Description of Work: We had Bartels install a complete HVAC system in our home 10 years ago to replace baseboard electric heat, and add central air. They also installed a heater in the detached garage. Ed discussed all options, offered smart suggestions, and the work was done quickly and well. Since then, we have had Bartels provide semi-annual inspections on the unit. Their technicians arrive as scheduled, calling to let me know they're on the way, and are always friendly, fair, and neat.

Description of Work: checked 18 year old electric furnace for reason for high monthly heating bill. checked heat pump for problem and discovered it needed circuit breaker he ordered part and installed it next day. furnace and heat pump working o.k bartels came in 20 minutes after original call and delivered heat pump part by 10 am next day very good service and very nice. lois ross
