Great1 Very easy to work with. They were prompt with communication and listened to what we wanted in our design/budget. The crew was polite, tidy and hardworking!

We got 3 estimates on this project from different vendors. Scott Ross listened to our needs and requests and provided us with a beautiful design that we decided to go with their company. Their crew was professional, punctual and cleaned up every day. They answered our questions and alleviated my anxiety about the project. They worked with me regarding my landscaping ideas. They are true craftsmen in this arena. The project got finished in 4 weeks and we love it. We have had so many compliments from family and friends. The patio has been an extension to our home and we use it every day. We will definitely use them again. Very,very pleased and satisfied!

Eric was in charge; his team worked together to accomplish everything; he kept us informed & sought feedback to address our concerns and meet our expectations. Everything looks great now!

The project was started on time. Everyone was prompt in arriving everyday and very polite. We had a few hings that unexpectedly needed to he fixed and that was taken care of as well. The finished project was just as we expected.

Matt was east to work with and came up with an excellent design for a new patio. His employees were prompt and extremely hard working.

We ended up having some issues with the estimate. The price was part of the problem. Based on my experience, I probably wouldn't use them again.

They excavated, installed the patio and mulched the beds. It was a paver patio, about 34 by 19. Yes, I would use them again.

We did know the design of it. We told them kind of what we wanted. So then they came with a design of what they kind of thought we wanted by what we were saying. And then we looked at it, and the retaining wall what the only thing we thought we didn't need. I knew two other people that had gotten three patios put in, and I work with them in the military. So that was pretty much why I went with them. They kind of vouched for them and said they did a great job with their three patios that they put in.

Stellar! I highly recommend 9 Trees and would use them again. I had a few companies in my consideration set when we started this process (all from Angie's List reviews) and I had heard great things about 9 Trees from friends too. 9 Trees immediately stood out because they promptly responded to my calls, showed up on time, and gave honest assessments of what we were dealing with in regards to the old patio, the grading, and options. I felt immediately comfortable with them, their expertise, and experience. Matt helped us sketch out our plans and gave us ideas too, things we hadn't considered, but was never pushy. He was patient, walked us around his patio yard to see the different types of stones, pavers etc.. and we took some home to see how they looked against the house. We were placed on the schedule and told who our crew would be and their experience. We added in a fire pit to the wall and we knew we wanted some kind of design to it; Jason on the crew played around with a few things and since we were at work he texted photos of options as he created them with us and we landed on a great one. Everyone was very responsive the entire time, including the post work communications. The tear out of the old patio went very fast, and they were careful to preserve as much grass in our yard despite the heavy equipment rolling around. The end product looks great and we are very happy with it! They cleaned up the yard, graded everything, and put down more dirt and grass seed. It's now a place we love to hang out, grill, eat, and entertain on.

It was a terrific experience. The team was knowledgeable and performed high-quality work. The design stage was easy; we were very happy with the materials, the project management and the team.

I’m actually having them come back out in the fall.

In the fall of 2016 I had 9 Trees do a long list of work - I had them remove old (probably from the 1950's) railroad ties around my house, mulch all beds, and plant a tree. I also had them strip the sod from about half my backyard to create a side-by-side vegetable garden and a butterfly garden. I had them come back in the spring of 2017 to do the plantings for the butterfly garden and to plant some bee-friendly plants on one side of my house. The crew did a great job with the plantings. All the plants are thriving and none experienced transplant shock. In addition, Morgan chose a great selection of plants for the butterfly garden. It's attracting plenty of honey bees and bumblebees, but also bees I didn't know were in the area, such as sweat bees and leafcutter bees. I'm really happy with the job, and I will use 9 Trees again.

We are very pleased with the outcome. 9 Trees staff worked smoothly with the stamped concrete contractor. Highly recommend. Very few contractors will show his degree of vision. Also, communication is outstanding.

We were so happy and impressed with our experience with 9 Trees. I worked a lot with Matt the owner and he was very knowledgeable and also flexible making sure to accommodate what we wanted within our budget. Their office has samples of the different pavers and color options which was super helpful in making our decisions. We chose 9 Trees even though they were not the lowest price quote we got because their work seemed to be the highest quality and I am very glad we went with them. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the site every night so we really only knew there had been people at our house during the day because of the progress on the patio. They worked very quickly, even through cold weather, and the project was completed in the number of days promised. We are very happy with the patio and will definitely recommend 9 Trees to our friends and family.

Matt and his crew did a great job on our project. The crew was on time daily, never left early, they worked in the cold and even in some light rain to get the job done quickly. Matt created our vision, and handled my attention to detail so I was comfortable with the decisions. We started our project in late fall, so we ran into an issue getting the final product sealed - Matt assured me it would be done as soon as weather permitted, and sure enough, my crew showed up as soon as it warmed up and finished the job.
