Great! They got it done so quickly and it looks great! We had an event coming up and getting it done in time was crucial. They worked like crazy and cleaned up after themselves every night. Recommend highly! Excellent, professional work. Very Happy!

I called 9 Trees Landscape on Thursday, June 6th to schedule a time to obtain an estimate for repair work on my existing paver patio. I spoke with a representative and explained the situation. The representative indicated she would pass my name and telephone number onto someone else at 9 Trees Landscape and said he would call me later that day to further discuss. However, as of Tuesday, June 18th, I have not heard anything more from 9 Trees Landscape.

They did a fantastic job! I hired 9 Trees to remove our existing 380 square feet patio that was falling apart and replace it with a new one that was properly drained. Every step with them was top notch and professional from the initial phone call, to the quote, to selecting pavers, to the construction itself. The installation crew were total pros and left the work site spotless. They even removed the little flags that marked the gas lines! They did such a nice job that I'm already thinking of future hardscaping projects for them. 9 Trees does quality work and is not afraid to charge what they are worth. For something that could last for 15 to 20 years like a patio, it is worth paying a little more and getting the job done right. I've included day and nighttime pictures in this review so you can see the final results.

We wanted to take the time to compliment the spring cleanup completed over the past two days. They team was approachable and easy such as placing our huge pots. The resurrection of two Rose of Sharon bushes are amazing. Whatever you're doing to set the culture at 9 Trees continue it: From coordinating with Morgan to the finished project, everyone demonstrated service, results and hard work. Please let them know that we appreciate them.

We have a paver patio that previous owners installed that started falling apart not long after we purchased the house. I contacted 9 Trees in October 2018 to get a quote for the work, and they were initially very responsive. They quickly provided a quote. We decided that we were going to put the project off until the spring and communicated that to 9 Trees and that we would be in touch then. Fast forward to spring: on 21 March I emailed the individual who provided the quote asking if the quote was still good and whether there was any possibility of tightening up the numbers. No response. After a week, just in case that individual was no longer with 9 Trees, I called the company. I was told that Matt was still with the company and that they would ensure he would get back to me the same day. Nothing. I called again on April 3rd and was patched through directly to Matt. He busted an attitude with me "we gave the quote in October, and now you want me to do the job for less?" I reminded him of our earlier conversation that I would be in touch in the spring, but in the end he communicated that his company was not interested in my project. I found his attitude and demeanor rude and unprofessional and would not recommend this company to others.

Went excellent. The crew was very punctual and took a lot of care in their work. They would measure items numerous times before laying down a paver. They delivered a product that matched what we were expecting to receive. They were the lowest quote out of 3 options and have delivered a great product. This is the second patio they have built of me and are aware of the latest trends in style for what pavers to use, the ones that will last over years of central Ohio weather.

I will recommend 9 trees to anyone that asks. Our project was worked on through the ups and downs of winter weather conditions and very much appreciate the efforts of Shane, Anthony, Brian and Jacob. Matt Forchione's experience made the trip from initial ideas to finished product a breeze.

Communication from Matt throughout the entire process was prompt and clear. Of the various company's we obtained a bid from, 9Trees gave us the most confidence in the construction and know-how of building the paver patio. Hours after we first met with had a sketch and estimate. Matt was very helpful in getting all of the required documentation for our HOA. The end result looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations. They also added landscaping and a basement window well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend 9trees to others without hesitation.

We received estimates and landscape architectural drawings from multiple companies for a patio project. We needed the old patio torn out and the new one installed. 9 Trees provided us with the best overall use of space at a competitive price. The work was excellent, especially since there were unavoidable delays due to weather. The employees were professional and worked efficiently. They have also been very easy to get a hold of to duscuss the project. We are extremely pleased with the result.

The planning , work and care for the property was excellent. the crew was on time, careful in caring for the existing lawn and landscape and meticulous in cutting and laying the stone. We did not have one problem or complaint with the installation. I looks beautiful and we will definitely use them again for any future expansion. Bob

9trees did a fantastic job! We quoted from multiple landscape companies. The price of 9trees is the lowest, and they did their design the fastest. Matt is very professional, friendly and responsive to inquiries. We decided to go with 9trees also because of the good comments they received on BBB and AngiesList. Their workers are also professional and friendly. The project was done even before the originally scheduled date. One of our trees died shortly after planted. I emailed Matt and he sent someone to replace it quickly with no problem. I couldn't be happier with 9trees. I would recommend them to any of my friends who needs a landscape project.

During install, the crew was so courteous and professional. They always kept us informed and answered all our questions. We were really impressed with our experience from the time we received an estimate to when we made our final payment. Scott was really informative about products/pricing/design and helped us make our selections. When the crew came to complete the work , they were professional, on time, and produced TOP QUALITY work on a daily basis. Shane and Brian really know what they are doing when it comes to installing patio's and landscaping. The team was in constant communication with us if there was a delay or if they needed us to provide our input. We love our patio and the quality... It is perfect!!. Overall, what a great experience! Came out spent an hour going over what we needed done. Never heard back from them. Guess they don’t need the work.

Everything went very well. Even when they had a few surprises during the build, the extra costs were very reasonable. Manager and crew communicated with us the entire project and were extremely professional. For lawnmowing, mulching, and general landscaping, 9 Trees was responsive, reasonably priced, and completed everything with the highest quality. We highly recommend 9 Trees.

Matt and Chris were professional and always on time. They were knowledgeable and open to all questions. They were meticulous in their measurements and leveling. They made sure to clean the work area and surrounding areas. We have had additional work since the paver patio installation and have been happy with it all.

The patio installation was great. People have been complimenting it in the neighborhood. I could not be happier with the quality of it! My neighbors did say the team working on it was rude when they tried to talk to them and acted like they would not want their business.

We were very happy with our experience. During the initial design work Scott was very responsive to our questions and ideas, and during the construction process the crew did a great job. Jason did a great job in incorporating late changes in the fireplace design on site and other additional work, and gave us suggestions that improved the look and functionality of the patio. We have received lots of compliments on the final product and have enjoyed our time outside enjoying the new space.
