They were good, and they were quick. The garage door opener is a lot quieter than the old one, so we haven’t had any complaints.

Removal of old door was easy, assembly and installation of new door was easy, and then it would not close. That was because there was a concrete lip at the base of the door opening that had to be removed before the new door would close properly. After some annoyance because he did not have either a concrete saw or a cold chisel on the truck, the installer got a cold chisel, chipped the concrete away, and cleaned up the mess. The result was a perfectly operating door, at no additional cost.

He was able to clearly explain why merely repairing them wouldn't be beneficial, and gave us a low pressure option on what would be good replacement options. Same guy did install when those doors were available, very efficient and friendly. Two weeks later one of our openers burned out. After I said I'd rather go with the less expensive opener, they gave us a discount to upgrade to a better, and very quiet garage door opener that lead my wife to ask why she couldn't get that one on her side of the garage. We've been very happy with both the doors and the opener.

I had the new door installed. The installer came at the appointed time and had the new door up and operating (my opener did not need replacing) in an hour or so. Since my garage floor had sunk a bit at one end, or perhaps it was poured that way, I had a poor seal at that point. A "baggier" seal was available and someone came out later to install it Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the result.

This was like a builder's grade which lasted for 27 years. When it started to get cold it wouldn't work so I decided to go ahead and have it replaced. They came out, they were professional and they gave us a lot of tips. The job went well. It was excellent. Their price was competitive. I just had a good feel when they came out. I didn't have any problems. When I asked questions they answered. They put a sensor in on the bottom and I couldn't get the door opened, rather than telling me what to do, he came out and removed whatever was in front of the sensor. He didn't have to do it, but he did it. I was very pleased. He came out and did it himself. He didn't ask any questions, but he came right out. His professionalism was way up there.

My house was built in 2000 and had very low quality aluminum garage doors, which were starting to crack and split. I called Overhead Door, discussed options, and was told someone would visit the next day at 4pm. The person arrived on time, presented what was available, and scheduled the installation the following Tuesday. MUCH to my surprise, I was not pressured to upgrade or buy crazy warranties. The following Tuesday, the installer showed up, removed the old doors, and replaced them with much better quality doors that perfectly match the house trim. The installer hooked my garage door openers back up properly, and everything works as expected. This transaction was excellent and went absolutely perfectly.

Although this vendor was not the lowest-cost option we reviewed, we have purchased from them before (our garage door opener) and were impressed with the quality and options available in the garage-door line. During the installation process, one of the horizontal panels of our 16'-foot-wide door was dented slightly and a pane of glass in one of the three large windows was cracked. Both are being replaced at no charge; the installer noticed these quality issues and told us they would be resolved before we'd even noticed them. (The dent is so small that you'd have to be standing directly in front of it to see it.)

Our experience with them was positive. The guy arrived pretty late in the afternoon and said he did not think he would have time to do it that day, but he went ahead and stayed and got the work completed. He was here quite late, which we thought was good. We would use them again.

We did not end up completing the project, but we if we did we would have considered using them. They were prompt in arriving to give us the estimate.

Very good. I was able to speak quickly with the company owners. They were able to schedule me in just a day from when I called. The installer contacted me to alert me he would be traveling to my residence with enough time to depart work and meet him at the house. This allowed be to keep a normal workday and not be kept hostage waiting for someone to arrive. The installer was very professional, he clearly reviewed what the job involved, had all of his parts with him, and promptly began the work. The work was quickly completed and he left the garage in perfect shap, taking the old parts with him (these were 20 yrs old).

George was our salesman, he was great. It took a little longer than he said to get the door in, but once they got it they installed right away. Installation person was prompt and efficient. Their price was about the same as the other guys, but the quality of the door was much higher.

They replaced our two double bay doors and openers, we have a four car garage with two double doors that face due West. The newly installed doors are very sturdy and insulated. I'm interested to see if they hold up as well as I anticipate through the winter. Facing due West means most of the weather hits the doors directly. The doors that were on the garage when we purchased the house were not insulated and looked very banged up. The garage door openers are the quietest chain drives I have ever heard. They run very smooth. The programing button is in a location that's easily accessible and you don't need to drag out a ladder to program a new device. I like having one outside keypad to operate both doors and only have one key code. The installation took almost all of one day and was handled by a single person. He was nice and worked around our stored items. He programmed all the remote devices, including the Home Link in my car. The work area after was clean, neat and tidy. No evidence there was work done at all. All around very good experience.

Fast and effective, repair man prompt and effecient. Knows his businees. Service is a major portion of their business, so requesting an appointment was also very prompt and easy.

He was excellent. He even did more than he had to. He was able to find the problem and took the time to WD-40 the tracks and gears. I was pleased in every way.
