Description of Work: OK. The granite was a $2000 deal for so many square feet. The granite looks quite beautiful although as I clean it, I find little chips in places on the top surface. After it was installed, I found a couple corners that needed to be rounded, and I was amazed that the installer could round those before he left. The granite was not as high as the previous counter surface, so my stove sits above the granite surface about an inch or more. The stainless steel sink that was installed is really nice, but after it was installed I realized that I had not called a plumber, so we could not used the new sink for 3 days. It would have been nice if Quarry Granite would have reminded me to get a plumber. I was expecting the installation to be a huge mess, but it wasn't too bad, and I appreciated that the installer cleaned up most of the mess before they left.

Description of Work: I can't really give a rating. I called and left 2 messages on two different numbers, and did not receive a call from either one. With such a lack of response, I chose not to pursue them as a provider.

When came to putting granite down on Friday afternoon, piece was cut wrong and had to wait the weekend with torn up kitchen and no sink or water. However, Monday morning the owner came out himself with an installer and they cut the piece on site. Being that they were genuinely sorry and that the work looks beautiful now, the frustration seems to have been lessened.. |

Description of Work: Did well only thing was one of the installers had on an inapproiate t-shirt on no big deal to me but some people would be upset. Not very professional.

Description of Work: I didn't have a very good experience with Quarry Granite. It was hard to set up a date, there were some issues, and the countertops were just OK.

Description of Work: Brad the salesperson was great. All interactions with him were professional and helpful. Unfortunately, The granite had chips EVERYWHERE. they came back at a later date to "fix" the chips and while some of them were repaired, there are still a ton everywhere. They did not use sealant caulk against the wall like they were supposed to and this had to be done the second time they came out for the chips. No one I know with granite has granite with chips everywhere like this. I wish I would've went with a company who had a better product rather than purchasing the deal

Description of Work: They installed granite countertops through an Angie's List Big Deal. They were punctual and professional. The selection of granite was slim but expected to be so. There representative came to my home to take exact measurements and informed me it would be extra $$$ because of the amount of countertop space exceeded the what the deal covered. Agreed to pay the additional fee. Scheduled a day for the install. The installers were in and out in about 2 hours and the countertops were installed well. My only thought is that I'm not sure if another installer/fabricator could have installed the largest area as a one piece instead of two because the seam is

Description of Work: Quarry Granite installed granite counters in our kitchen. Initially, there were some issues with the measurements for the counters. Because of this, the first installation did not go well. They graciously came out again with a completely new countertop. This was also problematic because the shape of the island was not symmetrical. And so, Quarry Granite came out a third time. Our counters are beautiful and we love our new kitchen.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen counters with granite. Good experience up until date prior to scheduled install. Difficult to pick out granite at a one place, very large and they couldnt tell me where the Angie's list granites were located. Otherwise, picking out granite was a great experience. Brad came to house to get paperwork and check. I did call the night before scheduled install to see what time they would be coming because you have to have someone there to reinstall the plumbing when they are done and would need to cover remaining items in my cabinets once old laminate removed.other work going on in house and little space), no return call and called twice the day of install with no return call. I left the house to go to hardware store for the gentlemen doing work in my house and they came while I was gone and started work. They were very nice and went above and beyond. However, the dust was everywhere(I had removed the pull out drawers as instructed) It took eight hours to wash everything in my kitchen and get it clean. Had I known when they were coming, I could have saved myself a lot of work. Communication was the only problem I had, which led to a VERY long day and night of cleaning. Otherwise....a good experience.

Description of Work: My appointment was scheduled around 9 AM but the installer had me on the schedule for around 1 PM. I am a little disappointed of how big some of the joints are which required filler. The template person and the installers were extremely nice. I do feel the directions on how the whole process was to work could have been better explained.

Description of Work: Quary granite installed my granite countertops. | |Very rarely do I work with contractors wheb I'm 100% happt with every aspect of the job, but this was one of thI se very few occasions. Apart from being very professional, they were very prompt especially when when it came to getting back to me with reguards to n t concerns/questions, on two occasions they even make contact with me over the weekend. | |I would recommend this company to anybody who's looking for stone countertops.

Description of Work: We picked out a slab from one of the suggested providers. We went to the shop and viewed and approved the slab lay out. Brian at the shop was very helpful. Upon installation, they pointed out some problems with our cabinet's level, and suggested two methods to fix the problem. Installation was completed, and clean up was good. We are happy with the overall experience.

Description of Work: I purchased granite counters and an under mount sink from Quarry, they work with several granite companies so plenty of selection options were available. They arrived as promised and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Very professional staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in upgrading to granite in their home.
