They walked me through over the phone modifying the tub settings to work with the weather we are having now and suggested what to do when the weather changes again. The instructions in the manual and on line were substantially less complete. The tub is working like a charm. They provided great service in a timely fashion. I will call again when I have another issue.

The location for our hot tub is approximately a 5-hour drive from Hilliard, Ohio. Since it is in a remote location, the only repair people available are about 1-1/2 hours away, and every time they would come to repair our tub it would cost us about $150 just for them to show up, plus the cost of the repairs. These repairs were happening every 6-8 weeks, so this was getting pretty expensive. I called All Seasons Spas and discussed the problems I was having with Mike. He offered to walk me through the troubleshooting/repair process. It took several trips down and back for me to figure out and replace the deficient parts, but Mike was extremely patient and helpful (even outside of his work hours). Unfortunately, part of the issue was the inferior quality of the circ pumps for this older hot tub, so the pump failed again 6-8 weeks later (like clockwork). I recently obtained from Mike a new and different circ pump which I installed this past weekend, so I am hopeful this will solve the issue. I am extremely appreciative of Mike's willingness to help me solve this problem by instructing me in how to fix this equipment on my own!

Called them to work on my Sundance hot tub. They came out in a few days, did the work, inspected the hot tub and gave me a condition report. They didn't suggest things I didn't need and gave me an accurate quote of the work before performing it based on the symptoms I communicated to them. They are a dealer for Sundance and I will use them again. No hassle service provider who comes out when they say, do what they say and charge a fair price!

Was not satisfied at first as the first guy said we needed a panel to fix and it was like $600+ after just spending 400. They had Bob sent out and he fixed the problem and I didn't have to spend that $600+. Again Bob is awesome.

I'm an electrical contractor and was in the process of installing an older hot tub which my customer had purchased from another homeowner. The hot tub was rated for three different power demands options, unfortunately we were not provided with a installation manual. I called All Seasons Spas with the hope that they may be able to provide me with some guidance. The lady answering the phone was more than willing to answer any and all my questions. Because the tub was a few years old, she had to do a little research but did come up with the info need to complete the job. I even offered to pay for her time, or schedule for one of their techs to come over and correct the issues but she had no problem giving the info over the phone at no cost. She was extremely friendly and professional.

It's not fixed but it isn't their issue. The previous owner winterized the tub before they sold the house to us and I think something happened there. The guys couldn't get to the back part of tub because of the way they surrounded the deck around the tub so there wasn't much he could do. They did a good job. They were courteous and on time. He would have fixed it if he had been able to get to it. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: I used All Seasons Spas to do some maintenance because we had a leak on the tub. They looked at the motor and they did what they could to fix the leak.

Original sale of Hot Tub cost $3500. All Seasons noted that tub had all replacement parts or reconditioning prior to purchase. During a 1 year period, We replaced the Pump, hoses and all the Jets which were falling apart or not operational. (At owners cost) Found Tub empty during 2nd year and placed called for service and PAID $200 for service only to confirm that tub was not operational. We called and complained and All Season's came out and made half hearted attempt to repair tub and in the process broken the step to the tub which was never replaced or repaired. Received call a day later and Informed by All Seasons that leak could not be diagnosed until Summer and costs of repair would be at their standard rate of $150 per hour. .

The spa that you purchased on 4/14/12 and was delivered on 5/4/12 is a 2004 Sundance Spa that we sold as a pre-owned spa with a 30 day warranty. The spa was tested here and ran for 7 days at which time parts and pieces that were not working were replaced/updated such as pillows, jets a new cover and misc parts. This particular service call came in during the coldest Winter on record. The customer called in stating that the spa has drained out and froze we advised the customer we would put them in for a service call but in the mean time to place a small heat source ( space heater, etc ) under the spa cabinet to prevent any further damage from occurring. We arrived for the service call and noted that the spa drain line was froze and cracked and the heart was leaking, due to the spa being frozen no other information could be gathered. We asked the homeowner to place a heater under the spa so it could thaw out which usually takes a number of days even sometimes a week. The next call we received from the customer is that they did not put heat under the spa and they wanted us to come out and do that so we did come out and place a small heater under the spa to start thawing it out, this is now 3 weeks from the original service call. On March 3, we stopped out to check on the progress of the spa thawing out and noticed the space heater had been unplugged. We contacted the home owner, asked them why the space heater had been unplugged ( the spa was still frozen) and we were told it was tripping the breaker when a curling iron or straightener was plugged in, so they unplugged the space heater for the spa. We then completed another visit and looked into installing test parts to document the damage and get a quote. The spa at this point has extreme freeze damage and we completed an insurance quote to give to the customer to submit to their insurance company. They opted to get a price to have the spa repaired instead and where the spa is located in a 3 sided deck not all sides are accessible so the leaks that are occurring in the back and side of the spa can not be properly diagnosed or repaired. The customer was charged 150.00 plus local sales tax for the original service call. The misc. travel fees, winterizations, time to put on test parts, time to take of test parts, time to fill the spa, we spend about a lot of time attempting to figure out what was wrong with the spa. The repairs couldn't be completed because of the location of the spa, the spa would have had to be moved to be repaired which couldn't be done over the winter months. We feel that we handled this the best that we could for a frozen spa during the winter months and just couldn't come to resolution on the price of the spa repairs.

Description of Work: All Seasons ordered a skimmer grill for my Jacuzzi j-340, I purchased Jacuzzi J-340 for my Hocking Hills Cabin Business from all seasons in 2004, this spa has got quite a workout in the last 10 years, 2 new covers, 2 circuit boards, and a few minor parts. This is the best quality hot tub we have in our fleet, service from all seasons is way better than any other provider. Like anything else you get what you pay for, the first spa came from sam's club and lasted 2 years, all seasons keeps most parts in stock that can go bad, so well can get out spa up and running asap!

Fantastic service from placing call to repair of hot tub. Called All Seasons Spa thinking my pump had quit working. When technician Mike came to house, he discovered it was a faulty wire. Replaced it and spent time making sure I could change filter (which I asked to have replaced), also how to use chemicals correctly and understand functions of controls. The hot tub had not been working for six months but by the time Mike left I felt very comfortable taking care of it again. Mike was just the kind of person one would want to come into their home. Very honest, sincere and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company!! we have purchased two hot tubs from them over the years and have always had a positive experience with them!

First, thanks you Mike Blomstran to replying quickly to my email about recycling my old (broken, yet again) spa...that had become a nightmare. Mike and I agreed on a new Clarity spa. The sizing was a little different from my old one, so we sat down and configured its placement on my deck. I have a 5 foot high deck with a railing rising another 4 feet. So delivery was going to be difficult. For my old spa...he threw in the extra man-power cost for the difficult delivery, steps, and a covermate which allows me to open and close the cover easily. The cover and general installation/delivery was included in the cost of the hot tub. Mind you, my last hot tub (Thermal Spa - I do not recommend) cost me $11K...so I was so pleased with the cost of this new spa. Mike gave me instructions to drain my old tub, gave a recommendation of electricians if I needed them, which I did not. The new spa, that was delivered within two weeks by Bill & Cameron (Delivery Dept.) and Bob Jones and Mike Reiss (Service Dept.). In fact, Bill called me the day before and asked to come over and check out the deck to see the easiest way to get the old spa off my deck and the new one on. The way they did it was truly amazing. They took down one of my higher railings (6 feet in height), that I would have never thought of, and they replaced it, probably more securely than before. Kudos! Also, neither my yard or my neighbors' yards were damaged in anyway. Again, Kudos. Bob Jones stayed as we filled the new hot tub...he explained a couple of bells and whistles...and I have enjoyed my. New All Seasons Spa every night since. This company really focuses on customer service! They get an A+ from me, start to finish!

We bought the spa and their team delivered the spa and did a great job. After the delivery the lights on our spa stopped working and we also could not get all of the jets to come on. We called All Seasons and they were great! Our jets were operator error as we didn't realize that there was a main control valve as well. They sent someone out the next day to look at the lights and they were fixed when we returned home from work. I would highly recommend them!

Super! We purchased this hot tub from All Seasons Spas in September of 2004, and had used them once previously for a service call. Both the purchase experience and the previous service experience were excellent. In this case, I went to put chemicals in the hot tub on a Friday evening and saw that there was an issue...the three flashing red dots under the temperature display, and the hot tub was not heating, although the pump was running. I know from previous experience that it could be a symptom of a dirty filter, so I cleaned the filter, but that did not solve the problem. On Saturday I called All Seasons to schedule the service. When I described the problem, they said it sounded like the pressure switch had gone bad (which confirmed my internet research!). The gentleman on the phone said that it was a repair someone handy could do if I wanted to come in and get the part if I really needed to fix the tub immediately (the service staff is not available on the weekends). I was not in that much of a hurry nor inclined to attempt this repair myself, so he took my information and reminded me that the service call would be $150 plus any parts and I agreed. On Monday, the service tech arrived and went immediately to work (it was cold and rainy!) He replaced the switch. The service call was prompt, the personnel with whom I dealt were professional. I would recommend All Seasons for purchase and service of hot tubs.

We needed to replace an existing spa and deck that is located adjacent to a screened porch. After visiting two local companies that specialized in spas we decided to purchase a Jacuzzi unit from All Seasons Spas. On our initial visit to that establishment we were assisted by Kelly Young. Kelly was particularly helpful, informative and personable. On a subsequent trip to the store we were assisted by Jason, who was also quite helpful. Both sales associates did their best to make the spa purchase effortless. Prior to purchasing the spa they sent out a service person to our home when we had concerns about the "fit" of the unit on the new deck. After we selected a unit they were willing to hold delivery of the spa until our deck was completed (which took longer than expected). They were able to recommend an electrical company to install the unit that coordinated delivery with installation perfectly. They also offered to give us a discount of $150.00 if we paid by cash instead of by credit card. When I accidently forgot to decrease the payment by that amount, I called Kelly to let her know what had happened. She had a check sent out for the amount of the discount within one week of my call. After delivery of the Jacuzzi spa Kelly made calls to our home to make sure that the unit was operating well and to see if we had any questions. We honestly considered not even visiting All Season Spas because of previous (very old) "bad" ratings reviewed on the Angie's List website. We took a chance because businesses may try to improve, management might change, etc. We have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our purchase at All Seasons Spas.

It took an additional 4 people for a total of 8 people to manhandle a 8'x8' 1,200lb. hot tub up onto this deck that was 25' off of the ground. This woman refused to pay for a crane, so to save the deal we all risked our lives. Very stupid decision looking back. Wish we had never dealt with this customer in the first place. I called All Season because my hot tub did not work. Before they would even send someone out, I had to hand over my credit card number. The repair guy finally got around to coming out three weeks later, told us we needed to have the main control (fuse) box replaced, that he would order the part, and that he would call us with an exact price. He said the part costs about $300. He charged us $75 just to come out and tell us what was wrong with the tub. We waited a month and didn't hear from him. Then, he calls as he is ON HIS WAY OVER (a month later!). My husband meets him at the house. And he tells us "Oh, the part is a lot more than I thought it would be. It's $750." What? He tells us that AFTER he's started working on it. We were livid, but we were desperate to get it fixed, so we let him do it. Mistake. The tub didn't work when he was finished. I had to hire another guy to come out and he told me that All Season replaced our control box with the wrong box, and it didn't work because he had also failed to replace our digital control panel, so therefore the buttons we pushed sent the wrong signals to the box. The second guy, Spa and Hot Tub Outlet were much better and actually got the tub working for a lot less. I would seriously think twice before hiring these people. not only do they have no consideration for your time, they do not call or show up when they say they will. And what business magically doubles the price of a part and expects people to just shut up and pay it? No company I want anything to do with.

ONE TIME, I HAD NOT SCREWED ON OF THE THINGS ON RIGHT AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THAT VISIT. KELLY YOUNG HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WHEN I CALL IN TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT DIFFERENT THINGS ABOUT THE SPA. THE SERVICE HAS JUST BEEN SUPER. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 4 YEARS AND THEIR SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT THE SPA FROM THEM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF MINOR PROBLEMS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME OUT THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY AND TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I HAVE NOT REALLY HAD TO PAY BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN IN WARRANTY.

GREAT FROM START TO FINISH. KELLY TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THE MODEL I PURCHASED WOULD FIT MY NEEDS. IT WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH ALL SEASONS SPA, SO MUCH THAT I'VE PURCHASED A SPA FOR MY DAUGHTER.
