Description of Work: We had blinds replaced for three sliding glass doors and three windows. I was very impressed with the service. The fit, color and workings of the blinds are perfect. I will use this company again when I need other blinds replaced.

 + -1 moreTHE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. THE SALESMAN SOLD ME SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T MEET THE NEED I HAVE. I BOUGHT IT TO SHIELD MY GRANDCHILDREN FROM THE SUN AND IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING, AND DOESN'T SHIELD US FROM THE SUN.
Description of Work: I HAD THE MAN COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A AWNING, I GAVE HIM 1/2 DOWN AND THE REMAINING AMOUNT WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE JOB. IT WAS NOON WHEN THEY FINISHED. AT ABOUT 5PM WE DIDN'T GET ANY SHADE. I CALLED HIM AT 5PM, AND TOLD HIM THAT IT WASN'T WORKING. HE TOLD ME TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS, I TOLD HIM NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE IN A FEW DAYS. I TALKED TO THE OWNER THREE DAYS LATER. SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. SHE TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T BUY THE "DELUXE AWNING." IF I HAD THAT WOULD HAVE PROVIDED ME THE SHADE I NEED. THE OWNER THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY TOLD HER THAT THE MATERIAL AND THE MECHANISM ON THE AWNING ARE WORKING AND THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING.

 + -1 moreI WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE MAN I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE AND LOOKED FORWARD TO MY ESTIMATE. THE SALESPERSON SHOWED UP AND WAS RUDE FROM THE MOMENT SHE WALKED IN MY HOUSE. SHE RAN THROUGH MY HOUSE DOING THE MEASUREMENTS SO FAST. SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE WERE INCONVENIENCING HER. WHENEVER I WOULD ASK HER A QUESTION SHE WAS VERY CONDESCENDING. BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE TREATED ME I WILL NOT BUY MY BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN SALES.
