+ -1 moreCalled to get an estimate--left estimate in mailbox; called to have service performed and they actually asked to come earlier as they had openings. They performed the service on the scheduled date, cleaned up all debris.
Description of Work: They cut down three trees in a very timely fashion--cleaned up the debris. They left stump grinding for later, but I did have to call and make sure that they were coming out to actually perform the stump grinding since it had been 5-6 weeks after the actual date of tree removal. They then had someone come out immediately after finding out that stump grinding had not occurred. Overall, have been satisfied with the service--have used them in the past for firewood and tree removal.

+ -1 moreThey were very efficient in getting the information over the phone for the work needing to be completed and were able to coordinate the work activity w/myself and my neighbor for our convenience and ease. They gave me an estimate on the work the same day that I called and gave my neighbor her estimate hers within a day. They scheduled the appt with my neighbor and the only confusion was in that I was notified of the date fairly late the evening beforehand. I was unable to be there while the work was completed, but my neighbor stayed the whole time and said that overall they were very professional, very nice to work with and were very aware of not trampling on her other plants in her garden (she's an avid gardener!). They cleaned up the areas and there was hardly any residue left around the trees---my driveway was so clean when I arrived home that I wouldn't have been aware that any work had transpired there. Since I was not home for the tree service they told my neighbor that they would just bill me for the work---I was appreciative of this as well. Overall, both my neighbor and I were very satisfied with the work performed and would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: After the hurricane force winds on Sunday afternoon, I didn't expect to find anyone to come trim a large branch from my tree that was hanging over my neighbors roof for 3-5 days. I had my name on the list at B&B and they called me within hours to say that they were finishing up a job in my neighborhood and could be there within the hour.

+ -1 moreIT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY BROUGHT OUT THE CHERRY PICKER BECAUSE THEY WERE REALLY CONSCIOUS ABOUT MY LANDSCAPING. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT, A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THE GUY WAS REALLY NICE AND HE DIDN'T TAKE ME TO THE BANK. I REALLY LIKED HIM AND HE WAS VERY FAIR. WHILE THEY HAD THE CHERRY PICKER, THEY EVEN REMOVED DEAD LIMBS FROM OTHER TREES AT NO EXTRA COST. THEY WERE OUT HERE ALL DAY AND ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND MY WIFE WAS SO IMPRESSED SHE BROUGHT THEM DRINKS AND COOKIES!
