They did a great job; they were very thorough.

I called to make an appointment and was scheduled within a week and half; they were helpful in finding a time that would work with our upcoming vacation schedule. The cleaning process was explained very thoroughly over the phone. When the workers came, they were on time, again explained the exact procedures they would use to clean the vents, answered questions, and got right to work. They worked efficiently, were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and even moved furniture back in place. It took them about 4 1/2 hours to do the work, but were as unobtrusive as possible so that my family was not inconvenienced when they were there. I was very impressed with their professional yet friendly demeanor. Amazingly, the final charge matched the phone estimate exactly, to the dollar!

I appreciate this company's honesty and integrity. The HVAC company recommended lived up to expectations as well.

They were very helpful, did great work. The two guys that came out were very friendly and knew what they were doing. One of the gentlemen let me know that the water heater vent was always running, so he helped me out there.

Went well. They were very professional. Provided an estimate over phone and stuck by it. Provided good information on what they would do and how. Good job.

Steve, the president, delivered what he promised. Our house is about 17 years old and we doubt that the duct work had ever been cleaned before. His people showed up as scheduled and worked all day. We were really happy with the results.

I was very pleased with their professionalism and overall courtesy. It was nice to know that there are companies who provide excellent service. There were no surprises on price, scheduling or time commitment involved. They will certainly get a call back when I need their services again.

The crew (Tony and Larry) arrived early and their politeness and courteousness was evident from the get go. In the midst of the job, there was an equipment failure which delayed the work, for which the crew was profusely apologetic (time they took to fix some related things that wasn't part of the job spec -- and they did this with a smile). Once new equipment arrived, everything proceeded like clockwork to completion. Overall, this was a professional job, well done. This is a small business owner who has got his ideas straight on what is most important in a service business like this -- quality of work, punctuality, knowledgeable, professional and courteous workers and an all-round excellent attitude that puts customer satisfaction at the center of their work. Kudos Steve! Definitely recommended, and will use them again, even though they are pricier.

They did a great job. They were professional and clean, and reasonably priced. There was nothing I wasn't satisfied with.

Jeff & Mike from Hi Tech arrived exactly on time. They were friendly & professional, did a great job, & left no mess at all. It took almost 4 hours to complete the cleaning.

I REMEMBER BEING VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. I THINK I HAD THE OWNER AND A FEMALE EMPLOYEE COME TO MY HOUSE. I HAD LOST A RING, AND THOUGHT PERHAPS IT HAD GONE DOWN A DUCT. THEY SORTED THROUGH THE DUST LOOKING FOR THE RING, TO NO AVAIL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND EXPLAINED EVERY STEP TO ME.

JEFF AND KIM ARRIVED APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES EARLY AND TOOK THE TIME TO RE-EXPLAIN THE DUCT CLEANING PROCESS BEFORE THEY GOT STARTED. THEY TOOK CARE NOT TO DAMAGE DOOR TRIM AND STAIRS AS THEY WERE BRINGING IN THEIR EQUIPMENT. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO DO WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER "EXTRA" WORK THAT INCLUDED MOVING OF FURNITURE (DRESSERS AND A TREADMILL) THAT I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO DO MYSELF. THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF THE DUCT CLEANING TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS, DURING WHICH THE WHOLE TIME THESE GENTLEMEN WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO MY HOME AND FAMILY (MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS HOME AT THE TIME). AT COMPLETION OF THE JOB, THEY AGAIN TOOK THE TIME TO RE-EXPLAIN THE PROCESS AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

THE OWNER AND THE BOYS WHO DID THE WORK SEEM TO BE VERY NICE, BUT THEY LEFT A DUSTY MESS ALL OVER MY HOUSE AND BASEMENT. WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER, HE SENT THE BOYS BACK OUT AND THEY CLEANED UP THE DIRT. THEY APOLOGIZED AND WERE QUITE COURTEOUS. THEY HAD ASSURED ME BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK THAT THEIR PROCEDURE WOULD NOT THROW DUST AROUND OUTSIDE THE VENTS. ON TOP OF THE MESS, I THINK THAT THEIR METHODS ARE LESS THAN EFFECTIVE. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY IMPROVEMENT IN THE DUST LEVEL OF MY HOME OR THE EFFICIENCY OF THE FURNACE AFTER THE CLEANING, AND OUR ALLERGIES HAVE NOT EASED UP. I DON'T THINK THAT I REALLY GOT ANYTHING FOR MY MONEY EXCEPT A MESS.

VERY INFORMATIVE, DID THE WORK WITH LITTLE DISRUPTIONS TO MY HOME AND DAY. THERE WAS ONE SMALL AREA THAT WASN'T CLEANED, BUT IT WAS MINOR IN A BACK BASEMENT ROOM. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE.
