Excellent Company. Mark was great, always returning my calls. I received his quote early in my research and after getting ideas from other landscapers, asked him to come back out to revise. The first day of work included Mark and seven other workers to dig out the space. They finished on time, with excellent results. The workers were courteous, prompt each day, worked hard, and were interested in what I thought of the progress. Their quote was very itemized and clear, which was important to us. They set down boards to protect our lawn from the machinery and even used a leaf blower to fluff up the grass from under the board! They added some sod and mulch to "finish" the job, which was not even on the quote! We were so pleased with this company, and will definitely use them again for other landscaping needs!

Mark Smith is a very nice person and his prices are reasonable. My lawn is not weed free like it was before. I needed violets removed from my lawn, and the gentlemen who laid the treatment killed some of my plants. Mark came out to apply the treatment the second time and ended up killing patches of my grass and is the process of seeding that area. Mark has re-done certain things to make things right,. I am still left with weeds and violets in the grass.

Mark was flexible, when I changed the number and kind of plants I wanted. He offers good advice, but listens well to the homeowner's preference.(His bid was far more reasonable than another landscaper who was not eager to reuse the materials I had and wanted to charge me $2200 for a walkway of new pavers!) All in all I am very satisfied, and will definitely use Yard Right again.

My experience with Mark was exceptional. Mark was prompt and courteous, responding to our request for a quote. He arrived for our scheduled appointment on time, listened to what our needs were, and then detailed what his team would do. He sent a quote in a timely fashion and arrived on time for the work we agreed upon. They did an excellent job at a more than reasonable price. We will definitely work with him again to complete our landscaping and construct a patio.

Everything was excellent and any little problems that we had, Mark, the owner did not argue and made everything right by our standards.

They were very good, polite, and prompt. I had other estimates that were more expensive. He was able to use my stones on the patio to save some money. They put down a better base. They did a lot of work, and I thought their price was reasonable.

They did a nice job; they told me up front that they were not able to come until July 10th because of poor weather they were behind on their jobs. They did come on the exact date, however.

They give excellent service. I have the same people come out over the last two years. They are prompt, professional and courteous. They are reliable and show up every week.

They arrive every week, quickly and efficiently cutting the lawn and trimming the edges. It is a relief to know that I don't have to worry about my lawn growing everytime it rains. I am disappointed with the amount of weeks I have growing in the lawn.

We were absolutely delighted with Mark Smith and his crew. From the beginning, we knew that we had hired the right team for the job. We interviewed 3 other companies before deciding on Yard Right. We gave them all the same specs with the understanding that we would rate them on a variety of factors. Aside from the actual estimate, we liked Mark's responsiveness in giving us a written estimate, his attitude and the size of his crew. After hiring Yard Right, they were very responsive and accommodating as we added to the original order with some walkway stonework and installation of Malibu Lights. The crew did a fabulous job. We are still admiring their outstanding work. They were extremely courteous, professional and did a great job cleaning up. It says a lot about a company that many of their workers have been with the company for years. Mark Smith and Yard Right get our highest recommendation. They'll definitely be back for any future landscaping needs.

I called 6 places (all on Angie's List) to request an estimate; only 3 of those called me back and agreed to give me one, and of the 3 only Yard Right actually managed to provide an estimate. That's why I put N/A in the price category - I have no idea how their price compares to others' b/c no one else even followed through to the point of giving me an estimate. That said, I am very happy with the work they did and with the way they did it. They were on time, friendly, and very easy to work with. When I left the house, they were just getting started, and when I got home that evening it was done. They even cleaned up the dirty sidewalk and cut down the weeds growing up between the paving stones.

Mark and his crew were prompt, efficient workers. He checked with me before he began the work, and during to make sure he was doing everything to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the sidewalks and driveway before they left. They were finished in two hours and his price was very reasonable. My yard was ready for a photo in a gardening magazine when they left!

They were really professional. They cleaned up everything. It was a large project. They also reseeded the lawn where the bulldozers had to drive. They come back to fix anything that needs to be fixed.

Mark, the owner, gave us several estimates based on variations of our original idea. His input was very helpful in our final decision of what we wanted done. Mark was on time with his estimates and finished the work on time and as promised. Very professional job. This is the second time we have used Yard Right Landscaping and would recommend them for landscaping projects.
