Description of Work: We ordered two garage doors from the sales person (George) who came to the house and helped us pick out the style and colors we wanted. We chose a two-tone barn door style. They were installed almost four weeks later. Both the sales person and the installer were wonderful. The sales person even came out to check that we were happy after the installation. This is a new home for us, and it came with two different brands and ages of garage door openers, neither of which are Overhead Door brand. But George said he didn't see any reason to purchase new openers with the doors unless they weren't functioning properly....very honest and fair....and we are extremely happy with the doors.

Description of Work: serviced garage door opener because it wasn't shutting off correctly. Since the opener is 20 years old, I was expecting to have to replace it. The technician, Nick, repaired the switch and adjusted and lubed the door. No pressure to buy a new opener. We have been using them for about 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service. We know where to go first should the opener finally quit. We do watch for their coupons in REACH Magazine just in case.
