Everything went well. They were curteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. It took a couple of hours, and they were thorough in everything they did. They were always willing to explain anything we had questions about. After they were done, they they showed us what they vacuumed out of our ducts. It was gross! I couldn't have imagined the ducts would contain that much dust. It was disgusting, but I am so glad I saw what all they got out of our home. I am so glad to know that is all gone and cleaned out thanks to Hi Tech. Also, my husband had taken photos of the insides of the ducts beforehand, which showed a mild amount of debris...he checked after the cleaning and everything looked pristine.

Very professional job. They price this kind of job at $325 for the first 10 openings or less and $ 20 for each additional opening, not including those coming off the 2 main trunk lines each house normally has which are at no cost. You need to ask for cleaning of the dryer vent when you order service, so it will be priced as just another opening. As an addon, it will cost I believe $70 or $100 (not sure, but it is a lot higher). Our cost above was for 12 additional openings (including the dryer) with the AngiesList discount offered by this company ($56.50). With this kind of up-front clear pricing plan, anyone can figure their true cost ahead of time, which isn't what you apparently get with those companies that advertise a "whole house" special of $80 or even $50. The whole job for our two-story home took a little over 4 hours, so that alone should tell you those other lowball offerings are totally bogus. Let me add and encourage you that if you're having your house ducts done, you should make a point of including that dryer vent. Our vent goes a ways thru the house and out the back outside wall - you should have seen the amount of lint debris that came flying out of it. There was enough stuff in there that if it wasn't a fire hazard it soon would have been. After the entire job was done, the two technicians (Eddie and Jason - good guys both) did a fast and proper job of cleaning up. I would recommend this company without any reservations.

They were perfect. They were very careful with moving objects in our home to get to the vents, and very thorough in their cleaning. They stayed longer to do a thorough job and didn't charge extra for it.

They were very careful about keeping vents sealed and dirt from coming out into rooms. My husband was impressed with them. We only wish it wasn't so expensive. But no other company offered their sanitation process and that was important to us.

I left a message with Steve (the owner), got a return call very quickly. Spoke with his wife, who explained the process and pricing. Scheduled an appointment, they were very flexible, called to confirm. Arrived on time, were very professional, answered any questions i had, explained what they were doing, were very accommodating. Cleaned up after themselves very well (a few little spots here and there, but given the extent of the work they did throughout the entire house, not unreasonable to have missed a few little spots). Almost as if they had never even been here. Showed me the filters and the dirt that they had cleaned out. No pressure, no sales pitch for future work, simple explanations of what they were doing. Overall, a very simple experience.

His prices were very favorable and their prices seemed less than what we were paying our normal air-conditioning company. We were very pleased with them. They were efficient, showed up when they said they would. Their prices were good and they were explained what they were doing ahead of time.

Just great. They got here on time, did the job as promised, and cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely no complaints. My wife was here when they did the job, but she had nothing bad to say. When I got home, I immediately noticed a difference. I've got bad allergies so this service is almost a necessity. Two days after the service I've noticed a HUGE difference. I can breathe easier.

They were the super service award winners. They did a wonderful job. I chose them because they had great reviews on Angies List and I have not compared the prices anywhere else. They were here when they said they would be here. They started their work immediately. They were polite and professional. They did what they were supposed to do and left. The technicians arrived at the scheduled time, explained in detail how the cleaning would be done. They did a very thorough job and now only need to dust about every 10 days.

The lady that I spoke to on the phone from Hi Tech gave me an estimate over the phone based on my square footage (5,500 sq.ft). She said that based on that square footage, that I would have about 10 returns and she quoted me a price of $365. When the man came out, we had 39 returns and it ended up costing $963.

They were very efficient and on time. They cleaned up their mess, and being careful to not mark up the house with the hoses. They also cleaned our dryer vent as well. They recommend when to have the ducts cleaned again. They also offer to vacuum out the furnace.

No hidden costs, no unexplained surcharges -- the estimated price was the actual price. In all of my communications with the company, they were professional and very helpful. They stand behind their work, and are committed to customer satisfaction. After the technicians finished and left, I realized that they had not cleaned up debris from the job. I e-mailed the company, and the next day the owner called me to apologize and, within 1 day, sent me a refund of $25. That commitment to customer satisfaction is, to me, admirable.
