Took advantage of a special promo through Angie’s List for $99. Very pleased with the service provided (for the price). Employees were courteous and explained exactly what they were doing. They provided a detailed report of their assessment (via email) as to the functionality of the wood burning fireplace. Also did a great job of cleaning up.

Great, they were punctual and professional

After the cleaning and inspection, Taylor recommended repairs to the crown and also waterproofing because water was getting into the chimney. He also recommended using creosote removing powder on the fire when we use the fireplace. We set up an appointment to do the additional work.

They cleaned my chimney and thoroughly inspected it. They let me know minor flaws that did not need repaired, gave me estimates for a new grate and screen, gave me suggestions to pass off to our roofer for when we get our roof replaced, and answered my questions about airflow and smoke. I will hire them again later this year to replace my grate.

It went great. They arrived on time (after rescheduling once, due to weather and to no fault of theirs). They were done in record time and were very courteous.

They did a really good job. They put my screen on backwards. They put the screen on the inside and the glass on the outside. But, other than that, they did a really good job. They cleaned it real well and they got the logs going and the gas on and everything for me. They came early and they called before they came. They did really good. It think their pricing was very fair. I checked out other places and it was very fair or even less. Their quality was good. They had to call their boss on how to do something because they didn't know, but the boss was there and told them what to do and they did it and they did a great job. The boss and I email each other constantly. It's just like Angie's List. He emailed me and suggested a date and I couldn't make that date so he and I kept emailing each other and he said call the office and get a date, so I did and I got a date right away. The responsiveness was very good. They came early. I didn't expect them. I didn't hear they left a phone call and I was sleeping that morning. They came about an hour early, but that was fine. I just threw a robe on and I got ready for them. I didn't actually answer the phone and tell them to come early. Their professionalism was very good. I wish they would have worn, since they're fireplace people, those slippers over their shoes and they didn't have those. That's the only complaint I had. They were very efficient. They did a very excellent job. They explained everything to me. They sent me an email with an explanation of what they did. I would say they were very good and they were prompt, but they were about an hour and a half earlier than I expected. It took about 45 minutes. Except for putting the screen in backwards, they did a great job. Their communication with me, they explained everything to me, that was excellent.

Chad was super knowledgeable. He fixed the damper and recommended a new cap to prevent birds and rain from getting in. It was pouring the day he came to give me the estimate so he was not able to get up on the roof to do a complete inspection. On the day he came out to put on the cap he also noticed my flashing was bad. He recommended that be fixed as well. Chad only recommended things to fix that really needed it and was able to tell me what could wait for another day. I really appreciated that! You guys will be my go to for my chimney in the future.

They were very good. I had a positive experience. It's not like it was a major deal. Just $99 to clean my chimney. We were satisfied. They were just fine.
