Mike did a great job in installing our blinds. He has come out 3 times to fix the sliding glass door blinds after our kids messed them up, including installing a bolt to stabilize the blinds. He has been always been friendly in fixing the problems caused by our kids.

It was wonderful service. I would definately recommend.

I had always purchased my window shades from Home Depot, Lowes, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. But, when I couldn't find what I had in mind, I called Blinds, Etc. Scott was so kind, pointing out many details that I was not aware of. He helped me choose a color that "popped" in my dining room. He was very professional, timely, genuine, and a sound communicator. Even though I purchased cordless (top-down/bottom-up) cellular shades for my dining room from him, he spent extra time listening and sharing his experience with me about issues I had with my living room windows. He also is one of the few salespeople to follow-up with me. You will find that this company is first-rate, and easy to work with.

I originally looked at 3 companies for vertical blinds in our 4 season room in 2008. The service from Blinds Etc was the winner. Scott showed me a few different types & was helpful describing pros & cons of each. He has a no pressure style & left me with a copy of the bid which was good for 30 days. The blinds were ready in just a few weeks after ordering, as he said & installed quickly & professionally. We loved the product so much that I knew just who to call in 2009 when looking for plantation shutters in our kitchen. Scott educated me on a more reasonable & practical alternative, a cellular shade. I love one the seamless shade without any cord that covers our 3 kitchen windows. We also purchased room darkening shades for our family TV area as my husband likes that room dark if he's watching his big screen. The room darkening shades work so well that we purchased 5 this year (2010) for the 3 bedrooms we use upstairs. The cordless option is a nice safety feature in the children's bedrooms. We recommend Blinds Etc. to anyone looking for quality & service!

Very quick to respond to my initial enquiry, organized appointment and came on time. We were impressed by the help received in selecting new blinds and placed an order. There was a small delay due to late delivery from the supplier so fitting took a couple of weeks longer than first promised. Once the blinds were shipped, we were contacted to arrange a fitting and the job was completed on time. We are very satisfied and would definitely use the company again!

Scott arrived on time for the measurements, even brought a pair of shoes to wear inside to not dirty my floors! Very professional and explained all details of the blinds and my order and the process. The installer also arrived on time (it was delayed, but a phone call alerted me of the delay and estimated time) and quickly and neatly installed the blinds. I will be calling Blinds Etc. again to order blinds for the 2nd floor.
