They replaced the whole roof. They did a thoroughly fantastic job. They were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a class experience. I recommend them.

They even came back to repair a spot where the water was pouring off, and they went above and beyond, doing extra things to make the job complete. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

Called for estimate to replace roof on home and garage. The office promptly scheduled an estimate visit by Virgil who spent time with us discussing roofing and venting options (we selected ridge and soffit vents to replace existing hat vents), returned later with shingle samples so that we could select color (using Owens Corning 30 year Duration Dimensional shingles) All visits promptly arranged and on time. The estimate was very detailed and included all the "finishing touches" such as installing drip edge, winter guard, painting chimney flashing, etc. After we signed on, the company called within two weeks to schedule work and arrived on time. Very organized, very clean, very impressed with cleanup and removal of nails as they removed existing roof first and also replaced damaged sheathing. The staff worked continuously for the three days it took to complete the work (rainstorm intervened for some of the time) This is a solid, professional company - we had several questions about the process and materials and received prompt and thorough answers to all of our questions. We thought one of the soffits wasn't cleanly installed and the company returned the next morning to address the issue. This was a wonderful contractor experience and we will surely use them again we were wholly confident with their recommendations and their work execution.

The job went well. Mr. Virgil Tiller provided a professional thorough estimate and met with us personally to describe the job and to match the shingles to the existing addition. The crew came when they promised and notified us if they would be late or would be unable to work due to the weather. It took longer than originally estimated due to delays starting and weather (rain). Also the tear off produced more debris than anticipated and they had to carry it to the dumpster because they were unable to position the dumpster closer to the job site. Most of the crew was careful about protecting our landscaping although we did have some plant loss. Three window screens were damaged by falling roof debris and they had them replaced. Two sections of gutter were also damaged and they replaced them without being asked. The new roof looks great. They did a fairly thorough job cleaning up although we are still finding the occasional nail in the lawn.

The person that I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. She indicated that Virgil would come out and take a look. Within just a few days, I received a very detailed and professional estimate in the mail. Since their estimate was the most expensive one that we received, we chose not to pursue their services further, but I was still very pleased with my experience.

The work was very good. The noise was a little loud from the hammering, but that is to be expected.

Called company to request a quote in late March. James came out within one week and gave me a quote on the spot. I got another estimate from a different company, but they were much more expensive. I decided on Tiller Roofing and sent in a partial payment. Three business days later, they scheduled the work. A three man crew came on the day they promised and they were on time. I warned them about some overhead utility lines and then let them get to work. They were fast, thorough and competent and answered all my questions. Everything was installed according to the contract and they even replaced a few shingles that were out of scope. They did a very good job of cleaning up and they did not damage anything. Overall, an excellent experience.

Mr. Tiller arrived promptly at the time promised. Swiftly diagnosed the problem and informed me of needed repairs. Two days later the repair was completed.

I had received several estimates and had the best price. I paid half up front with the signed contract and the next day the work was done. They matched the color so well I can't tell what they replaced. I haven't had any problems with the work and we've had several storms since the work was done. I'm pleased and would recommend them.

Our roof was leaking! I called Tiller Roofing to give us an estimate. They came out within the next few days. I asked for an estimate over the phone, but they opted to send me an estimate/contract in the mail. They also asked for 1/2 of the estimate before they would schedule the work. I decided to use them, even though I am not used to doing business this way - at least for minor repair work. Once I sent the payment in - I called back to tell them my bedroom ceiling was about to cave in! They came out and did the work the next day. The guys were very professional and seemed to know what they were doing. They did the repair work and cleaned up - down to the last nail.

It was a great experience. They came to my home first and gave me an estimate, which was right on. They were fast, efficient and they did a great job.

We called after the big hurricane wind in September. Mr. Tiller came within a few days. He inspected the roof and discussed what we wanted done. Within a couple of days we received his estimate for the repairs. He included several possibilities including just replacing the damaged and missing shingles, replacing the front half of the roof, and replacing the whole roof with the amount to add if we wanted better shingles. We were told it might be three to four weeks before they could do the job. They were able to get the job done within 2 weeks. The crew was thorough and got the job done in two days. They were meticulous in their clean up. A week later Mr. Tiller came and inspected the job. Since he had to go on the roof to inspect, he replaced a piece of siding that had come down since the crew had been there (this had happened before). He even put in a nail so I wouldn't have the same problem again. We are very happy with the job done.

Great service. The company was on time and replaced the section while working around the gas company that was also performing work in my yard. The price was a little lower than other highly ranked companies. The owner provided very detailed information when he came out to provide the estimate.

I found Tiller Roofing via Angie's list and contacted them the next day after the wind storm. Like most of us, they were without electricity as well, but returned my call promptly. I later that same week scheduled for an estimate and Virgil came out the next day. Once we decided to go with Tiller, James came out and we chose the shingles and signed the proposal for the work. They were able to schedule our work to begin the following week and estimated about 3 days. They were exactly right, their crew worked professionally and hard. This type of work generates a great deal of debris, but when they were completed it was all gone. They also used a magnetic roller to pick up nails in the yard and drive way. As of this date, I have not found any nails. We have a patio out back and they covered that to protect. There was an accidental damage to one of the gutters, and they replaced that the following day. Overall Tiller was very responsive and prompt and the quality of the work was excellent. I definitely would recommend their services!!

I called Tiller Roofing on a weekend to get an estimate on the roof repair. They were undoubtedly very busy because it was right after the big windstorm that damaged a lot of roofs. They called back on Monday morning and said that they would get to it just as soon as they could. Routine estimates were being scheduled over a month out. The next morning, they called ahead, and arrived a half hour later. They came with materials and did the repair on the spot. I appreciated the prompt service and professionalism.

They are the best, I highly recommend them to everyone. They were prompt and fast. They cleaned up their mess and did a fantastic job on my roof. A's across the board.

They were really good. They responded very quickly and came out quickly. They explored a couple of options and went with the most affordable option for us. They came out to do the work within about a week. We haven't had a problem with it since.

They gave a complete written estimate. The guy who came out was really knowledgeable and thorough and he kept me informed of the progress. They were really good at keeping me up to date.

The prices were higher than expected. They were informative about the work they were going to do. I was satisfied with the company just not the prices. I always research 3 companies and this company was high, too high.

My concern is that they said they have to remove all shingles, and plywood and also they don't provide a warranty for their work.

They were really dependable. We would definitely use them again. They were pretty careful about being around my house. They even hammered in some shingles that had come loose, free of charge.
