W & W Plumbing completely saved me. To make a very long story short, we were trying to fix a plumbing problem ourselves (on a Friday at 6pm) and hit a water line. I called everywhere, and the prices were absolutely insane just to fix the pipe damage we caused (not even addressing the problem we were trying to fix). And then, A few of my neighbors recommended W & W and Joe Woosley (owner) came out to my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. What I thought would be just him coming to fix what we broke - he ended up repairing that in minutes and then asking what we were trying to fix (roots). He put a camera down and we found multiple problems. I thought he would simply give me a quote and continue to the rest of his day but he started to fix my problems on the spot. He was there all day and made me a priority to help me as best as he could. When all was said and done, he even addressed some other indoor plumbing issues I had after a long, hard day of work he had done. He did everything I needed in 1 day and for a fraction of the cost. You don't see too many genuine business owners who are honest with you from the start. I could not have been more pleased. I am a customer forever with W & W and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so much Joe, I am so lucky to have found you!

I have used W&W Plumbing on three occasions and have not been disappointed. Joe Woosley is an honest, hard-working and highly competent contractor who has solved problems for us that other plumbers gave up on. I have found that W&W gets backed up with service calls, but I'll gladly wait for Joe because I know he will get the job done right.

Joe Woosley came out and made several attempts, each time adapting his rooter with different snake heads. The previous contractor was unwilling to do that; Joe explained it runs the risk of damaging the head and making it unusable. After 2+ hours Joe's ingenuity was finally rewarded when he snaked the line backward from the lift station ... something the previous contractor was unwilling to do because of the difficulty. Joe seemed unwilling to quit until he succeeded. I strongly recommend W&W but with this caution: because of his reputation his services are in great demand, and he's shorthanded. You may have to wait a while to get him. Joe has great integrity and takes pride in his work. We will definitely call him again when needed.

Joe was super friendly and did excellent work and explained what work was done. I've hired his company more than once and the work has always been excellent for an excellent price.

I left two voice mail messages and he never returned my calls. Not good!

I called and ask for an estimate for Drain Repair / replacement. Spoke with Joe and explain the issue / problem and what I needed done as I understood it. Joe said he would call and stop by when he was in the area to look at the issue and provide an estimate but gave no specific day. Joe called a couple days later and left a voice mail that he was in the area. I was not available at the time but I returned his call and left a voice message for him to call so we could schedule a time. I never got a call after that. He should have at least called and stated he was not interested in the job.

Please see above. He was wonderful. I do not think he will work for free for everyone, but I assume that, based upon his dealings with me, he will be reasonable.

The owner himself came out. He's very conscientious and very thorough.

My husband and I are new to the area and purchased a condo that had recent plumbing repairs. After two more leaks and long delays from the original plumber to warranty their work, we joined Angie?s List to find a reputable contractor. After checking reviews and references, I called Joe at W & W Plumbing. His response was almost immediate, and he came out to do a thorough inspection and ran an air pressure test in the water lines to make sure there were no more leaks. His honesty, integrity, kindness, and very fair pricing have made us a permanent customer.

I found out the one of my hot water heaters had burst at 5:00PM two days before Thanksgiving. I called W&W and left a message. Within 10 minutes Joe W. returned the call. He rearranged his schedule to be at my house at 7:30AM on Wednesday. At 7:30AM Joe arrived. He quickly evaluated my (wet) situation and provided two solutions. One was for a single 75 gallon replacement; the other was for two 50 gallon water heaters. After discussing the pros and cons of each, I went with two x 50 gallon. Joe left to the distributor and was back in no time. He (and his brother, who arrived shortly thereafter) worked for several hours rerouting the gas, water, and exhaust lines. Their work is top-notch and constantly kept me up to date with progress. The guys from W&W left around 1:00. Joe called back at 5:00 that evening to check on the work. His work was clean, professional, and dry. While here, Joe and his brother found a solution to another, isolated drainage problem that couldn't be solved by three other area plumbers. I will have W&W back soon to work on that problem, as well. It's nice to have tradespeople that are polite, responsive, fair, communicate well, and are clean. Good work W&W!

It went very well. They were very professional. We appreciated the work they did. The old water heater we had was placed twice and once under warranty. They basically felt that it was an inferior water heater and they replaced it with what they say is a better model. We were very pleased.

I called Wand W Plumbing late afternoon on a Friday and left a message about backed up pipes at one of our rental properties (why does it seem like this kind of stuff always happens at night or on weekends???). Joe called back immediately. He had a few other customers on his schedule for the remainder of the day, but he said he was going to contact his customers to see if he could rearrange the schedule since this was a more urgent matter. Joe came out, snaked and cleared the pipes as well as cleaned up the backed up sewage. I appreciated his quick response and professional service. This is the first time that we have used Wand W Plumbing, and while I hope I don't have to use them again any time soon, we will use them again when (not if) the need arises in the future.

It went great! They were so punctual about coming the next day. We had no idea where the leaks were in the house except in the laundry room. He went through the whole house checking everything and repairing the damage. He was so thorough and was really kind and nice to work with. He apologize that he couldn't finish the first day and came the next day and finished up. When he told me the price I was amazed. I told him that it didn't sound like enough and he said he was trying to keep the price down. How often do you hear that!

My initial call to ask for service was returned quickly (approx 30 minutes). The water line to the toilet was not working. A plumber came out the same day and replaced the line from the wall to the toilet. The service was quick and professional.

I opened my seasonal cottage for the summer. After the hash winter we've had this past year, the water shut off valve located inside the cottage began to leak. The cottage is 100 years old, and there were wires about to get wet. I thought it best to leave this job to the experts. I called around 9 AM and Wand W returned the call within 30 minutes. They had someone at my door in 90 minutes and were done in under 90 minutes. They found an additional leak and made improvements to the layout and functionality of the water lines. They also secured some of the pipes entering the house. The technician was great.

I have used Wand W Plumbing for all my needs for approximately 10 years and have never been disappointed. The response is always quick and they usually arrive same day. Joe and his team always ensure they understand your needs and determine the best and most cost effective solution. I have used them for water leaks, re-plumbing a kitchen, removing severe clogs, replacing a hot water tank and now installing a new garbage disposal. Everything went great! Joe Woosley has been my plumber for over 10 years now. I've had several jobs he and his brother have done for me over the years. Each time they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs amongst their very busy schedule. In my most recent experience, Joe and his nephew James were able to work me in last minute to get some plumbing work done before I got a new floor installed the next morning. They were in and out in no time, very professional, courteous, and just good people! I fully trust Joe and his crew on any job in my home. In the past, I've had Joe install a water softener, hot water heater, sump pump, shower drain, new sewer line and cleanout, several water spigots, and shutoff valves and a sink. Whether the job is big or small I get he same great service and a fair price.

Called Wand W they were very quick to respond. James came to our house within 3 hours after I called. He was very professional, friendly explained what he was doing. He continued to work the problem until he found a solution to the problem. Both my wife and I were very happy with the results of James work that we asked him to price some future jobs for us. I called W and W Plumbing, LLC and left a message. Within a half hour, I received a call, explained our situation and was told he would be over shortly. He did arrive shortly (Joe), assessed the problem and got right to work. He had to snake the drains and had the problem figured out and fixed in a short time. I also asked if he could check out a noisy faucet and he didn't think it could be fixed. Luckily, we had purchased a faucet, just in case. He replaced the faucet, then checked out another problem I thought we had. He did a dye check on a toilet and also checked to see if the seal underneath was good. We did not have a leak in the toilet. Joe was very courteous, professional and caring. I would use W and W Plumbing again, but hopefully, our problems have been solved. We were very pleased with his work and the promptness of his response.

Wand W was great -from start to finish. We had a home seware line problem. Wand W came right out to our and quot;emergencyand quot; request for assistance (when you sewage line is not working and backing up into the basement -that is a BIG emergency). Wand W immediately helped us -by providing and quot;tempand quot; fix -made an emergency service call, worked on problem, provided immediate temp solution -all at NO cost. They didn't charge us a dime! They were professional, courteous and punctual. Well, we knew we could no longer delay and stall the inevitable -we needed to dig up our sewage lines and get things fixed once and for all -instead of relying on these and quot;tempand quot; fixes every 6-12 months. We certainly contacted Wand W for this job. They put right on their work calendar (pushed up to the top of their word list), came right out -completed the overall big repair in a very timely, efficient manner. Service team was professinal, courteous, punctual and very fair with the price. Also, they were very good about being considerate to the inside of our house, our yard and our landscaping -all appreciated. They could have left my backyard a mess -but they got in and out -with heavy equipment -and left very minimal cosmetic damage (again, all appreciated). Certainly use these guys again -without question. Loyal customer from here on out -for any plumbing needs.

They were very responsive; the owner returned our call that same day, and scheduled to come out early the next afternoon. The next morning, they had a cancelation, and called to see if they could come a few hours early. We said yes, then scrambled to get to the hardware store to buy a new faucet. We were glad to: Our old one had finally broken off at the base and was just dangling into the sink. Advice: Don't get a faucet whose base rotates, with a sprayer hose that goes into the main faucet neck. We've had two and they're crap! These plumbers agreed, and said the problem was that if any water got back into the neck of the faucet when we put the sprayer back, it started corroding the workings down in there, eventually resulting in our familiar symptoms: more and more resistance when moving the faucet to the right and left, and eventual breakage at the base. Instead, we got a plain faucet with a separate sprayer, with a fixed base. Anyway, as I was saying, they arrived in the morning, right on time, and installed the new faucet in about an hour. My only disappointment was that since there were two guys, they charged $80 for a double service call, in addition to the $97 for the labor. Although I believe that they were both needed in order to coordinate the over- and under-sink procedures and get the think set straight, I was kind of hoping they would give at least a slight break here. Some plumbers apply some or all of the basic service call charge to the overall bill if you buy something or contract them to do something (don't they?).

They were good. They were the only ones that were available at the time. They were prompt, courteous, and pleasant. I just already have a regular plumber for most things is why I used them.

Background: I own a 92 year-old house, and the basement drain (washing machine and sink discharge) has been snaked and camera'ed over and over. The pipe, located under the cement floor, is corroded away and filled with mud. We knew the day would come when it would have to be excavated and replaced, costing thousands of dollars. I've had numerous plumbers look at it and come the same conclusion. Wand W Plumbing was identified to us by referral, and they came out promptly to assess the situation. Joe was friendly and polite, even to my dog. After giving it one last try with his snake (for over an hour) we agreed that the drain line was beyond salvage. I admired his determination not to leave us with standing water in the basement. He used tactics with his snake that I hadn't seen anyone else try. Joe came up with the idea of bypassing the drain instead of replacing it, using PVC pipe along the wall. Even though the length of run was better than 25 feet he felt confident there was enough slope to allow the water to drain. Joe was the only plumber to suggest this alternative approach. I agreed to let him do it. Better to try and fail for $950 then spend thousands and suffer noise, dust and filth in having the basement floor jackhammered up. Needless to say, his solution worked and his team was in and out in less than a day. When another plumber called me to follow up on his proposal, I explained Joe's solution to him. His response was, and quot;Yeah, we should have tried that.and quot; Nobody wants to spend hundreds or thousands on plumbing. Joe and his team made the experience as positive and satisfying as it could be. They have my enthusiastic recommendation.
