Description of Work: Checked my gutters and down spouts. Also gave me a quote for some windows. | |Sales representatives were super nice there was just a big delay in them getting back to me, so that was annoying because I had to follow up with them. But other than that, I thought their work and professionalism was great and well priced.

Description of Work: There initially was a mix-up that caused a delay in communication. Approximately 5 weeks after purchasing this deal, the company person came out and looked at our gutters. She said it would be 2 weeks before they scheduled our work. When we hadn't heard anything from the company after 3 weeks, I called the company and was told that they had to reorder the gutter guard and they would call the following week after it was received. When we didn't receive a call the following week, I called them again. I was told that their crew doing the gutter service had been off the previous week, but that they were up and running now. The following week a service man did do the work on our gutters. When I went out to talk to him, he told me that he was new to the company, that he had just finished his training and that this was his first day working on his own. He appeared to know what he was doing and to our knowledge he cleaned our gutters and put gutter guard on the gutters.

Description of Work: Offer was to clean gutters and install x amt. of gutter screens. I already had screens, but I had a couple of "plants" growing out of one area of a gutter. Service provider cleaned out the small area of vegetation, said the rest of gutters were fine and offered to glue down some roof tiles that needed it. I appreciated his honesty and offer to make good on providing me with a service for the money I paid. (It would have been easy for him to clean what little had to be done and then leave.) That offer to do work on the roof went a LONG way in clinching what will be my repeat business.

Description of Work: Came out to repair a couple pieces of siding that came loose. We're very happy with the gentleman that came out and the service we received.

Description of Work: We bought the big deal on Angie's list to have all of our gutters cleaned and 50 linear feet of gutter guards installed. We had an issue with getting the actual inspection (before work could start) scheduled, due to cancellations and lack of response when I tried to call back to schedule a new time. When they did come for the inspection, they came a day early and I was not able to be there to see what they found. However, they did bring pictures along to the next meeting. At that meeting, they immediately tried to talk me out of the gutter guards I had paid for with my big deal, telling me they were not good enough - but I could pay more for higher-quality gutter guards. If you don't stand behind the product, why is it the feature of your deal? They also found a host of issues that needed fixed, and tried to really sell me on them. I did take one fix due to a leak, and owed 50% down that day. I was told the project manager would call to schedule. 2 weeks after the check was cashed, we'd still not gotten a call (even after my husband tried to contact them). Finally, the work was done (but we were called while already at work and weren't able to be there for it to inspect). We've sent the other 50% payment. I'm assuming all the work we requested was done, but since we weren't there to see it and have not seen pictures, I'm not completely sure.

Description of Work: It was a while before they called me because they were so overwhelmed with business after the Angie's List ad, but when they finally got here, they were very professional. I upgraded the product for my garage roof, and they arrived a week or so later and installed that. The product that was advertised I chose to put where another tree was in the back. It was a week or so later when that was installed and gutters were flushed

Description of Work: I'll give them a "provisional" thumbs up since it hasn't rained since their work on the gutters very much at all. Next time we get a real good hard rain, I'll be able to more accurately tell you anything.

Description of Work: The initial sales person they sent out was very helpful and I was looking forward to the agreed upon work. Then, they were unable to do the work because I was not able to fit into their very limited schedule for the deal advertised on Angie's list.

Description of Work: With the exception of a scheduling mistake resulting in a short delay, the services were completed as agreed. Good follow-up by the contractor.

Description of Work: I was so impressed with Matt and his company that instead of just having gutter guards replaced, (the original call) I am in the process of having them install a new roof which has been needed for a year. Matt has been working closely with our insurance company, pointing out what materials are necessary, correcting errors that the claims adjuster missed, etc. I know that the roof will be installed correctly and professionally.
