He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He does take a few days to get back with you when you initially call, but quality of work is well worth the wait. I would recommend Integrity masonary to anyone wanting any type of brick work done. We are planning to have him come back in the future and build a brick mail post for us. We have already recommended him to other family members needing this type of service

Our chimney was leaking. Integrity Masonry was referred to me by my insurance adjuster. I had to leave a message when I first called. Arnold was very prompt with a return call. He was able to come out with in a couple of days for an estimate. Integrity was the second company we had look at the chimney. Their bid was almost 1/2 what the first company had bid. Arnold was very nice, professional and prompt. He was good about contacting me with any delays. They put down plastic to keep the cement off of the grass. They cleaned up their work area very nicely, didn't even know they had been there except for the good work. They went over and above on the work they planned to do without charging extra. We are very pleased with the quality of work.

Work was performed excellently. Arnold Pack's kept me updated throughout the process. He is very professional and runs a top-notch company. The crew not only replaced the old mortar, they also repaired the cracked chimney crown and provided addtional waterproofing. I highly recommend Integrity Masonry.

When I went to install the doors myself I noticed there were still cracks on the inside of the fireplace. When I asked about the mantle being installed he told me that he hadn't put much thought into it and that the installation wasn't included in the estimate. They were unprofessional and didn't seem to have good knowledge of what needed done. He seemed to pick and choose what he was comfortable with doing. He had originally told me I would get 3 estimates, to break down the prices for the project. He only gave me the one estimate. He was also supposed to show up on Friday and never showed up, it wasn't until 2:30 that he finally called me and apologized and told me he wouldn't be able to make it. The worker that came out, Bill, seemed more knowledgeable about the masonry project than the owner, Tony, had about the project.

Excellent results. They responded to my original call the same day. I had called a another company (twice) located nearer to me and left messages, but got no response from them. We set up appointment for appraisal. Mr. Pack came over and inspected fireplace, and thoroughly explained our options for repair. He called me with appraisal amount and we discussed date for job completion. Totally pleased with results, they were "extremely" careful in working as "clean as possible" throughout the job. Tony and Steve did excellent work and I'm certainly glad the other company didn't return my calls. Integrity Masonry would be my "first" call for any additional work of this nature.

Everything about this experience was positive. Most importantly, they did a perfect job at restoring the columns of my 100-year-old house, removing the old concrete between the granite stones and replacing it. It came in exactly on budget and it looks terrific! It is a pleasure to recommend this company to you. Professional in every way.
