This company was awful. First of all they are out of Grove City, Ohio - which is 2 hours away. But, I only dealt with their local to my area sales representative. I was initially told by Hannah their sales representative that the owner Mike assured me that I would have no seam in my granite piece. She assured me that to earn my business I would have no seam. So, I decided to go with Quarry Granite. They charged me to hold the granite and a measurement fee totally $690.00. Lance came out to measure. He told me that I would have to have a seam and that he didn't agree with Mike to guarantee that and cut with pieces without a seam. So, there goes the first promise. Now at this point I am out $690.00. So, I said well ok. Then they came out again for a second measurement and they charged me $985 which was $300.00 higher than I should have been charged and that was by Lance who arbitrarily came up with $300 dollars for a second trip charge when Hannah told me it would be $175 then it changed to $150 by her. It is like they are making up prices on the fly. I was told Lance would refund my $300 overcharge on Thursday. After he left I was emailed a layout several days later. The email which showed the layout arrived and I liked it. They were going to cut around the dark spots so they are not on the slabs or on the edges if they were going to have to be on the granite pieces. They asked me to reply to the email to approve it so they have documentation that it was ok. When the granite arrived one of the pieces had a large dark spot which was not represented with this on the layout. The layout that I approved - the layout that did not match what was delivered. So, the installer who is also named Mike and I called the co-owner Mike and he approved that I can have my money back. So, he stated that to the installer -- that he would refund my money and to send the pieces back. Then the co-owner told me that I would be charged 50 percent of the cost since the granite was cut. But, the cutting was not my error it was their fault it was not cut correctly. This company is dying for $$$. They did not refund the over charge that I was told would be refunded from the second visit. Now, I have a dispute with them. I can't get a hold of Mike. The sales rep Hannah who promised the world to me has been told to not talk to me and Lance is not cooperative at all. They like to charge your credit card with lots of monies and don't hold up their end of the bargain. Mike and Lance don't seem to agree on things but they shouldn't take it out on the customer. They need to agree to things and then run a business. Once you give them a credit card -- watch out -- they just go ahead and charge monies on there. The transportation thing is just not good they are trying to do business in too many areas too far away which is why they have such a high delivery fee. They make promises they cannot keep. They are always changing prices at the drop of the hat. They have a lot of complaints on Angies list. I am dispute with them on my credit card as well.

Response from Quarry Granite
As always it is our goal to provide granite countertops at a reasonable price and to make certain our customers are completely satisfied. Unfortunately once the granite is cut we can’t recut an entire kitchen simply because the customer changed their mind. That is the position we are in with [member name removed]. On October 20th 2013 [member name removed] signed a contract to have Quarry Granite install granite countertops at her residence in Rocky River Ohio. She requested to not have a seam in her kitchen and we agreed. However, when our templator arrived at her home he identified quickly that it would be impossible to navigate the turns in her condominium staircase with a 111” piece of granite, it just didn’t fit. He immediately made [member name removed] aware of the problem and she agreed to allow a seam stating “another granite company has already told me it was impossible”. Because of the ongoing disagreements [member name removed] has with her cabinet company we knew to be diligent. We insisted [member name removed] select the exact slab of granite to be installed in her kitchen. We also performed a slab layout, showing [member name removed] exactly where on the slab each piece would be cut from. On the day of the installation [member name removed] refused to allow our installers to install the granite unless we provided a large discount because of a natural spot in the granite she didn’t like. We attempted to satisfy her by suggesting we cut another piece from the remains of her slab but she wouldn’t agree unless we provided her with a large discount because of the delay. To sum this matter up, it is our position that we have not made a mistake and [member name removed] is simply using Angie’s list and the BBB as leverage to get a large discount on her granite countertops. We cut the exact stone she selected in the exact manner she approved. All we want is to perform the actions we agreed to in the contract. We would be happy to reschedule a time to install the granite she selected. If [member name removed] refuses then we expect her to fulfill her obligation according to the contract. To protect ourselves from cancellations after the slab has been cut our contract states there is a restocking fee. [member name removed] credit card has already been refunded the difference.

The granite that they put in they didn't seal it right. It has spots on it and things. They were really terrible. They sent me to someone else. I told them what I wanted, but when I left I just pointed out the one that I wanted. They wrote down four different things. I figured the one that I chose would be on the top, that was what I told them I wanted. They bring it out and I said that isn't right and they took it back and a day or two later they were calling and saying they are putting it in. It was like I had no choice. I had to take it anyway. The installation was terrible. It was the worst work I had ever seen. The were supposed to be professional. I wasn't happy with it and so they called in somebody who used to work for them. He came out and did the best that he could as far as trying to remedy the mess that they made. But even then it wasn't great really. Even the granite certain places were chipped and they did nothing about it. It was bad, it was really terrible. It was just awful. I don't think they sealed it right. When they were in the bathroom they must have set something on it and it's left a mark, like a couple of rings.

For reasons I cant explain we are just becoming aware of this review. At any rate it is always our goal to completely satisfy all of our clients. We would like [Member name removed] to be happy as well. Unfortunately under the circumstances it would also take cooperation from the local supplier that may have made a mistake. [Member name removed] contacted us in February 2013 and asked us to provide her with 2 marble vanity tops for her home. We did not have marble in our inventory so [Member name removed] went to Mont Granite, a local supplier to pick out the material. After [Member name removed] found material at Mont Granite she contacted us and told us she wanted a marble known as Statuary. We then signed a contract with [Member name removed] to install the vanities out of that material and had that material delivered to our facility. Within weeks the stone was cut, polished and our crew was sent to [Member name removed] home. Upon arrival [Member name removed] told us it was the wrong color so the crew left her home. Initially we felt we had made an error and cut the wrong stone, but after investigating we realized we did cut the marble [Member name removed] requested- Statuary. Unfortunately it appears [Member name removed] had confused Statuary, the stone we were in contract to cut, with Mystery White the stone she actually wanted. It's our position we cut exactly the stone she requested and if there was any confusion it happened at a local supplier. To resolve this manner we will be happy to recut [Member name removed] vanities out of any marble she wants if the supplier who may have made this mistake were willing to contribute the material. We also feel this review would be better served on Mont Granites page as opposed to ours.

I have used Quarry Granite several times, and even referred them to my brother-in-law when he was building a new home. First of all, their prices on certain slabs that they have on sale are really hard to beat. One thing to be careful of though, are that various fees they tack on can quickly negate any competitive advantage they had on price alone. Secondly, I never had any issues getting a call back when issues arose, and everyone I dealt with treated me with professionalism and respect. The problems I experienced were addressed quickly, even if they weren't exactly executed as well. In the end, I was happy with the job they did, but it did take a lot of phone calls and hovering to get it done. On several occasions, the installer was running very late, and I either did not get a call notifying me as such, or the call came well after the appointment time that they were just heading over. And since they are several hours away, that was more than aggravating. On the last house, several trips were required on their part to finish the backsplash installation because on the first trip the installer ran out, and then on the second trip he had the wrong color. The installer was extremely apologetic and sincere both times, so I don't know if they're going through some major growing pains, or if they are that unorganized all the time. I also had to remind them to caulk underneath when they were done because they were heading out the door and I could see daylight under the counter from the living room from a large gap. The other thing I'm not super happy with is that their seams are a little bigger than I've seen on other installations. They don't use any clamps when they're putting slabs together so I guess that's something to keep in mind. My brother in law was extremely upset with his seams, and when I saw them, I was pretty surprised at how sloppy they looked. He refused to call and complain though, so maybe they would have fixed the problem if he had. If mine had looked like that, I would have had them rip it out. I would recommend quarry granite with the caveats that I mentioned, however if I do use them again and have the same issues, I will probably make that the last time. The aggravation of the time it took to complete, and lack of punctuality both have dollar values to me, and I'd pay a little more elsewhere to have it done a lot more smoothly.

Installation was set for a Weds. morning at 8:00 am. The installers' truck broke down on the interstate and they had to call a replacement truck. As they were transferring the slabs to the new, truck, they dropped and cracked the slabs. Installation wa re-scheduled for Saturday of the same week--luckily there was enough granite left on the slab we had chosen that we didn't need to choose another . The installers did call us to let us know what happened but my husband had to re-arrange his schedule s a second time.
Description of Work: Scott was great to work with. Communication is done through emails. We were able to get an appointment with Scott within a couple of weeks of our initial email. His estimates were very reasonable compared to other granite companies we contacted. Our kitchen looks great ! Everyone loves it! I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, everything went well, my dissapointment was with the way the granite was handled and transported etc. Our countertops were in multiple pieces because of islands etc., and I noticed immediately that they looked dusty and dirty etc., which I wondered if they were ever inspected after they were cut in the factory before they were ever delivered. I understand that granite is not perfect and there are natural imperfections, however in this case I noticed more than natural imperfections. There were multiple scratches, a few gouges with long scratches which indicate some kind of damage whether it was mishandled during cutting or just not handled carefully prior to delivery, and some of the edges had to be beveled after it was cut leaving my kitchen very dusty in spite of the careful consideration by the installer using a vacuum system while cuttng. If all of the cutting had been done properly some of the dust and dirt could have been minimized. When the repairs that could be done were finally addressed, it involved far more than what we were led to believe. Grinding etc., to the point that my husband and I decided it wasn't worth the mess it was causing and we would just live with it. We had just completed a new back splash with white grout and after grinding the black counter top, it was no longer white. The only way to fix it is to dig it out and regrout it. I have been left wondering if the countertops we got are seconds or were they so careless in the handling of this product that they were damaged in transit. I have seen countertops being transported with some kind of plastic film over them protecting the granite. Ours was delivered in an open pick up truck with no protective covering of any kind. More care should be taken in the handling of this product to minmze any damage. If We had been contacted after the installation, we would have been happy to discuss this with the company, however no one ever called to see if we were happy.
Description of Work: We contacted quarry granite for an estimate for new counter tops. Randy their salesman came out promptly with an estimate and granite samples. We chose them based on the quick service and professional presentation. Everything went according to schedule. Every appointment was kept and for the most part punctual within a few hours, except for the repairs that were necessary after the installation. We were told they would come right back the next week and the scratches and other imperfections were no big deal and could be fixed easily. It was more than a few weeks and some of the scratches could not be repaired.

I found Quarry Granite on the internet advertising a home show special sale. I contacted Scott Haynes and he referred us to a granite supplier where we could select the specific slab of our choice. Scott measured the space based on design plans and gave us a quote. I was having difficulty finding information about the company and Scott referred me to Angies list. After checking the company reviews we signed a contract and deposited 1/3 of the price. Quarry Granite then purchased the slab we selected. This was part of a much larger project including replacing all of the floors on the main floor of the house and installing new cabinets. Due to delays in the arrival of the floor the project was postponed for 3 months. Quarry Granite was understanding and worked with us through the process. One concern we had was a knee wall that we wanted to make into a bar with a 102" x 24" slab of granite with a 12" overhang on one side and a 7" overhang on the other side. Scott referred us to a bracket company that answered our questions and helped us determine how to reinforce the wall. When Scott returned to perform the final measurement, he allowed us to section the granite into thirds and tell them which section we wanted for each area. This was fantastic for us because the slab of granite we choose had a large vein in it we wanted on the bar top. During installation the crew was very professional and took great care not to damage our knew floors and appliances. The work was excellent. I would recommend Quarry Granite to everyone. We have 3mm granite countertops for less than the price of quartz at the local home improvement stores. The countertops are beautiful and we are very pleased.

All communications with this company was through phone and some text messaging. There is no email address on the website, which I think should have been a warning to me. Their employee who did the estimate, Randy, was a pleasant gentleman and at first I thought would be a good idea to use this company's services, which have been relatively well reviewed on Angies List. The amount that was quoted was reasonable, I thought, so we signed the contract. The problems started when Randy was difficult to get in touch with. He was evidently having difficulty with his cell phone, but he could have used email for communication. He missed the time for one of our appointments and honestly seemed a little bit like he was confused or overwhelmed by the various jobs that he was keeping up with. Randy came to measure the template and we gave him one of the sinks that we bought that were going to be installed. Things seemed to be going fair- he seemed to know what he was doing. We then waited another 2 weeks or so for the install. Two installers came pretty close to on time the day of the installation. When they were done, they informed me that a couple things were still "in-process". The seemed to be an area on the far right side of the countertop that had a gap of about 3/4" between the counter and the wall. They said that eventually there was going to be a backsplash going above the gap. I was annoyed by this, because this meant that there would be an area on the edge of the granite which would not match the rest of the counter, as well as what I suspect would be less structural integrity in the area when the backsplash was installed. I suspect that this was an error in measurement- but what could be done at this point, the granite was already cut. There were also other areas where the grout was uneven and rough that my wife and I noted after we left. Also, the edges of the backsplash and countertop were not flush with each other on the left side of the countertop, which is what I would have expected. The guys did not cut holes for the faucets because it was getting late and so they said that the guy who came to finish the backsplash would take care of this. Dust and sharp pieces of grout were left on the floor around the area that had been worked on, as well as pieces of tape and grout chunks in my driveway. They assured me that it would look good when the job was done.I was told that they would be in touch with me when the secondary installation guy would be coming. I never heard from them about scheduling until one afternoon when I was at work and I got a call saying that they guy had finished his last job and was heading over in about an hour. I was blown away at this point- I was at work and had no indication when they were coming, and I could just leave my job to come home! I told the guy that I just couldn't be home in an hour and to see if we could do another time. He said that he would check with the main office and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him, but since I needed some clarity, I called Randy again. He was driving and I asked him to send me his email address, so I could get some concrete details about what was happening, explaining that I had some significant issues with the quality of the work that had been done thus far. He said that he was driving and would send it to me when he had stopped the car. I never heard back from him. Yesterday, I was relaxing in my home after work when I got a call from the same gentleman who called the other day. He said that he was finished with his last job and would be coming to my house in 1.5 hours. At this point, I was just grateful to have someone come and finish the job, so I said go ahead and home. He arrived around 8 PM or so. Jose was polite and seemed to know what he was doing, and listened when I explained my concerns. I let him work and when he came up to say that he was done, I took a look around. He had fixed the uneven grout, which I appreciated, but he said that because the sink was "too large" there would eventually be a gap between the whole and the faucet handle that would need to be filled in w/ putty, which he provided for me. Although that was annoying, it didn't seem to be a huge issue and the backsplash on the R side did look better. Satisfied with the work, I said thanks and bid this gentleman goodbye. Later on in the evening, when I began to try to install the faucet handles myself, I realized once I was underneath the faucet, that there would be NO WAY to install the faucet handles correctly with the way the holes were cut out next to the undermounted sink. The edge of the sink came within millimeters of the edge of the hole, and there was no way the tightening screw would fit to hold the handle tightly to the granite surface. After trying every which way for 40 minutes, I finalled called Jose who (poor guy) was on a drive back to Columbus. He seemed to be aware of what I was talking about and after listening to my complaint, apologized and said that he would fix the issue. He said that the reason was because the sink was a non-standard size sink, and that he had drilled the hole 2.25 inches from the edge, which was standard practice. He also reported that he had been tired from his long day and that may have played a role in the error. In any case, he said that he could return to cut out some portions of the sink in order that there would be enough space for the screws to hold the handles in tightly. The other issue that we realized was that the center hole for the faucet head was not aligned with the center of the sink, and further more, the hole that was cut out for the sink on the right side was not centered above a wood cabinet directly below it. This is over and done and there is nothing that can be done about it now, but it is noticeable when you look at it. While I appreciate Jose's willingness to come back to fix the job, it bothers me that it has taken so many trips to get the granite finished correctly. I am writing this review to keep this company accountable and will post pictures of the finished job when it is complete. I am planning to disputing the charge with my credit card company until the job is done to some level of satisfaction. If the job is done appropriately, I will amend this review. =-=-=-= UPDATE: Mike, one of the owners of the company, has been persistent in calling to make sure the job is finished correctly. He drove up from a long distance to see exactly what my issues were and promised to make sure they were addressed within reason. A team came by later on that week and cut down the size of the sinks and installed the faucets for me. They also addressed some of the misalignment issues. Overall the finished product looks pretty good, I'm happy with it. I wish it didn't take me writing a review like this to get the job done, but ultimately it was done decently with a little nudge from management. I appreciate their willingness to admit that they were in the wrong- some companies might not have done this, this is why I am amending my review to a B.

We worked with Brad (sales), Mike (operations), Lance (layout) and Brian (installation) to replace approximately 72 sq. ft. of counter-tops in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Pricing was about 15% higher than lowest estimate we received but good reviews on Angie?s List was the deciding factor. Although they offer a ?free? sink we elected to provide our own. They were responsive in answering both email and phone inquiries and kept appointment times. Unfortunately we had a problem with the under-mount kitchen sink cutout. Lance had informed us that they typically make the cutout at least ¼? smaller than the sink to enable the granite to overhang the sink. This makes cleanup of the counter neat and easy which was one of the major reasons we went with solid surface counters. I have no doubt that this approach makes the installer?s job of alignment easier as well. We supplied the sink along with the manufacturer?s template which had a reveal and a flush cut line identified. Lance made note of the need to add ¼? to the flush line (to make smaller for an overhang) on the template which he took with him. I encouraged him to take the sink as well but he said it was unnecessary. Somewhere in the process an error was made that resulted in a poorly executed result. The kitchen sink edge is flush with the granite in some places and exposed (revealed) in several other areas, exactly what we were trying to avoid. Both bathroom sinks are fine and look great. As soon as this was noted during installation, I contacted Brad who asked what he could do to make us happy. I told Brad that we?ll try it out for a couple of weeks as a ?cooling off? period for me, but reserve the right to refuse the product. Clearly having the entire counter torn out and replaced is not what we want yet the product we have is not up to the quality we?ve seen at other homes. After consideration we suggested that Quarry discount their price to allow us to consider other options, i.e., larger under-mount sink or over mount sink. They refused, didn?t offer any allowance, and maintained that the template was incorrect. I doubt that this is the case since the sink manufacturer provided the template and the CAD file (which Quarry cannot use) that was used to create the template. I believe that the fabricator cut the counter to the template without regard to written instructions and that the cut was freehand (something the fabricator who was part of the installation team was proud of) as the straight sides are flush but the radius's are not (and reveal the sink edge). I've attached a couple of pictures as examples of the workmanship. Mike and Lance did respond to my request to come to the house and review the installation but my wife was unwilling to participate in further discussions since she wasn?t going to entertain ?starting over? so we cancelled their visit. Should you decide to do business with Quarry Granite I would encourage you to pay careful attention to each step. Quarry Granite?s process is manual, i.e., no laser template layout, CAD/CAM cutting, etc. Lance manually measures and creates a diagram with notations for the fabricator. We?d visited their shop to review the basic layout and met Josh who I believe is their most experienced fabricator. He had indicated that he was going to do the work but as it turns out another person apparently got the job. I suspect that missed communications in the shop led to the problem. Additionally, the business is very busy which may contribute to the problem, not to mention that fabrication and installation took place on the Thursday and Friday before Memorial Day ? possibly the ?don?t buy a car assembled on Friday or Monday? rule applies. We've decided to "live with it" as the thought of demolition and rework is unappealing.

Response from Quarry Granite
Member (customer) requested a L5% discount {$0001 after not being happy with his sink cut out. Well, before compensating any customer it is policy to go and evaluate the issue at hand in person. Both owners of Quarry Granite agreed to drive the 90 minutes one way on Tuesday June 12s to look at the issue and Member refused. When Lance (templatelarrived at customers home, the customer had printed pictures of finished under mount sink cut outs depicting the sink being exposed roughly tl4' - 3/8". Customer said this is how we want our sink cut out to look like. Lance mentioned to the customer that inost customers prefer an overhang of the granite past the sink. The customer agreed to fabricate the sink in that manner so Lance matched up the template provided by the customer to the actual sink and reduced the flush cut line by /." per his request. Atso, the customer drove to Quarry Granite for a slab layout again with his own drawings and pictures of how he wanted the pieces to fit on the slab. Again, with the expertise of Mike (owner) the pieces were rearranged in a manner that the grain and vein pattem flowed the same direction and was a much better look than what the customer had originally drawn up himself. The customer agreed to this as well. The customer mentioned that Josh was going to do the fubrication. I don't know where this came from as Josh operates our bridge saw in the shop. At Quarry Granite we strive to produce the best quality product possible and has the reputation to go above and beyond to satisfiT our customers and to rectify any and all issues we are fuced with. lt takes the cooperation from both parties to accomplish this task. Quarry Granite was not given the opportunity by the customer to figure out a solution to the customer's complaint. The customer only requested a 15% discount on the entire job. This is also ironic as the customer told Brad (sales) and Lance that he had another quote that was 15% cheaperthan ours. Customer stated he choose Quarry Granite because of our A+ rating on Angieslist. ln end, the customer told us to run his credit card for the remaining balance owed. Thanks, Quarry Granite

I contacted this company for an estimate on countertops. Brad made an appointment to come to our home and measure to see how much we needed for sure. We were directed to pick out the granite we wanted from a choice of a couple different distributors. We picked what we wanted, the lady faxed the order to Brad and shortly after we got home that day I had an e-mail with an estimate for the entire job. We were encouraged to take one of our cabinet doors to the distributor (an excellent idea) and after that we changed the granite we wanted. The changed was faxed to Brad and by the next morning we had an estimate on our change. Brad was prompt and courteous. The only thing I would change is the size of the sink. I suppose this was our fault for not noticing the size difference in sinks because we were given the pamphlet before we chose but I do wish the salesperson would have pointed out the difference in size. The sink that comes with the deal is deeper but much smaller than my old sink was. It's ok now that I've gotten used to it but I wish I would have noticed.Everybody we had contact with was courteous and on time. On installation day the men came at about 9:30am instead of 2pm as scheduled but that worked out ok. The job was completely finished in maybe four hours. We didn't get a follow up call to see how everything went which I was kind of surprised about but everything went very well from start to finish.

Simply awful. Where do I start? Randy came to do the estimate. He was very nice and hepful during this. He said they could do the install within two weeks. We decided to go with Quarry Granite and we called to schedule the install. They couldn't get us in for three weeks. I was a bit disappointed but we booked anyway. They showed up about an hour late for the install, but the two guys were nice enough. After the install they gave us a check sheet to fill out. One of the items on the sheet wanted us to check that they wiped the counters down, as well as the cabinets (from the dust). They did not do this. The floor, countertops and cabinets were covered in the dust from the install. So, we put an x and wrote that they didn't clean up. It didn't bother them at all and we never received a follow up call on this, which surprised me. They just wanted out of there. Then, there were several knicks in the granite -- they tried to convince us this was normal. We had granite countertops installed in our last home, and we knew this was not normal. We made them fix these marks, which they did (mostly), however begrudgingly. We then asked them about the dishwasher, for it did not appear to be mouted correctly. The installers hastily claimed that it was fine and done correctly. However, several days later after they left we opened the dishwasher and it nearly fell out. I called Randy a few times and he did not return my calls. So, I called the main office and spoke with (I think) Mike. He was very friendly and apologetic. He said he would call someone and they would call and schedule a time to come out and mount the dishwasher. Needless to say I never heard from anyone. I called Mike back. Again, and again, and again. No one would answer the phone or return my calls. I finally found another number and called this -- still no answer. So, the last straw was I left a message on the voicemail telling them I would leave a negative review on Angie's List and I was tired of the run around with them. (The negative review obviously still reflects my experience). The next day I got a call from Mike. He was attempting to get in touch with Randy at that same time. He was then able to talk with Randy on his cell phone -- he asked me to hold a moment, however, I could hear the entire conversation. Randy specifically screamed "I don't want to drive all the way out there! It takes f*$#ing forever to get there!" Mike apologized for his use of the F word, but I was pretty taken aback. Randy texted me the next day telling me he could come out in a week or so. I asked for a date/time frame so I could schedule it with work. Surprise surprise, again no response. Finally I texted him again and he responded with "who is this?". I was reaching the end of my rope at this point. I was ready to call American Express and file a chargeback, when they finally came and mounted the dishwasher. I am glad to be done with this company and I would highly recommend that you not use them. Lowe's would have only been about $100 more total, and it would have been worth it. Quarry Granite was unprofessional in their manner with me as the customer and in their work quality. Look elsewhere.

I had checked into several fabricators and decided upon Quarry Granite due to their competitive pricing and the quality suppliers they use. We did hit a snag. The hole for the sink was cut in the wrong place and this was not discovered until they were installing the countertops. So I was without a full kitchen for a couple of days, and being that it was right before Christmas was a bit of a challenge. BUT, Mark McGuire, who is the owner, stands behind his work and more than made up for the inconvenience. I had my countertops installed before Christmas (plus some extras were included for my trouble). I know they had to move mountains to get it done as this was an extremely busy time of year for them. My countertops are beautiful, and I am very pleased with their willingness to 'take care of the customer' and go the extra mile. Things don't always go perfectly, that is just a fact of life, but it is good to know that a company stands behind their work and understands the importance of great customer service. I would recommend Quarry Granite to anyone, and will use them again.

The experience was good. That doesn't mean there weren't issues getting them installed. There were two slabs cut incorrectly. Mike, Brad and Josh (installer) resolved the issues quickly and to my satisfaction. I was impressed with how they handled the problems. All businesses make mistakes but how they handle the resolution is what is important to me. They did a great job and my granite looks wonderful!

Great experience! I worked with Brad Feiber, their sales person, and he helped me get a quote completed for a home that I need to sell. He helped me pick the color so it would be neutral all the while keeping in mind my budget and that I was selling the property. They are also very picky about telling you what needs to be ready when they come to install the granite and they provide all of the paperwork to you to read so make sure that you read it. It is for your betterment. The finished product looks beautiful and I have already sold my neighbors who had their granite counter-tops installed two weeks ago. Great company and punctual people!!

We live in the Pittsburgh area and were a little concerned about having a company from Ohio do the work. When searching for a contractor we relied on the info on Angie's List. The service was just great from beginning to end. We went to Mont Granite in Crafton, Pa (just outside of Pittsburgh) to pick the stone. This was a good experience because before we went to the warehouse, we were given a sheet that gave the price range of the different styles of granite, so we didn't waste any time looking at pieces that were out of our price range. The other warehouses we looked it were "write down what you like and the contractor will get back to you". The counter top was installed yesterday-the crew called to let us know when they would arrive (since they were traveling from Columbus OH) and were very nice to work with. We are very satisfied with the installation. From the time we picked the stone to installation was approx. 3 weeks. The price was very fair-we purchased about 45 sq feet granite and paid less per square foot for a higher quality piece than the cheapest offer at the big box stores.

Although Quarry Granite is located some distance from North East Ohio, in Groveport, they have a local rep, Will, who was fabulous. He responded to our first inquiry promptly and was always available to guide us through the granite selection process and answer our questions. He came out and measured and took into account the idiosynchracies in our 60-year old house with its not exactly plumb walls. The granite was cut and finished exactly as ordered and installed beautifully. I was never exactly sold on granite before, and I think that's because the samples you see in the big box stores are "cookie cutter," and don't display the variety of color and pattern in granite. Try Quarry Granite and you will love it!

Overall we were very impressed with the company and the work they completed in our kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have granite installed in their home.
Description of Work: We were very impressed with the selection of granite to choose from at the warehouse. The price to install the project was excellent as well, they were about $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 cheaper than other quotes we had received for our project.

I called Dave Stockham and set up an appt for him to come out to measure the kitchen, he arrived on time as expected on Tuesday, Saturday my husband and I went to the stone warehouse and picked out our granite. We signed the contract by fax and mailed in a payment for a third of the contracted price. Then I called Lance to come out and measure for the template, he arrived right on time and I gave him a check for a third. Then the installers called made an appt. to install the countertops, they too were right on time, very skilled and professional. They did a fabulous job, answering all my questions along the way. I gave them a check for the final third of the contract. Two weeks from start to finish! Seemless, professional all the way!

We were very pleased with the outcome. Quarry Granite was able to install our countertops for far less money and was able to complete the project in half the time of the Big Box stores. Their work was of the highest quality, they explained the process clearly and they were friendly and easy to work with. I also liked that you pick out your own stone instead of looking at samples on a wall. I would recommend them as a top choice for savings on your next home project.
