The crew was wonderful. Very meticulous and hard working. They took the time to do the job correctly. They corrected the mistakes made on the installation of my previous patio ten years ago. They really did the job the way I would have done it myself (if I could). Very conscientious. I would recommend 9 Trees to anyone, including my own mother.

Found 9 Trees at the 2020 Dispatch Home and Garden Show. I had talked to every 'landscaping' company at the show to try to get someone to revitalize my front yard. All the companies except 9 Trees wanted to either just do hardscaping or just throw fertilizer on as part of a 4 or 5 step plan. No one really wanted to do what our yard needed. 9 Trees explained what they would do and came out for an estimate. The Show was in early 2020 but, due to the pandemic, we could not get them onsite until this spring. They reworked the entire yard and the results are spectacular. Morgan stayed in touch throughout the process to ensure everything was just right. Wish I could attach some pictures.

They did an excellent job!! We love it, and have received compliments from neighbors too. The crew was professional, courteous, and cleaned up well afterwards. The owner, Matt called to check on our satisfaction. Also, he took some off the bill because they completed the job earlier than expected!! They did an even bigger job last Spring, removing our deck, and creating a beautiful patio & landscape, which is why we brought them back. My wife and I highly recommend 9 Trees!!!

I highly recommend using 9 Trees Landscape Construction to build or reconstruct your patio. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. As you can imagine, they are very busy due to their craftsmanship and expertise in their design. This creates a lot of demand for their patios but I’m telling you that it’s definitely worth your wait! We are beyond happy with the way our patio turned out! Anthony, Indy, and Roberto were wonderful to work with! 9 Trees Landscape Construction are the experts when it comes to outdoor living spaces!

Everything went great and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our patio project. Even during these unprecedented times Matt was able to deliver a great end product and was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process! Shane and his crew that were onsite had a great attention to detail and were on a regular timely schedule as they completed the project. They were even very helpful in accommodating some additional requests I had around the outside of the house while getting the original job done. Would highly recommend 9 Trees Landscape!

Removal of wood deck & installation of paver patio .

Exceptional from step one. Met with owner to discuss project and there was no pressure, just insuring that the company could fulfill our request. Work crew was top notch and very thorough. They insured final project exceed expectations.

In the Spring of 2019, bricks in our patio fell through, revealing a decent sized sink hole. It turned out the sink hole was due to our home builder that buried a disconnected conductor pipe. As a result, over a period of 7 years, our gutter dumped water under our brick paver patio and the dirt started washing out into the pipe. Our builder admitted it was their mistake and hired another company to repair the conductor pipe and patio. After the repair was completed, the patio did not look the same. It was two toned and you could see where the repair had been made. They used the original bricks from the patio so it wasn't clear what happened. They admitted it didn't look good and sent the patio people they used back out, but they couldn't fix it. We got estimates from other patio companies to fix the repair and no one knew what to do. They were all perplexed and had a different theory as to the issue. Most did not think it could be returned to the original state. Then, came along 9 Trees. Morgan and Joel came out to the house and felt the bricks could have been flipped. That was a theory of others, but no one felt they could confirm that was the case. Joel grabbed a simple screwdriver, flipped over one of the bricks, revealing the color of the original patio. All that needed to be done was to have the bricks popped up and flipped over. It was repairable to the original state! I do not understand why no other company did that simple confirmation!! In addition to flipping the bricks, they also re-sanded the patio, applied a sealer and fixed some of the edges that were dropping. The quote came in lower to do ALL of that than another quote to just re-sand and fix the edges. The repair work started before the stay at home order due to COVID 19. They didn't have a chance to finish it before the order, but they stayed in contact with me and came back out to finish it as soon as they could. I really could not be happier with the end result. I'm pretty sure I screamed with excitement when I got my first look at the patio after the bricks had been flipped. 9 Trees restored our patio to it's original state and saved us so much money. After several of our neighbors had recommended 9 Trees for patio installation, we ended up going with them as well. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. They ended up installing starting at the end of February and at times ended up worked in the cold and rain. After three weeks, we have a beautiful patio and cannot wait to use it!

A portion of our paver patio had settled and was pulling away from the foundation of the house. Not only did it look bad but it was causing drainage issues. We used Angie’s List to find 9 Trees and they were up for the task. Joel was very prompt and professional in visiting, listening to/understanding the issue and delivering a timely estimate. Joel’s communication was clear, the work completed was as described and in the timeframe outlined. While we hope to not have any patio issues in the future, if so, we will be calling 9 Trees. Also, because of the stellar patio repair work performed, we are going to have them do our Spring yardwork and mulch. Another review to be posted then…

We totally recommend 9 Trees for your next paver patio project! The quality and detail of their work is just remarkable. The crew that was here worked nonstop despite the summer heat. The guys were very friendly and checked with us to make sure we were on the same page with our initial plan. Everything turned out just as we hoped!

The design and installation of the new paver patio next to my new backyard pool was phenomenal. My neighbors thought the pool was nice, but everyone really commented on the great paver patio! The steps and seat wall with built-in lights are my favorite part, and my wife really likes the large format pavers. I first learned about 9 Trees from my next door neighbor who had his patio installed about 5 or 6 yr ago, and now that I have a patio installed by 9 Trees another next door neighbor is planning with 9 Trees as well. It's clear their quality is first rate, and when it comes to investing in and building a paver patio, 9 Trees should be top of mind!

From the beginning, we were very impressed with 9 trees. Scott was so helpful in bringing our backyard vision to life! He had great suggestions and helped us navigate all of the material choices. The crew that worked on the project showed up and hit the ground running every day! The project was finished sooner than expected which was fantastic. (They also put up with my mom/babysitter asking questions lol). The finished product is absolutely perfect!
