We offer complete landscape design build, paver patio installations (no concrete work) & maintenance services. Our prices are provided in writing and do not change unless the scope of work changes per a customer request. We require a negotiable 50% deposit to schedule a project. Our staff members are degreed, industry certified, outstanding people dedicated to providing the best customer service and product possible. Award winning. Services offered include: Landscaping design & build, patios, walkways, decks and gazebos, outdoor grill areas, planting, seating, sod, retaining walls, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, paver patios, pergolas, hardscaping, lighting, mowing, mulching, spring & fall clean up, summer & winter pruning, fertilizer, weed & insect control, planting, beds & snow removal. They're great!
Description of Work: We use them regularly. We just signed up for spring cleanups. They come twice a year. They take care of our lawn so they've been here four or five times a year. Then they do the spring cleanup and anything else we need to have done. They do everything. They do the lawn, spring cleanup, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, weed removal and all of that.

Good morning. If you did not get an email response, then I would recommend you pick up a phone and try to call the office to discuss. If you have the brick front steps, I did reply to your email telling you an approximate cost and that we would want to rebuild completely, not tuck point some mortar joints. Never heard from u again. On Easter Holiday I should bite my tongue but I'm too Italian and vested for that. I ask Angie's list members about their thoughts when they see a person blast an otherwise impeccable company. They all say u can tell that some folks are off their rocker and blast Companies in hopes to get a response. Not the response u want this time, I'm not I nterested in driving an hour away to have our integrity challenged. If u want to share your experience with the owner, my name I s Matt and I don't like when u bash us for NO reason. We have no obligation to respond to every email request, though in this case we did. I specifically did. Good luck finding someone to work for you. I have 30 talented workers that can make your steps new and beautiful, not sure any want do so when we are bashed even before we have a design.

Description of Work: We were looking to have some simple landscaping done (trees pruned, a bush removed and replaced, some foliage cleaned up) and decided to give 9 Trees a try. Very happy with the results! They provided a few options within our budget and the work exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend if you are in the market. We will definitely be using again as the need arises.

Description of Work: We used 9 Trees to install a new paver patio with a couple seat walls and a fire pit. They also put in landscaping around the patio. With any construction projects there are always things that come up unexpected, but Matt and 9 Trees were always keeping us informed and made things right without charging us for additional work if necessary. The end result was a beautiful patio that we look forward to enjoying for years to come.

Description of Work: This was a quote to expand my current paver patio. All I wanted was a 3 x 10 area with new pavers, another new area for a fire pit and 2 retainer wall areas. Oh and reset the stones around the step at the patio door. Their cost was 2 1/2 times the cost if the vendor I chose.

Response from 9 Trees Landscape Construction
He contacted 9 Trees on 1/13/14. He requested that we provide an estimate for repairing a retaining wall that had collapsed. Scott Ross met with the homeowner the next morning to take measurements and establish the scope of the work. Scott explained that it would be a week or two before he received a quote. Before we were able to complete a quote the review posted to Angie’s List was completed. No work was provided to this Angie’s List client. The review does not reflect our high standard of service and quality that we provide to our clients.
