Description of Work: A+ for Brad and Mike. They are extremely responsive and timely. B for installers... the holes cut for faucet and hose are not aligned, and they did not seal all the surfaces.

Description of Work: It was a bit of a bumpy installation. Due to oversight of installers, an entire section of granite was not secured and the sink was not mounted. I didn't know this until the next day when my plumber came and couldn't install the faucet because the sink wasn't bracketed to the granite and the caulking to seal the under mounted sink had not be done. I also noticed a pretty significant chip in the granite in the sink cut out. | |One call and things were in motion. Had someone at my house within a few hours to complete the work. This however meant that I still couldn't have my faucet installed. Because of scheduling issues, I ended up going a week without water on my first floor due to this problem. | |This issue was just oversight on the part of the installers. However, the impact was felt by me and my family for a week after. I really hope that my experience is not the norm and is just an anomaly.

Description of Work: Quarry granite removed my old kitchen counters and back splash and installed new granite. There was a scheduling problem on my original install date, as their first install went too long. I don't mind the reschedule, but no one called until after 4PM to inform me of the delay. However they were wonderful to accommodate a day and time that worked for me on the new install date. They installers were very nice and polite and kept me up to speed on what all they were doing. I could see they took great care with the granite and were very cautious of keeping my kitchen clean for me. |The granite looks amazing and fit my uneven counters perfectly, the cut was perfect. I'm still shocked how perfect they fit given the age of my home and just how crazy the lines are in my kitchen. |They also installed an undermount sink and it looks great. They did not install the plumbing, but I was informed well ahead of time they won't do that. (They're not plumbers, it make sense!) |Overall I very much love my new counters. They look great, the seams are practically invisible and the fit was great. I would recommend Quarry Granite to others!

Description of Work: They removed my old laminate counter top and replaced it with a granite one, including a stainless steel sink. There was slight damage to the wall but it was easily fixed. I believe it is unrealistic to think that the old counters could be removed without having slight repairs and the need to repaint the walls. I was very pleased with the installers and love the granite. I did upgrade the granite from the original deal and this made it a bit more expensive but worth it from my standpoint. In addition, I had a bit more square footage that caused an additional fee.

Description of Work: Quarry came out and measured for counters, we picked out the granite we liked and they cut and installed it.

Description of Work: New granite counter tops and undermount sink removed old counter tops and preserved in good shape so I could donate to habitat to humanity. Excellent company to do business with. Installers were awesome polite courteous and knew what they were doing and offered me good advice on resale of the house and how to drill for hardware. Great company in my opinion.

Description of Work: New granite countertops in the kitchen. Very professional from sales call to installation, affordable and good quality.
