She’s been with me for about 15 years. Very detailed oriented and will accomplish any task I give her above and beyond the ordinary. Outgoing and friendly. She is very responsive and organized. Price is conducive to the task.

Senntina has worked for me for almost 2 years now and is more than willing to tackle any job including window washing. She's friendly, hard-working, responsible, and very trustworthy. I highly recommend her. I don't think there is anyone who could do a better job; worth every penny.

They were really good. She was very good and very sweet. They all did a great job and would probably still use them. They kept sending different people. I felt uncomfortable with that. I like having the same person each time. They did a top to bottom. They made the beds and cleaned the bathrooms. They did everything. Price was good; everybody else wanted more. They were very professional and came when they said they would. I would use them again.

She was great to work with. Very professional and trustworthy. She is very expensive though. If you're just looking for someone to give your house a quick makeover and do simple vacuuming and dusting, she might not be the person for you due to price. She focuses on truly CLEANING your house! She will scrub down everything in a room including things that may not have ever been touched since you moved in. If you're in need of a deep cleaning in order to sell your house or move in to a new house that was in use already, she is your person.

I contacted Sparklin Kleen and heard back from Santina within a few hours. We set up an appointment for her to come over and take a look at the house. The next week she came over for the first of two days of deep cleaning. Our house hadn't had a good cleaning in many years and was in need of a true deep clean. The first day she worked on the bathroom, bedrooms and our hardwood floors. She did an amazing job with everything and I had never seen our bathroom or wood floors look so good. She actually moved all of the furniture and rugs in the living room and dining room to make sure the entire wood floor was cleaned. She then came back two weeks later and tackled the kitchen and second bathroom. Once again I was amazed at how everything turned out. I'm very happy to have a truly clean house. My husband and I were so happy with everything that she will be coming out on a regular schedule to keep the house nice and clean. Santina not only does a wonderful job but is very respectful of our house and is great to work with. We have two cats who tend to be very curious and at times annoying when trying to get things done, and she was wonderful with them and worked around them without a problem. We are very happy that we chose Sparklin Kleen for our house.

I called the service to set an appointment for someone to come and give an estimate. They did not show up, no one called. I chose another service.

I used Angie’s List to locate a new cleaning service to replace the one we had been previously using. I have worked with various cleaning services over the years and had a good idea of what to expect. I must say this has been the most positive experience so far. Sparklin’ Kleen had many good reviews and provided the level of quality I require. Senntina promptly met with me and provided an estimate based on the level of cleaning provided. She is very accommodating with scheduling and usually answers the phone when I call or will return my message promptly. She does a fantastic job of cleaning the house from top to bottom and meets all my expectations. We trust her and allow her to clean the house unsupervised. She is conscientious and frequently asks for feedback on her work.. She does an excellent job and I have no reservations recommending her.

After deciding it was time to get a little help with some of the daily housekeeping chores, I took a look at the various companies on Angie's List. The first one I contacted was "Sparklin Kleen". I left a message and Senntina immediately returned my call and we set up an appointment for an interview. She arrived on time and I was immediately impressed with her friendly, professional manner, so much so that I hired her on the spot for general bi-monthly housecleaning. She has been to my house twice now and I couldn't be happier with the service she has provided. She is hard working and efficient and the house really does "Sparkle" when she's done. I have found her prices to be fair and commensurate with the quality of her work.

Had an appointment this evening at 7:30 p.m. to receive a quote for housecleaning services. No one showed. No one called. I guess it's best to find out now . . . .

I am satisfied with her work. My shower (glass walls) looks new as does the floor which I didn't think would be possible. She is very thorough with her work which makes maintaining your home easier.

I was excited to talk to this company about setting up bi-monthly cleaning services at my house. I sent an email asking whether the company provided service in my area. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Approximately 30 days later, I filed this report with Angies List and within 24 hours received a phone call from Sandra, the owner of the company. She was extremely personable and apologetic that this situation occurred, and she was frustrated because this incident seemed to be one of several where she was not receiving messages in her email or via her cell phone. She was very prompt and courteous in explaining the situation, and was working to remedy the problems so that she could stay in communication with current and prospective customers.

I've never had the luxury of help to clean my home, and I don't have much time to take care of it myself. As a result, my house desperately needed some deep and thorough cleaning, and I didn't know where to begin. I'm very happy I tried Sandra. She did an amazing and thorough job. She did not make me feel embarrassed that I was so behind on my house cleaning. Instead, she identified what she would clean in each room, and gave me realistic estimates. She was very punctual and came ready to work. She cleaned details that really made the room shine. The edges of my kitchen window had accumulated dirt that seeped in from the outside. After Sandra's work, they were clean and white. When I opened the front door, the shine of my kitchen floor was immediately noticeable. Not only did she clean and polish the wood cabinets, she got all the dust and dirt out of all the ridges in the woodworking. She even cleaned my toaster oven and coffee maker, which looked brand new after she was done. Before Sandra came, my counter tops had rings and marks from glasses and staining foods, but Sandra got rid of all those stains. It is evident that Sandra takes pride in her work. I am incredibly pleased with her level of detail, and I have scheduled her again to continue getting my home in shape.

Sandra came to give us an estimate. She had unexpected demands, requesting that we supply bottled water for her. Her estimate was by far the highest of all of the estimates, four times more than most of the estimates to clean a 2500 square foot home.

We trust her. It is very nice to be able to leave her. We give her a key. She can come in and do her work. She does it well while we are working. She is here all day. She literally cleans the entire house. She does a great job on the bathrooms. If she needs certain kind of supplies to do certain kinds of things, she does not hesitate to call us. She is often very interactive letting us know how things are going with the house if she notices something that may not be right. She is really good. We recommended her to a number of other people.

I've got a mixed review of my experience with Sparklin' Clean. Sandra was not our lowest bid, but I liked her personality and she was very willing to work with our tight schedule. We moved out on Wednesday, had carpet installed on Thursday, and Sandra cleaned the whole house on Friday, so that we could make the listing live on Saturday! She did a great job, everything was very clean including the oven, fridge (which was gross), and microwave. She got a couple of stains out of our bathroom that I couldn't ever get out. However, I gave her a B overall because of a few minor glitches -- Her daughter visited unexpectedly and she took the middle of the day off to be with her. I don't mind that at all because I didn't care when it got done, as long as it got done before the listing went live on Saturday, and she was very up front about it and called me to explain the situation and ask if I minded. However, she ended up staying very late that night and then accidentally (probably because she was very tired) locked me out of my house -- she forgot to leave the key in the location we'd agreed on, and and locked the garage entrance door so I couldn't even get in using the garage opener. In her defense, I didn't tell her that I always got in through the garage so she should leave it unlocked, and she probably didn't realize that she had the front door key from my keychain in her pocket when she left that night. Also, when I called her, she was very responsive and actually left a job to bring me my key. But knowing that it was a simple misunderstanding didn't make it any less frustrating when I had very limited time to accomplish what I needed to do at the old house, and had to wait about 45 minutes for her to bring me my key. While I noted in the review that I wouldn't use Sandra again, I want to be clear that she did a great job cleaning, and that I completely trusted her in my house. The whole experience of getting locked out just left a bad taste in my mouth -- I was very stressed out that day, and driving 30 minutes only to sit on my porch swing with absolutely nothing to do but think about everything that needed done at the new house for another 45 while I waited for her to bring me my key was very unpleasant. Just thinking about that day still gets me instantly uptight. So unfortunately, in my case Sparklin' Clean seems to have become a victim of poor circumstance.

Sandra was very responsive and arrived promptly to assess the amount of work at hand. We estimated that it would probably be three days of work and scheduled it for about two weeks out. She arrived promptly and started on the upstairs bathrooms which were in the worst shape. After the first day she had them sparkling top to bottom. I really didn't think the tub, shower or chrome would come clean but she did it! Sinks, counters, mirrors, floors all shining and rugs and carpet swept...the tile all shiny and grout restored to white. Day two was ground floor bathroom, banisters and balusters detailed, ceiling fans dusted and light fixtures washed inside and out, kitchen thoroughly cleaned, dusting and sweeping throughout. As the end of the day neared she decided to stay late to finish and avoid extending to a third day. The house is immaculate now and I couldn't be more pleased! Sandra is a hard worker!

Overall this experience was incredible! I looked on Angies List for a cleaning service because I was planning a holiday party and wanted to make sure we found a reliable, thorough and efficient cleaning service to make sure everything was perfect for the party since we had co-workers and friends coming to our home for the first time. Sparklin Kleen had many good reviews and seemed to be priced right. Sparklin Kleen was very accommodating even though we needed the service just three days before Christmas! At first I was a bit nervous that we were having our place cleaned the day of our party...but Sparklin Kleen did an AMAZING job and didn't leave anything unfinished. She has been the best to work with. She is very accommodating and gives me options as to when she is going to come. She does a great job with the cleaning. If I have any issues, she resolves them quickly. I have been using her for the past 4-5 years.

Sandy is a true professional. We've had trouble with other cleaners before losing interest, but she continues to do a very complete cleaning and even does speciality things like blinds. We are very happy and will continue to use her services.

I had an addition put on my home and had a lot of construction dust. I had her come out twice, she was thorough and did a nice job, overall.

Sandra has been cleaning our home for the past 3-4 years. She is excellent in getting everything sparkling clean. She rarely has to change any dates. When we were out of town one weekend she even feed out cats. She always returns my call promptly. I would highly recommend.
