Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener and installed an outside keypad. The problem I have (which I still need to call them about) is that when the technician, who was very nice, lubricated the hinges on the actual door, he left stains on the front of the door where he sprayed.

Description of Work: Our garage door opener stopped working on a Sat. I was surprised that someone answered the phone at Overhead Door when I called that day. They said they could have someone out on Mon. The man came on time, fixed the issue in less than 30 min. and took the 10% off coupon from Angie's list. Our cost was just under $100 including parts.

Description of Work: the gentleman who came to repair our garage door was on time and went straight to work. we had thought that the repair was needed for the cables that pull the garage door up, but it turned out it was the spring. thank goodness the repair man had brought one with him, anticipating that this would be the actual repair.

Perfect.
Description of Work: They repaired a broken spring as well as the mounting to the garage ceiling. After being told by a couple of companies that the door was irreparable--they fixed it within 45 minutes.

Description of Work: The garage door axle broke. A repairman came out and discussed with me about repairing or replacing the door. As the door was a very old and heavy wooden door, I decided to replace it. A different repairman came out to measure the door for replacement while I was at work. He then drove to my work so that I could sign the contract. The new door was installed several days later. I am very please with the quality of the door, the professionalism of the company and with the installation. I would highly recommend this company. This is not the first time I have used them. The also replaced a garage door spring several years earlier and replaced the garage door opener. I have always been please.
