheaper name brand unit from the pet store- it used a $10 battery PER DAY! I took it back and got a new one and the replacement did the exact same thing- It that rate I would have paid HUNDREDS for their product I called Emily, she throughly explained their remote trainer unit which is RECHARGEABLE! and has a 1/2 mile range! and holds a charge for about two days. Emily and Pat have ALWAYS been wonderful- I have been a client for 10 years- Love their fence, Love their trainer, Love their company! I wish all businesses were like them!!
