Description of Work: Gary removed a jambed door lock on our front door, replaced with a new one and re-keyed it. He also lubricated the deadbolt and inspected other external doors to determine if the same risk existed for the others. He recommended replacing one and lubricating the others. He also made recommendations about how to reduce the risk of our front door doing the same thing again in the. Thank you for the prompt service and the tips!

 + -1 moreWe moved into a new house and wanted all of the locks re-keyed with a new key (the same key for all locks). He was able to come out the day after I called and was friendly and professional. He re-keyed all of our locks and gave us advice on how to fix our door frames to make the locks easier to turn. He was punctual and the prices were very reasonable. His wife was also very nice on the phone and she called me the morning of the appointment to confirm that he was on his way. A great experience and I highly recommend!

He talked to me about the safety of different kinds of locks and let me know whether or not he thought installing a specific lock was worth the money. This allowed me to save money I would have otherwise unnecessarily spent. He even cleaned up after completing the work. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely use him again.
