I had a mixed experienced with Quarry.  I signed a contract in late March after seeing a promotion on their website advertising select colors for $39.99/ sq. ft. until 3/31.  I felt rushed but since this was a great price I wanted to lock it in.  However, the $39.99 "Special Offer" is still advertised on the site, now until 6/30. Hannah was very responsive and great to work with.  We picked our slabs at Mont Granite and the template and installation were scheduled quickly.  I took off work to be home for our afternoon install, with an expected arrival between 2-3 PM.  After not arriving, I called Hannah and found the installers were delayed at a previous job.  They ended up not arriving until after 6PM so I wasted a vacation day!

The installers were great and had the 60 sq. ft and new sink installed in a little over an hour.  But the next day we found some large scratches on our island from transportation/installation.  They were inspected a week later but the guy did not have appropriate tools to repair.  So he returned again to buff the scratches and reseal the granite.  The repairs probably took longer than the entire installation as he was there for over an hour and a half.

I am very satisfied with the finished product but it felt like a lot of effort to get it done. If price is your main focus, you can't beat it.  However you may want to consider another contractor if you want to avoid potential headaches.

Quality of product was good.  Granite selection was easy and had plenty of choices.  Price was very good-- purchased deal through Angie's List.  Level of service was low.  Installers seemed like they wanted to get it over with, and were not clear about what they reconnected vs what still needed to be done and why.  Stove plug was buried behind counter.  Installers stripped dishwasher screw and then left it for owner to fix.  I would recommend using this company in the future if you are diligent about ensuring completeness of contract up front and service completion.

Wow, I must admit that I was a little skeptical when I saw the Angie’s List Big Deal for $1,499 for Custom Granite Countertops including Labor, but Quarry Granite really came through for me. Even though my square footage exceeded the included 35 square feet, Quarry extended the special Big Deal pricing required to replace my entire kitchen. I am a particular person, yet I was pleased with my entire experience from Sales (Brad), granite selection (Mont, Jessica/Hannah), scheduling and template review (Mike) and through installation (Eric and Brandon). We did experience a slight sizing snafu on a small piece discovered the day of the installation, but that it immediately remedied (really, manufactured that same day and brought back out later that evening!). The result as a beautiful job at a nice value. THANK YOU!

The counters look great, really make the kitchen.  Would recommend and use again in the future.

First of all, let me give you a brief autobiography of myself.  I am meticulous, very detailed and a believer that if you want something done right- you do it yourself.  So, though I had carried a business card from Quarry Granite for almost 4 years, obviously i was hesitant...and obviously- installing granite wasn't something I could accomplish on my own.  A few of my friends used Quarry Granite and they were beyond pleased. When I moved into my new home- I decided to give them a call and by God- I was going to have my dream kitchen and that included Granite.
In the beginning stages, Lance visited my residence in rural Ohio, a two hour drive, and he was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I may have had.  I could tell Lance enjoyed  his line of work and was engaged in the business.  That's always a "plus" in my book.
The two visits to Mont Granite were both amazing.  The first trip was to decide on the stone.  The second was to pick the exact slabs to be installed.   The gentleman who assisted me with the slabs was fantastic and so comical.  He gave me insight to what I was looking at and to see just a three foot section for the counter.  I wish I knew his name.  He made the trip!  I chose a PERFECT slab specifically for my island then another for the back counter top.
And then scheduling the Install was a project in itself.  Since I was not only installing but tearing out walls, repairing plaster, total rewiring, adding lights, moving outlets...whew!  - I had to reschedule my install twice.  On one account, the installers came a week earlier than the final install date, total miscommunication, and had to drive back because I wasn't ready- or wasn't even home for that matter.  I felt bad for their wasted trip and worked with Mike to reschedule one last time.
Install went fairly well.  Tyler and his sidekick were great.  I had to have my stove top cut out, as well as the holes for the plumbing fixtures.  I was warned early on that it would make quite a dusty mess.  The installation guys were pretty good with sucking up the dust with a shop vac as they cut.  I didn't stick around to watch due to the noisy screech of the saw.  But they did a great job.  Perfect fit!  Tyler even helped me decide the layout for the plumbing fixtures.  Of course I had some cleaning to do after they left but that was expected due to the fine dust.  Tyler ran through a check list with me and everything looked great.
...and then...DEEP BREATH...
A couple weeks later I found a crack in front of my sink on the Island...the PERFECT piece of slab I picked specifically for that space.  Upon inspection, I could tell it happened during fabrication due to the glue residue used to initially fix it.  I called Quarry and left a message for Mike.  He was extremely quick to respond and I remember his exact words..."we need to get out to your place to make this right, or we'll replace the slab".  Wow- !!  This company stands behind their work!  I knew they were pretty busy due to all my rescheduling but Mike had two guys out within a week .  Honestly, I loved that slab so much, I would've been heartbroken to have to replace it.  But they guys repeatedly sealed, polished and buffed for almost two hours on a 4 inch section- and I can't feel a thing!  They did an amazing job.  If I get eye level, in the right light, I can still see the crack but everyone else who knew about can't find it.
Overall, I'm a proud home owner with the most beautiful kitchen thanks in part to Quarry Granite.  In the distance future, I plan on using them again for my bath rooms.
..sorry to write a book about my experience but when you spend that amount of money- others need to know about the whole experience.

Originally, I had a few problems after the install due to a poor contractor and was unhappy. Mike the owner and Mike the fabricator came out to my house and personally made sure everything was remedied and help educate me on the granite process. It's a very proud and customer service oriented company. They are lean and offer very good prices and stand by their work for long after they conduct their work. Highly recommended. Just goes to show sometimes one bad employee can paint an untrue picture.

Thanks Mike and Mike.

they left a huge mess for us to clean up. Never told us that they would not replace drawers, etc. or worse, reconnect plumbing, garbage disposal, etc. so we had to hire a plumber for that, for $150. As well, they dropped our old sink and cracked the faucet, so we had to spend $235 to replace that. So it added almost $400 to high cost of counters. Not sure if I'd use them again, but if I did, I'd be sure to get in writing what they would and wouldn't do and negotiate based on that.

This was an Angie's list Big Deal.  I contacted Quarry Granite before I purchased the deal with questions I had about how the deal would work.  Brad answered them all promptly and explained the process.  I selected the granite and sink.  The installation appointment fit with my schedule.  The only hiccup in the whole process was that I was told I would be the first installation on that day and actually I was the last.  Tear out of the old countertops and installation of the granite and sink went smoothly.  The installers were very entertaining :-).  They did a super job and cleaned up the work area.

They did a fabulous job!  They were very courteous, took plenty of time to make sure the granite counter top would fit with what we needed to have done, and they didn't hurry us.  We got a great deal.

The installers were a little early, but they called ahead to make sure someone would be here.  They cleaned up after and
was very good about answering any questions I had while they were installing.  From start to finish the whole team was GREAT.

From start to finish I have had an exceptional experience with Quarry Granite.  A co-worker who recently began working with us recommended them based on his experience at his past job and they have lived up to the billing.  Since the beginning of October 2013, we have now had 3 separate orders for 2 different products (total of 15 granite tops) all delivered on time with perfect quality.  I have worked exclusively with Hannah Deliere and her responsiveness and cooperation has been terrific.  They have been able to match the exact color of granite we required, match the drawings we provided which included drilling holes in exact locations, and have delivered on time every time which has been less than 3 weeks even for orders that were the first time they ran them.  Quarry Granite is very responsive and willing to work to meet each customers specific needs.

From start to finish my dealings with Quarry Granite was nothing but awesome! While I live in the Cincinnati area they were able to adapt to my schedule and adjust their installs to meet my ever changing life demands. The finished product was and still is the center piece of discussion at every event in my house. I can't seem to pull people away from my granite island. I was so pleased with their professionalism and final product I used them to install granite as an anniversary present for my parents. They along with the others I have sent to Quarry Granite had the same experience as I. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and co workers, without hesitation.

Quarry Granite did a fantastic job with our kitchen granite tops. What could have been a very stressful and expensive
process was made easy and simple. We loved the selection of stock granites available and the installation went off
without a hitch. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining about the product and the installation process.
This was important because of some nightmares stories we have heard about granite installations gone wrong. They
definitely stand behind the product and workmanship. Overall, the experience was great and we would definitely use
this company again in the future.

Brad came to my house and really helped me a lot. I met him and we picked out a slab. So many choices. Then my blah kitchen was turned into something out of the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous (showing my age). Lance the owner came outto make a template. How great is that? The owner. Made me feel great. No work subbed here.
