This was for a small section job, 18x27, they bought the stone, cut it incorrectly and the sink would not fit, now they are not delivering. 109 days and they have not finished the job and are no longer responding to phone calls.

The price is good but the quality is average at best. The first counter-island had three major blemishes that anyone who cared, could have seen. We didn't notice because a hazy film was applied to the surface when installed and we could not clean off for a few hours. It looked like the granite had been broken and repaired, not in a good way. We complained and waited for a serviceman to see if he could repair it. Two weeks later someone showed up and could not repair the problem. Quarry agreed to replace the island but it would be another month until the matching slab could be shipped from Cleveland to Columbus? Not sure why a 2-3 hr trip takes a month but I said OK. Then I was concerned that it would not match so I HAD to drive to Columbus, 1.5 hours to make sure it did match. We were relieved to see that it did look the same. We tagged the slab and called Quarry to tell them it was OK. At that time, I asked for an additional 4 inches be added to the length of the Island. I spoke to Kim who said she would check with the owner and get back to me. After three days and no response, I called back and Kim said she talked to Mike(owner) who never gave a response but it should not be a problem. I was concerned with that response so I emailed Brad our salesman throughout this whole process and he said that it would not be a problem to add the 4 inches to the island. The island arrived and installed on November 6th and they did not add the 4 inches that they agreed to add. I was very nice and calm with the process and I feel my easy nature was taken advantage of. I had a verbal and email confirmation and it just did not get done. It makes me wonder how much time is spent on any QA process at Quarry Granite. Quarry Granite could have been a huge hero by doing what they said they would have, have a little pride in the finished product, and care what the customer thinks. The overall job matches but I take credit in making sure the slab was the same, the install employees were nice to work with but not sure who cuts the granite really cares how it looks. Many little chips all along the edge, some were repaired, some too small but you can feel them. Quarry was the cheapest and I wish I had spent a little more and got better quality, overall I give them a C.

We were unhappy with this service. There was a large chip they did a poor job trying to repair and very large seams in the granite. During the installation the counter top was uneven, you could see light by the sink, large gaps and a chip in a very obvious place.

In April, I scheduled for them to come out and install a granite counter. I placed the order in June of 2014 for the counter top. Kim, the office manager, scheduled me for 5/11/15. I didn't hear anything. Kim got an attitude when I confronted her about the missed appointment. She later called back to apologize because she found notes about our scheduled appointment. They came out Memorial Day to install the countertop. During installation, they broke the faucet on the sink and broke a piece of back splash. The tech said he'd come back because he had the piece at the shop. He never came back. I called and Kim couldn't offer any help. The owner called me and said he'd have someone come fixed it. He apologized and asked what else he could do. I told him all I want is the work done correctly. The next Tuesday, someone comes out. The job wasn't done correctly and now the piece isn't attached correctly to the wall. I called again. I wanted the owner to come out and see it. Iwas told he couldn't come out because he' s out of town. I said i'd send pictures and I wanted to call Angie's List. Kim got upset and rude. I don't appreciate the poor customer service. I did send the pictures from my cell phone to the company. Also, I have recently noticed my counter top is chipped. I looked back at the picture dated from 6/3/15 and see the chip was there then.

The service from the company and the install process was excellent and I could not have been more impressed with both the person who came out to do the final template measuring as well as the installers themselves. Very high quality work and nice guys too...they did a great job and the countertops look fantastic. Such a great investment. The installation for our kitchen took about three hours. You will need to hire a plumber to reconnect or install a new faucet. Quarry sells the sinks directly at a bit of a discount and the sinks are very good (ours still looks new months later) so it can be worth it to work with them instead of buying it separately. Quarry gives you a list of granite providers...you will need to go shop at a location to see all the slabs (highly recommend you do this)...we used Mont Granite in Cincinnati and they were great. Lots of choices. As a matter of fact, we bought this deal through Angie's List and the counter we selected was actually cheaper than the price in the deal so we got a bit of a discount. If you do select a more expensive granite you will just need to pay the difference. Mont Granite was able to tag and hold our selected slab for our install (a great idea if you want a specific pattern or markings in a set slab). The whole process from buying the deal to final install took about 3 months but we took our time...Quarry can certainly go faster if you need them to and we probably held up the process with our own delays more than is usual. Quarry also removed the old countertops and sink and disposed of them for us, a nice plus. I would definitely recommend them again to anyone!

We purchased the big deal but then decided on a more expensive product. The product selection was more than adequate at the big deal price, I just fell in love with something else when I saw it. The company was easy to work with from start to finish. When the actual installation date came, everything went perfectly. Three months later I can say that we love the counter tops and we love the way they were installed. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The initial day of install was terrible. There was a very unprofessional installer that did nothing to complain about our project. The other installer was good. The next day of install was better as a new guy came with the good guy from day one. However there was damage to our main bath wall as well as the finish taken off the side of our newel post on the stairway

This company was excellent to work with, from start to finish. My husband and I knew we needed to replace our terrible avocado-green laminate in the kitchen, and got several estimates from different companies. I found this company via an Angie's List deal, and read all of the reviews I could, then initiated contact prior to purchase. Brad was fantastic -- he answered all of my (many!) questions, and took a lot of time out of his day for someone that wasn't even a committed customer yet. When the questions were all answered to my satisfaction, I was ready to purchase the deal...only to find that it was gone from Angie's List. Regardless, he still honored the deal. They have a similar deal still listed on their website. Things to know -- the $1499 special doesn't include ALL granite. I've read a few negative reviews about that. Their website states very clearly the colors that are included, depending on what granite supplier you choose. If you don't like any of those colors, I believe you can upgrade the granite for an additional fee. The granite we wanted was included on the list, so we were fine, but just keep that in mind. And -- it's not the granite supplier's job to know where the "special" granite slabs are located in their warehouse. We used Mont Granite to select our slab, and they were fantastic, but we took the responsibility of finding the granite listed in the special, and you should do the same. Also, just FYI -- if the deal ever comes back on Angie's List, the list of colors included is slightly different than the deal listed on their website, but they WILL send you a list prior to purchase. Our granite came with our selection of a stainless steel sink. We selected a 60/40 sink and are thrilled with our choice. Of note here is that while they will disconnect your current sink/faucet and put your new sink (and faucet, if you purchased one) in place, they cannot legally hook up the plumbing. You will need to schedule your plumber to come out the next day. This was no issue for us, but just something to keep in mind. The installation went flawlessly. I've unfortunately forgotten the installers' names, but they were fantastic and worked with me to make sure I was happy. I would absolutely use this company again -- in fact, I just might do that for some smaller jobs we have planned next year. Thanks, Quarry Granite!

The demo and installation was simple, professional and what we were expecting. Please realize when you get this good of pricing you are not going to get a perfect error free installation or product. With those expectations set, this work was exactly what we wanted. Major update to the kitchen without a giant price tag. The little details.... The guys doing the install realized that the small overhang we requested was added to the wrong side of the "island" but were able to do a field cut to complete our installation without a whole new piece of granite being cut and setting us back in time. We lost the small overhang that we wanted, but Quarry took off the wasted cost from our purchase for us without an issue as a credit to the final payment. The install still looked great, just was not 100% what we wanted. But for the price we will take 90% of what we wanted without an issue. The guys doing the install did not have the appropriate brace to mount across the dishwasher during the initial install, so the dishwasher is now mounted with epoxy directly to the bottom of the granite. It was not a basic epoxy, so it should stay in place, but once again, not 100%... we accepted and were happy with the results of the product. ********************************* Update, about a year out from the installation we noticed that we started to have our under mount sink separate from the counter top. A plumbing company came out to look and said that we needed to have the granite company come out to look at the work so that they would not void a warranty with the issue. I have been trying to reach Mike for weeks now on both his office and cell #s and have been unable to get any response at all. Brad has been very supportive and responsive, however it has led to a very frustrating situation where damage is occurring to our cabinets under the sink area and I can not get anyone to pay attention to the matter. This is a very unfortunate circumstance and appears to have been a major issue if you look into the BBB review for this company. I hope that they take things serious from here on out, but I have to change my ratings to support the final product, which is now failing us.

We purchased an Angie's List special for $1499 for a custom granite countertop including materials and labor. We first contacted the company for information and talked to Hannah Deliere, sales executive, about the service. She was very helpful and I provided her a rough drawing of the counter top surface and some kitchen pictures. We visited Mont Granite in Hillard to look at a variety of granite slabs on display. The special offer was for 9 types of granite selections and any other stones were considered an upgrade. We made several trips to the granite location before deciding on a granite stone upgrade called Giallo Fiorito. We took a cabinet door to help us match over 200 slabs on display. After we made our decision and provided the down payment, a technican visited our home and verified the measurements. The installers showed up on time and removed the sink, plumbing connections and old countertop. The new granite surface was installed including a cut out for the sink and a back splash. The sink was replaced and attached caulking was done on the backsplash area. We were responsible for re-connecting the water supply lines, pipes, disposal etc. The entire installation took about 4 hours and the installers did a great job on the clean up. We were very impressed with the work done by the installers, Tyler and Tim. Special thanks to Hannah for keeping us informed on the progress of the job and answering our phone calls and e-mails. The entire process took about three weeks from ordering through installation. The granite countertop has transformed our kitchen and we are very satisfied with the job. We highly recommend this company for your granite work.
