The tech arrived on time and was thorough in his inspection and cleaning of the chimney & fireplace. He walked me through his process and gave me pointers on how to properly maintain the fireplace and the gas log. While I can't remember for sure now, I believe the tech's name was Chad and he was awesome!

They seemed to work out pretty well. They didn't do what I thought was going to happen. But it worked out okay.

Arrived promptly, took care in keeping the area safe from dirt and ashes. They recommended replacing malfunctioning gas log unit and remote, which we will do at a later time. They turned the gas back off after testing to make certain there would be no gas leak.

I wrote a review on 1/13/17 and gave them an "F" because the were a no call, no show. We rescheduled for today and they were on time, friendly, professional and found a potentially serious problem- small gas leak- which I would never had known about. I would use this company again. I tried to edit my original post but couldn't figure out how to change it.

It was good. It was 2 workers and it took about a half hour. They cleaned up. I'm just rating them B for price and quality because I don't have anything to compare it to. That's the first time I've had my chimney cleaned.

Took advantage of their special on Angie's List, unfortunately they were unable to schedule me as soon as I had wished, however they communicated well with me throughout and were very flexible and professional. Highly recommended.

They inspected the chimney and cleaned it. Actually my dad was there so I didn't actually have any contact with them but they seemed fine. They were timely, they did their job they gave me the information I needed.

For the money paid, they looked at the fireplace and said it was broken and it needed repaired by another company. Advised to call the company first to see if inspection and cleaning was really necessary.

The gentleman that came out did a very thorough job, and was very conscientious. He took pictures and showed me the issues I have with great detail. He followed up via e-mail with a detailed quote for the required repairs.

Great! Came before scheduled date to check for safety so I could use the fireplace. Wonderful service!!!
