Description of Work: Trouble with a leaky Hot Tub, Mike the service rep from All Seasons visited us and diagnose the issues on at least two occasions, and once he figured out what was wrong...he took the time to explain the steps needed to get the hot tub back up and running. We also worked with Kelly, from the home office in Hilliard, who was very pleasant to deal with and was a big part of getting Mike pictures of our hot tub leak, etc.

Description of Work: Excellent service! Arrived early, was extremely helpful and encouraged me to ask every question I could think of. They were very professional, very polite about me using too much chlorine, and best of all told me practically what it takes to run my hot tub. Will definitely call them for any of my needs.

Description of Work: Bought some trim parts for my Jacuzzi J-340. Bought the hot tub new from All Seasons Spas Jacuzzi J-340 11 years ago, use in a cabin rental, have got tons of use. Still looks like new. I had to replace a control board twice, along with cushions and diverter. Small items for lots of use. Kelly is always helpful and professional, have also had service to Hocking Hills. Best company I have dealt with!

Description of Work: I PURCHASED A HOT TUB (SUNDANCE) FROM THIS COMPANY 2 YEARS AGO. PAID IN FULL IN MARCH, THEY DIDN'T EVEN DELIVER THE PRODUCT UNTIL JUNE AND WHEN THEY DID, IT WASN'T A COMPLETE ORDER. I HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM THEY OWED ME A HOT TUB. THE REST OF THE ORDER DID NOT GET INSTALLED UNTIL AUGUST. THE HOT TUB HAS CONSTANTLY NOT WORKED. I HAVE PLACED MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM, AND THEY DO NOT HELP ONE BIT. I WANTED THEM TO REMOVE THE TUB LAST YEAR SINCE THEY SAID IT WAS A LIFETIME GUARANTEE, BUT THEY WANTED TO TRY TO FIX IT. MANY PHONE CALLS LATER AND ANOTHER YEAR....IT IS BROKEN AGAIN. I CALLED THEM AND THE SALESPERSON HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO SELL IT IN THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH. HE DID NOT OFFER TO HELP.
