Description of Work: The only thing i didn't like was the trip charge that wasn't included in the repair so another $85 on top of parts and labor of changing out a shower faucet and kitchen faucet.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreJoe and his team showed up at our home promptly at 9:00 a.m. as promised. They were careful not to drag in mud and dirt - put on some type of footies to cover their boots. My water heater is located in a very, very cramped small area. They assessed - what my husband I already knew - that the water heater had gone to water heater heaven - had pretty much out lived most other water heaters. They replaced our 40 gallon water heater with a new 50 gallon heater. They left our home with everything in place and no mud or dirt was left behind from all their hard work. Best of all we have a brand new water heater that works! My husband and I agree that WW Plumbing will always be our first call when we have any plumbing needs. They were professional, prompt and very, very reasonable compared to some of the other companies we contacted.
Description of Work: Our 17+ gas water heater finally died on us - ran out of hot water and when my husband went down to re-light the pilot light he noticed "leaking". We contacted 4 different plumbers. Some of the bigger plumbing companies were not "nice" over the phone. As a last minute thought my husband saw WW Plumbing listed in our local area. I contacted WW Plumbing and spoke with "Tammy". She was absolutely GREAT! She said she would have a plumber call me back immediately to set-up a time for an estimate and potential time to replace our water heater. "Joe" who is one of the owners called me back within minutes. He asked if I would prefer for him to make a late evening call (that same evening) or would I prefer to wait until morning. I said the morning would be fine. He and his team showed up PROMPTLY at 9:00 a.m as promised. I would HIGHLY recommend WW Plumbing to anyone. They are a small and honest company.

 + -1 moreWe just bought a house and within a week our well pump stopped working. I left Wand W a message early in the morning and they called back immediately. They arrived at our house within about 3 hours and we had water in about 2 hours. They came well equipped to do the job. They were very polite, friendly and professional. Hopefully we won't need their services again, but if we do, they'll be the ones I call.
Description of Work: They had to pull our well pump out and change the wiring that had shorted out.

water heater repair
 + -1 moreThey did great work! They did everything the same day, they went ahead and picked up the old unit so they didn't have to deal it and they cleaned up and talked us through everything. The water heater looks beautiful, it works great, and it was a wonderful experience! We have some additional things that we need done and we will be calling them in the future, I highly recommend them! They are a down home, family business that cares so much and are such honest people.
Description of Work: They replaced our hot water heater. When our house was built the wrong size piping was put in; the state did inspect it and pass it but from a professional plumber's standpoint they said it really should be 3 inches so W & W had to redo all the piping with 3 inch units and replace the water heater.
