Excellent service.
Description of Work: Installed heating and Air conditioning over 10 years ago. We use their routine maintenance program. We have had to call them twice with problems. Thye have always arrived promptly and are always very professional.

They do an excellent job!
Description of Work: The last 10 years I've had the Energy Savings Agreement and two tune ups. The Maintenance Contract with Bartels allows me to enjoy the security of knowing I could call on a Friday night and someone would be there quickly, and in one case, the repair made and the heat would come back on. I've had my furnace Heat Pump $3,000.00 2013, and Copper for Condensate Pump installed ($259.85) 2009 AC updated.

Description of Work: On November 6, 2015, Bartels tuned up our heat pump system for the winter months. A few parts needed to be cleaned or replaced, including the installation of a new thermostat. The safety controls were also inspected. The technician called ahead to report he was on his way. The total bill was $141. | We have been customers of Bartels since 2006, when the company installed our current Carrier system. Since then we have required only two service calls & the company always responded quickly. We would highly recommend Bartels to anyone with heating or cooling needs.

Description of Work: They are cordial, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They have installed a geothermal furnace, and they have also installed a dual tank hot water system at a later date. Both times my family and I have been extremely pleased with the work and workers.
