They offered competitive pricing and the quality was excellent there were no hassles and they did exactly what they promised. Everyone was pleasant to work with and conducted themselves in a professional manor.

As our project progressed, we soon realized we had chosen the right contractor. We got to know Virgil and James Tiller, Ron Rush and their other employees. Tiller Roofing is a small company and uses only their own employees. All of them take pride in their work, are honest and try their best to met the customers expectations. Everyone was cooperative and took whatever time needed to discuss our questions and concerns. This is especially evident when the vinyl siding needed to be replaced above our glass solarium. We also were replacing damaged ceiling glass panels in our solarium. Tiller Roofing worked with us so both tasks could be accomplished at the same time. During this part of the project, Ron Rush offered to replace the worn-out backyard flood lights with new ones we purchased. Also, Ron offered to haul away all the old glass panels. Overall, the employees of Tiller Roofing sincerely try to provide the best quality work, as well as met the customers expectations.

They did a terrific job and cleaned up well. They came highly recommended.

It took over a week for me to get an email from the manager telling me of the error and asking me to contact them immediately. I did so and she told me a sales representative would contact me within 24 hours. It was actually 4 days later and I had already signed a contract with another vendor so I declined to have them bid on the job.

I had gotten 3 other estimates, his was not the cheapest but I felt he was the most sincere. Mr. Tiller was very good at explaining about the roof shingles and explaining about the vents & things I didn't know about. He answered my questions with patience & respect. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I have recommended him to others and would use his company again. What a great experience for a single woman in society today.

Virgil came out and measured our roof and discussed with us the type of shingles we would like, we received an estimate in the mail the following week. After we signed the contract they began work approximately 2 weeks later it all went smoothly. They spent approximately 4 days working on our roofs, two of these days they stopped mid day due to the heat (it was over 95 on those two days). After completion, Virgil came again and completed a final inspection with my husband.

Due to a hailstorm, ALL roofing companies were scheduling out months in advance. Tiller came out the next week, and recaulked our chimney flashing. So far, no more leaks!

Six men worked. They tore off the roof on our house and garage. The materials were not delivered on time, but once they arrived, they worked very efficiently. Their workmanship was superior. When they were tearing off the shingles, they were very careful. They hand-carried the old materials to the dumpster rather than throwing them down on the lawn. They were very careful with any plants that were around the house, covering them with tarps. They worked very fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was done wonderfully. I am very pleased. They even did a couple of extra decorative touches for us--they were very nice! They are also punctual, the price was decent and the color of siding is perfect. Their clean-up was great and they even had the big boss man come out and inspect the work when it was done to make sure everything was done properly.

Since we had used Tiller Roofing previously, we immediately called them after the hailstorm to examine the roof for damage. We were especially anxious since our homes for sale. James Tiller came out within an couple of days and provided written estimates for a new roof and gutters. When our insurance company did not agree on the overall amount, Mr. Tiller provided a line item estimate for the insurance company. This helped to increase the amount of our settlement. After the job was finished, Mr. Tiller came to examine the final job. We could not be happier with his response to our needs. We would gladly recommend him and his company.

They take pride in the quality of their work. They are prompt and courteous, and make sure the job is done to my satisfaction.

I hired them a last December to put siding on my garage and wrap all the wood in aluminum. Some caulk deteriorated due to the fact that it was put on in extremely cold weather. They also missed a couple spots they were supposed to cover with aluminum. I called them to take care of these things as they offer a one year guarantee on labor. They were true to their word and came out to fix these things at no charge. It took them a while to work it in because they were very busy, but it was not an urgent job.

I thought the representative was helpful, but it seemed quite expensive. Estimate was for $562 for each vent, and I had 2 vents.

The roofers from Tiller were very professional. They were on time, stayed late and completed the job sooner than expected. My roof was very high and steep and had several bad sheathing boards, but Tiller handled all of these challenged easily. I was impressed with their work and price.

This is the second time I've used Tiller to repair my roof on my house. Called on Tuesday and had an appointment for the following Wednesday. Tiller later called and said they had a cancellation and could come tomorrow. Technician arrived on time and went on the roof to look at the damage. Asked if he could look into the gutter at the back of my house, because I noticed it was blocked. Technician found one of the missing shingles in the gutter and removed it without a fee. Replaced the missing shingles and also replaced the shingle above the damaged one, because he thought it looked damaged too. Fixed the shingles within 30 minutes. Charged less this year (was $150 last year which still seemed reasonable to me), this year $60. Will definitely call them again.

Tiller did a great job. They showed up for all work and appointments when scheduled. The work was done well and cleaned up completely. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that I didn't receive a bill, just a reminder that I hadn't paid. Most companies send a bill for the remaining balance immediately after the work is completed. I wish I had used them for my roof too.

They went out of their way to make sure that we had a siding color and pattern that closely matched the house. They gave us all of the options available for the repairs. Everything looks great.

This is a good company to do business with. I will use them again.

This was a very good experience. Jim did a fantastic job.

Excellent in every way. Prompt call back, was out quickly to give an estimate. James came himself and would have made the repair right then if he had, had the materials. Very professional and honest. Another company gave me a bid for the same repair that was three times as much. Tiller made the repair and all is well. Because of Tiller's honest and professional approach, I will hire them again to handle the regular maintenance on this hard to keep maintained flat roof! Good job!

A good experience from start to finish. James Tiller was right on time for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I thought the price was good for all they were going do and the quality of the materials used, so I went with them. The turn around from the time I picked the shingles was very quick. The roofers did an outstanding job and I was particularly impressed that they cleaned up thoroughly not just at the end of the job, but at the end of each day (they worked on it for 2 1/2 days). I would definitely recommend to members and would not hesitate to use this company again.
