Description of Work: When they finally got to get to me they did a good job and I feel safer that my chimney is cleaned. Although I found that I need to have panels replaced that are cracked which they didn't do and referred me to someone to do. My problem with EVERY one I have ever used on Angies List is the same response. That I live so far away and they put me last on their priority list. This is why I want to stop my prescription to Angies List and not reup at renewal time. I hope this is duly noted!!!!!!!!!!! |I scheduled this back in January, because I was so far away I got put on the do on the weekend, bad weather hit each weekend and they rescheduled for the next weekend and the next and the next. They did contact me each weekend without fail. Were very good to contact me and very polite. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the cracks but they did refer someone, but told me it would be very expensive and that I got a really good deal and I was lucky that I got the price I did from Angies List. | | | | | |

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected the chimney and fireplace in the home that I recently purchased.

Description of Work: Safety inspection, replaced top flue tile, replaced clean-out door and ash drop, tuck-point and seal cracks on top portion of chimney, tuck-point firebox, replaced chimney cap, cleaned and sealed entire chimney.
