They were fantastic. He was polite, kind, and got the job done in 20 minutes. I called at 8 and they were done by 9:30.

Sales & estimate experience went fine, and the actual hardware seems fine, as well. Installer arrived on time, was pleasant, and proceeded as planned. After he said he was finished, he gave us (what turned out to be) an abbreviated run through of how it worked. After some initial adjustment to relieve some binding preventing the door from operatind smoothly (acknowledging the tracks were misaligned), he left. Shortly after, I found I couldn't install new lightbulbs (oddly, they don't supply any with opener installations) because the flanges that held the opener up were not trimmed properly and were tightly pressed against the plastic light sheild, preventing its removal. Later when we put the cars back in the garage we found the door was still binding in a half-open position. We called for assistance, and the installer came back a few days later, replaced some molding and trimmed the opener supports, and the door now works OK. Since then we've noticed that some hinges seem a little out of line, but the door works OK. Point is... Why didn't the installer put the door and opener thoroughly through their paces to make sure everything was perfect before he called us to demonstrate? If he even suspected that it wasn't, he should have corrected it first. Our opinion is he was a little casual about his work.

Called Friday around 4PM to schedule service for a broken spring on our garage door. They said they could have someone come on Saturday between 8AM and 2PM. Paul called at 8:30 and said he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. He was a few minutes early, had the job completed, paid for and he was on his way by 9:15. Very professional and efficient.

My very old garage door wasn't closing using the remote in my car or by pressing the button in the garage. I received an appointment for the day after I called. The Technician was on time. He told me what the problem was before he started to fix it. I gave the go ahead. He finished the job in less than 15 minutes. Since he didn't need to replace any parts, he just charged me for the service call and gave me a 25% discount. I will use them again without hesitation.

Called Friday at 3:00 and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Only thing I did not like was it was a 5 hour service window, noon to 5. Service man arrived at 11:55, 2 minutes after my call ahead. He quickly replaced both springs and door works great now. He honored my Angie's list coupon.

The service man was very pleasant and did an excellent job. We were very satisfied.

thought we were going to need to replace entire door. OD person showed that we could replace just the panel that needed it. Wish I could say that aeverything went perfectly. After the original install, had to call OD back to replace screws that were pulling out of brackets. Both installer and the follow-up tech were professional and friendly and respectful.

Called on Monday night and left message to schedule a service call. They called on Tuesday morning at 7:00am and stated that they could probably have tech out before noon. They gave me a call around 9:30 stating that the tech would arrive around 10:00am. He arrived on time. The tech was able to raise the garage door with the broken spring so I could back the car out of the garage giving him room to work. He replaced the spring and seal as requested. He was a little opinionated about the brand and type of garage door opener I had but other than that he did a great job. Gave a 5 year warrantee on the spring.

I was completely impressed with this provider and would call them again with no hesitation. I previously purchased a door from another vendor that was installed incorrectly, with the result that it broke only a few years after installation. Overhead Door rep explained exactly why the previous door had been destroyed, including making recommendations about how I can attempt to recover a portion of the money that I paid to them. They were prompt, had excellent communication skills in terms of contracting and making appointments, and did an excellent job with the installation. It turned out that the framing that was required left a gap that exposed the wood, and they came back on their own initiative and at no cost to me to add extra trim to accommodate the additional space. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I spoke to Charlie Hope on 11/26 and explained that my garage door opener stopped working. I explained that when I hit the button i could hear the unit working but the chain would not move at all. We discussed briefly the age and type of opener. Mine is an older model Lift Master. He immediately advised he thought it was that the gear had worn out and continued to estimate the complete price for repair. He advised he could have someone there at 8:30am the next morning. The following morning I received a courtesy call from Mr. Hope advising that the technician was almost there and would arrive within 10minutes. Traffic was terrible that morning so this was completely reasonable and I appreciated the call to update me. As promised the tech arrived at 8:45am and was quite kind and knowledgeable. He removed the outer casing of the unit and sure enough the gear had ground itself into powder. He removed the old gear and showed me the old part side by side with the new part and it was obvious this was the problem. I believe the tech's name was James but I am not 100% sure now..but he was outstanding. Less than 30 minutes later the new gear was in and the tech had also lubricated the rollers and spring on my door. He allowed me to test the inside button and my keypad and all worked smoothly. He was also kind enough to show me how the manual mode should be correctly done and how to ensure the door is relocked into position should I ever need to do this in the future as well as show me the dangers of the door should it come off track ect...which I found very helpful and appreciated. I am extremely happy with the work done and would 100% recommend and use their services again in the future.

Both cables on the garage door, along with a piece from the opener had to be replaced. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given a 4 hour time frame in which the tech would arrive. About an hour into the 4 hour time frame, I received a call from Overhead letting me know Nick was on his way. He arrived promptly, immediately assessed the work and was finished in less than an hour. The garage door is once again working properly, and is even quieter. I've used Overhead Door for garage door repairs in the past and will use them again in the future as necessary.

Overhead Door was very responsive. They had a service man out to inspect the door and make the repairs the next day. The garage door is back into service now.

I didn't have Overhead Door fix my garage door b/c they said I'd have to wait two days. I was unwilling to wait two days and I was also unwilling to request same day service (which they would provide later that evening) b/c they doubled the service charge and additionally charged time and a half as an emergency rate.

Both times they were on time, a little pricey but good quality product. It reduced my every cost.

The spring on my garage door had broken, so I called Overhead to get a quote and time to come out and replace the spring. They couldn't come out until Wednesday, unless I paid an overtime fee. I needed them to come out sooner than later, so I agreed to pay the overtime fee. They mentinoed they would be out Monday evening. I never got a call and they never showed up. They called me on Tuesday morning (10am) and said they could come out now. I would have said okay, if it were 8am but by 10am I had already contacted another company to do the job for me.

Gave a detailed proposal with options. Technicians arrived on time and were quick to get to work and complete the job. The only issue was that they asked if I wanted them to sweep up the material that dropped on the carpeted stairs and didn't have their own vacuum to do this. I think this should be a part of the job without asking and they should have their own equipment for this.

He fixed boxed my garage doors. He repaired the wires for the electric eye and lubricated the rollers.

They came when they said they would. They did the work they said they would. They checked things out and got the problem fixed quickly.

I placed a call in the morning and received same day service to repair an overhead torsion spring that had cracked. The technician noticed that the broken spring was undersized for my door and replaced it with a thicker gauge spring. He also lubricate all the rollers and door opener. Service took approximately 45 minutes to complete.

They are prompt, fix only what needs to be and are very trustworthy.

When I had initial problems with the installation, the supervisor came out himself and fixed the job. Then, I was very happy with the job. He corrected every single thing to my satisfaction.

Installer showed up on time. Showed me all details about the job. Tried and validated installtion and functionality of the work. Was very profesional and it seemed that he enjoyed his work greatly. It was a good experience.
