Dog Watch of Columbus came out and did a wonderful job installing the invisible fence for our pet. Pat offered a great, no-pressure quote and we were able to schedule very quickly.

The price was a bit higher than I liked, but they did a great job, arrived on time, and even used a type of wire that I requested specifically.

Excellent. I called and spoke with their message service, left message that I had accidently cut the wire, and I asked for service repair. Within the hour, Pat the Owner returned my call and we quickly agreed on a specific date and time for repair. Steve the Service Manager arrived exactly on time, and performed a proper mechanical and electrical repair. The owners and employees have been excellent performers. And their fence equipment (collars, controllers, power supplies, etc.) have been excellent performers. I am very pleased with this company. They have met and exceeded every commitment they've ever made to me.

Very well. They trained my dog same day as fence installation. If I had a question they responded quickly. Replaced my dogs electric collar because he had chewed it. Definitely would refer to my friends.

Installer did VERY clean work and the attention to detail was awesome in the garage where the dog fence and control unit are located. Wires were installed at 90 degree angles etc. The entire team was very professional and they did not try to over sell unneeded items.

Pat, the owner, handled most everything and was top notch in all respects. The company was even able to install the system in cold weather with some snow on the ground a couple of days ago and it's working just fine. We needed it as we have a new dog in the family that loves the outdoors. Soon he will able to run freely and enjoy the large yard. I highly recommend Pat and Dogwatch for your dog's electric fence.

Pat came out last year and provided an estimate for installing electric fence system we bought ourselves. Cost included install and an upgraded durable line. He was prompt in providing an estimate and getting the install completed - all within several days. The following spring our dog actually found and chewed a piece of exposed line coming out from garage. Pat immediately came out next day and fix line and put PVC around it; this was ll done at no charge. The again in August we called and some questions about some driveway construction we were doing, and Pat responded within an hour to answer our question. Overall great experience and responsiveness.

Provided estimate, showed up on time. Explained what was necessary. Pat and Steve showed up promptly and described exactly what they were going to do. Completed work in two hours. Very very pleased and will recommend to others.

Pat came out and replaced our equipment and retrained our dog which was running through our old underground fence. I really appreciate that the equipment they offer is user friendly to the homeowner. The old system we had was only programmable by the company we purchased through, which we had to go to their office or pay a fee to have the settings changed. I also appreciate the fact that the battery life is so long and that it isn't a proprietary battery. The cost per year is an incredible savings! Our dogs are safe and sound in our yard!

The hidden fence sytem is awesome! DogWatch of Columbus is a great family owned business. They are super quick in responsing when you need something, The collars are expensive but worth it.....especially since you only need to change the battery once a year and our collars have truely lasted 10+ years! We trust DogWatch of Columbus to keep our dogs safe everyday!

Done on time without any mess for us to clean up. No service needed for the product since installation.

This is a fabulous company !! They installed the invisible fence this past summer, taking it around my pastures, through the woods, up and down ravines, and over a gully (approx. 7 acres). Last week the alarm went off, indicating a break in the wire. Steve came out today and located the break, which turned out to be in a buried section of the wire, and repaired it. I also wanted one section of the wire moved to allow my dog to walk along a logging trail with me. Steve was very obliging and did a great job! I would recommend this group to anyone with dogs! They came over and gave us an estimate for installing the fence. We ended up not installing the fence because there is a coyote problem around our home and we have a small dog. We thought the dog being outside alone would not be safe, so we received a partial refund.

Excellent. Initial consultation was informative & helpful. It was not an annoying sales pitch - yea! The installation and training went very well. My energetic dogs responded much (much) faster than I thought they would.

They responded promptly, located the issue easily, and fixed it quickly. I've had other invisible dog fences and did not have the same level of service. I love the fact that with this fence I can replace the batteries myself and not spend a fortune ordering batteries at a high cost inorder to make the collar functional. So for the product itself and the excellent service we have received I HIGHLY recommend this dog fence.
