Integrity Masonry

The provider was extremely unresponsive to my requests for an estimate. Once I did get an estimate, the provider was unresponsive to my requests to schedule the work. I ultimately gave up and went with another provider. It was a waste of three months trying to get an estimate and scheduled with Integrity Masonry.

I found calling/texting was the best way to communicate. Arnold was very though with his estimate, he provided a clear understanding of the work required. Several weeks later I made the appointment. His crew shows up and informs me... "we can't start". Apparently, I had roof issues that were worse than I thought. The crew explained everything to me, showed me the issues, and informed me that Arnold would call me with options. After discussing the situation, I elected to have them perform the work on the roof repair and chimney replacement. Long story short... everything looks great, they left my backyard in better shape that it was when they started, they guys were friendly (answered my thousands of ???) and professional, it was a great price and Arnold is soo easy to work with. I'm soo glad I bought that coupon and found Integrity Masonry. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to friends and family.

The work was scheduled after my two weeks long trip and performed within the estimated cost. His team did an excellent job with rebuilding chimney.

We had an outdoor fireplace built in 2009. Winter of 2016 pieces of stone veneer started to come off. The original contractor spread cement in a downward angle away from the terracotta flu to the chimney's edge. The edge was not sufficiently sealed, so water got in between the stone veneer and cement block, froze and thawed, and, eventually, led to pieces of the stone veneer coming off. Integrity masonry removed the stone veneer down to the roof line of the outdoor structure, scored the underlying cement block substrate for better adhesion, replaced all the removed stone veneer, added counter flashing where the stone and roof met, and added a formed, poured cement crown with overhang and a cut in drip edge. The owner and his crew took approximately two and one half days to make the repairs and complete the project. The gentlemen cleaned up their work site nicely at the end of each day. The owner was a good listener who made sure all our questions were answered and concerns addressed to our satisfaction. They not only made repairs, they improved upon the finish quality of the original work. We sincerely thank the Integrity Masonry team for a positive experience.

Workmanship was excellent, chimney looks like new. Foundation has been repaired multiple times before and overall it looks fantastic considering what they started with. All joints are clean and even, brickwork looks all in place and edges squared up.

Arnold and his team were very professional and friendly. He gave us an estimate the day I called for one. Our old chimney was slowly breaking down. The bricks and mortar were crumbling and we had already had the crown rebuilt 6 years ago. It took a couple of weeks for the project but that was due to all the rain we had in May. We are very pleased with the chimney.

Everything went great, they came while I was at work and my wife and daughter were home. They were very professional, and did a great job. Even called the next week to make sure we were happy.

showed up on schedule. efficient work... weather was a bit off, so he came back to inspect the drying on exterior work to ensure it was up to par. All in all, completely satisfied.

It went fine. They came when promised, did the sweep and gave us some advice but no hard selling. Wr'ee happy.

Integrity did a great job overall they initially just came in to do a sweep and inspection and while they were doing that they pointed out the cracks in the firebox which we then immediately scheduled them to come and fix. Arnold (the owner) was very responsive and even gave me a reminder call and called ahead to let me know when his employees were on their way. All of their employees were professional, courteous, and tidy even wearing booties inside so they kept my floors clean .They also pointed out what absolutely needed fixed and what things that I should keep an eye on going forward instead of insisting on unnecessary preemptive repairs. I appreciated how up- front and professional they were plus they were very reasonably priced I would absolutely hire them again for future jobs.

This was a $150 big deal purchase. It was fine. They came out within a week after I purchased the deal.

I really liked this team. They came out and cleaned and inspected my chimney for a reasonable price and did not in any way try to do a hard sell for additional services, which is unusual in my recent experience. They pointed out some potential future issues and gave me reasonable estimated prices for those repairs if they are ever needed. They were personable and polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely call them again

For right now. It has not rain so we do not know if the work he did work, but I will try to update once we get a rain storm.

Great. When I called to get on their schedule the owner said it would be about two weeks, depending on whether, and he called me about two weeks later to schedule for the following day (I did not need to be home). when I arrived home the following day, the work was completed and looked good.

Everyone that showed up was super professional. The came in and introduced themselves and walked me through the process they would be going through (there was a two man team with a young apprentice joining). They were courteous and super clean. They wore booties when they entered my home. After the inspection, they walked through the findings and provided what I would say were very reasonable prices to do the repairs that they mentioned. He did not pressure us at all to do the repairs, he did prioritize the items and say which he thinks needed to be done first.He mentioned that they were busy but he got back with me within a month of the clean to complete most of the repairs he recommended. We would definitely have him back. Great service and trustworthy.

The team did a great job when we were finally able to schedule a time. They were professional and did a good, clean job. We thank them for their efforts.

The guys were prompt, polite, and thorough. At the end I got a detailed list of what they inspected, what the results were, and any recommended work. Very little was recommended to do (which I appreciated...they didn't try to take advantage of me), and we will likely call them back next season to perform the work. Overall a great experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Arnold (owner) and his crew were outstanding! My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. We will most definitely call on Arnold in the future for any masonry work we need done!!

Arnold was great, he was on time and explained everything throughout the process. They provided a great report at the end. We will be using them to complete some repairs.

Great. Was early. Called ahead. Got straight to work. Took the time to put on protective clothing and sheets to keep the house spotless. Cleaned up everything when done. Educated me on my system. Very professional, good person. My chimney didn't need anything and no attempts to upsell. Will use again in the future and highly recommend.

I had a small area requiring a footer and installation of concreate block for an addition on my home. Arnold and his team were punctual and were able to make the required changes in the field as needed for a fair price. I would use them again.

Two days after purchasing the deal Integrity Masonry was on the job! I was so pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail they provided. Family owned, father and son team did a great job. I am having them back to fix a few additional areas around the chimney. I would highly recommend!
