Description of Work: We had just finished an extensive 5 month renovation on our house and we needed all the dust and dirt from the project removed, plus a few other spring cleaning items. Sandra came out and looked it over and gave us a reasonable rate. She brought all her own supplies and equipment and did a fantastic job. She did as good a job as my mother-in law would have done but without the headaches. Sandra really took ownership of the house wiping down and dusting places I could not even see. Sandra restored a glass front fire place to it's original clear look. We burn a lot of wood in the winter and have not cleaned it in the 6 years since buying this house, she removed all the scorched parts and it looks great. We will definitely call her any time we need more work and I would recommend her to anyone.

Description of Work: Sandra thoroughly cleaned a kitchen floor (laminate) that had been left dull and smeary by another company. I have never seen it so clean, shiny and squeaky clean to walk on barefoot. To reach all nooks and crannies, Sandra moved the refrigerator and got out the dirt behind it. She also moved the rug out from a kitchen table with six chairs. Wonderful (and never before done in 14 years!), the floor is beautiful. Everything else she touched came up sparkling. Sandra gets paid by the hour (she's her own boss and employee), a distinct advantage over a set fee, which seems to encourage fast but sloppy work. Sandra is worth every penny, after all, you get what you pay for! Of course she did more than the kitchen, she also cleaned the foyer and hall floors etc.

I CALLED LAST MINUTE TO SCHEDULE NEW HOME CLEANING. I CALLED 3 HOUSECLEANING COMPANIES FROM ANGIE''S LIST. SANDRA WAS THE ONLY ONE TO RESPOND. I HAD A DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH THE PERSON I PURCHASED THE HOME FROM NOT BEING OUT ON TIME. SANDRA WAS EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING AND WAS WILLING TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS UNABLE TO USE HER SERVICE. I CANNOT REMEMBER EXACTLY, BUT I BELIEVE I WAS QUOTED $240 FOR 2 CLEANERS, 3 HOURS EACH.
